My gainskeeper shows I should have the F/S shares per their corporate action set up. But never received them in any broker that I have.

also I got his office number 512.428.4323 & cell# 412.334.8440 and this the number he called me back on after I called yesterday and left a message, He said at this time he represents about 11- companies so in fact he said it is like we own stock in 11-companies?

Well folks I just got off the phone with Garvin Harris CEO of the company, and Seemed to be a nice enough guy. he said the way our shares are going to work is when is all said & done you will have the same amount of shares that you started with for free trading, if you want to file them as restrickted then after a year you will get an addtional 15% of shares. so he said it was up to us either way.
And what this company does is raise capital for companies that want to go public, from 1,000,000 to 5,000,000 So thats about it I guess.

They are crappy at Zecco. I closed both my accounts there. Well one they closed. I think they are seriously understaffed there. They prob dont know whats going on.

Weird stuff. Just got off the phone about it and the guy is gonna email the details (probably not). But how come shareholders weren't notified is my question.

It came from the DTC I think. But USAA said the absolute deadline was yesterday close of business so im not sure whats going to happen. One I guess was the default so thats probably the cashout.imo

Yea , well just got off the ph. with ameritrade and they told me that it was a 200 for 1 forward split if you wanted to keep your shares, I did, only thing they were not sure about is how long it would be before or if I get them, he said looks like the company just wants everyone out that doesnt have atleast 1,000,000 shares, Soo??? who realy knows, But I only got $300.00 bucks in it for a lotto Pick maybe I get Lucky , You know even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while lol

yeah if its ameritrade you prob have to call.lol I just got off the phone with the broker at usaa. its actually a 1 yr restriction and a 15% bonus of shares. So i guess I keep my shares and get a 15% bonus added. prob is for me i got this stock in a few other accts too. they will prob just cash it out if they dont talk to us by today. b/c today is the deadline to get it done. last minute stuff i guess.

USAA told me that they and prob other brokers have to call all the investors of this and give them an option. .04 buyout or 15% stock of the new company that has a 2yr restriction. I dont like restricted stock but I will take my chances for the heck of it. Only a couple hundred thrown at this myself.
