reinstated on 2/24/11 and then on 6/08/11 they amended and restated articles. if you look at the players involved you got gary lipson esq. who seems to be the shell restructurer / receiver extrordinaire in the great state of florida

If you read his qualifications this is no run of the mill attorney. I don't believe this new company will be trading pinks for too long. IMO
On the other hand this is a pink stock and could be triple zeros next week. lol

I agree, only time will tell. I threw some in at .015 and .02 as a lotto just to see if perhaps we get lucky. I have had a hard time doing DD on this though; There's not a lot of info out there. If I find anything I will definitely be posting here.

No doubt. I really think we are going to have to wait and see what the company is putting together. I have a feeling it is going to have something to do with Estracure, Inc. one of their subsidiaries. I know they were in a phase 3 trial several years back, but have not heard what went on with that. In researching I see where they had some nationally known surgeons on the board of Estracure. They look to be heart surgeons. Who knows what they are really up to I guess we will have to wait to find out.
