it wasn't halted, the ticker symbol has been revoked. this is no longer a public company. it's over.

So we are on the same page that there are 2 issues?
1. Bankruptcy - this is concluded and the company has been released from bankruptcy. The plan submitted to the bankruptcy court called for a new security to be issued and shareholders of record would have the ability to purchase shares of the new security @ .01 up to the number of shares already owned.
2. SEC filing issues - trading in MYDP halted today. Not sure the ramifications of this if in fact a new security gets issued in the re-organization plan from issue 1 above?

no, that was the date they had to respond to revocation proceedings. getting current would not have cured past delinquency.

Well it would appear the company had 90 days beginning December 18th 2020 to file the financial documents with the SEC and has failed to do that. Do I have the right?

Let me explain. Two separate issues.
1. The company filed for bankruptcy early last year. They have successfully re-negotiated their debt and have emerged from bankruptcy.
2. They were delinquent on their 10k and 8k filings with the SEC so they filed paperwork to be a non-reporting company and trading resumed on their stock. Of course we would like to see them at some point resume filing 8k’s and 10k’s with the SEC.

I'm not an attorney but it looks like shareholders will get one warrant per share which will give them the right to purchase 1 share of the new stock at .01 (1 penny) per share. Presumably the new share price will be much higher than 1 penny after re-org due to the reduction in debt as a result of the bankruptcy proceedings.
