This doesn't surprise me. In a day and age where people are remote, start ups included, there's no need to rent space unless you're making/building something. No reason for DLOC to spend $$ on renting an actual office. These shared/hoteling offices are quite popular. Right now there is an 'office' bubble that's fixing to burst from a commercial real estate standpoint. Since the emergence of Covid, people are no longer going into offices into the big cities anymore. Throw into the mix that these are now urban hellholes where crime is rampant, etc. NO ONE is owning/renting offices in the classical sense in many downtown areas. Now they're just touchdown spaces in suburban or light urban areas like Santa Barbara (which is a posh area in So Cal). Also I don't think Rich is going to put his home address on the website either as I'm sure where he does a lot of work but he does quite a bit of travelling from what we can gather.
FWIW, the stock market right now is just not a good place right now, especially in the tech sector. Most of the major indices are down overall and what gains are made are soon given back in a matter of days. Until inflation is under control and we start drilling to become energy independent again, stocks in general are going to be in this area of 'malaise'. Don't look now but as Americans continue to use credit cards to purchase day to day items and their credit dries up, this is going to spark the recession that everyone has been talking about since the geriatric took office. I think 2024 will be a year to get out of this mess and also perhaps for DLOC to make a major announcement on a tech breakthrough.
I hope Rich can find other financing but he doesn't have a whole lot of other options currently outside of the academic institutions he's working with apply for Federal funding for Research. I'm still holding long because the tech makes sense if it can be solved.
Agreed,,if I do a trade I’ll let you know so you can do the opposite !!!! Lol
like i said too late for cheapies clown
ur too dumb to do DD rookie
I would hope as smart as we all think/thought Mr. Berliner is, he would of already weighed all his options before jumping into bed with this financing. He needs to start communicating with his shareholders some. Hold a CC and let shareholders know what his intentions are going forward look like as far as financing, seeking government grant money, and progress, or lack there of.
Hey Droopy Dick! I sold in the mid .002's once I figured out the new financing was very toxic.
What makes you think I want back in or am trying to get cheap shares?
If Berliner doesn't cancel financing I can guarantee you will get all the cheap shares you could ever want and then some.
Now if Berliner cancels this I will be a Huge Buyer here.
I also agree with what skynet wrote. It was said much nicer than I would of said about the same subject though.
To get an idea on what Digital Locations is trying to accomplish on the smartphone side of the antenna watch this video.
It is a very long and complicated video so only watch it when you got nothing but time.
Sold too soon ?
No cheapies for u clown
I sure hope so Mike. This Agreement needs to be cancelled:
Agreed. There are some very large bids taking place. Right now. Just like anything, buy low, sell high. If you buy now and it goes back to the highs, you've quadrupled your $ if you're just even in it for the short term. Apparently there are still those that 'believe' in the technology and the potential. These are not 'small' purchases just to invest for the fun of it.
Somebody wants in that's for sure.
Agree no more cheapies for the passive bashers on this board
8.4 mil bidding 0012...no coincidence imo...this mother is gearing up ~
Can everyone email the company and request Rich Berliner to update company officer and contact info on otc markets
COMPANY OFFICERS & CONTACTS
President, CEO William E. Beifuss, Jr.
I have more than once emailed and requested the correction, nothing has been corrected.
I don't know maybe because DLOC is a SEC Filer that DLOC doesn't worry about OTCMarkets.
12 mil bidding 0011...looks like interest is growing.
I am sure somebody is telling him that there are options,
or a combination of other ideas.
Well said and I Agree 100%. Until this Financing agreement gets cancelled, I can no longer support DLOC. Very disappointed as this was my Baby, and I had seen this running to multi-pennies. Even the first financing agreement for 1 million at .0007 was much better than the agreement we have in place now.
If Berliner cancels this financing agreement, I would be a Big Buyer here.
I too am hoping he reads this board.
So far the S-1 hasn't been filed. But look for S-1 filing about 45 days after that news release. If it doesn't happen in 45 days hopefully Berliner would have done his research and found there is no way back from that funding company.
Berliner if your reading this search these tickers:
When these companies announced funding with that financial company the stock price never recovered.
Rich Berliner cancel the funding and work on government funding!
Ya'll buying @ 0011 I see...well maybe...some are.
Yeah, that's a classic...lol
I wish you the best here my friend. I really hope Berliner cancels this funding agreement.
I like buying shitty charts...that's where the $$$ is...lol
Agree 100% with everything you just said!
Funding right now is extremely hard to come by these days in this economy. Extreme conditions sometimes call for extreme measures. Interest rates are in the shxtter thanks to this President and the Feds are sucking any cash available making it scant for lending wherever they can via raising rates. They may do another rate hike again (25 basis points) in the next few months.
The decline wasn't because of your warnings LOL. The Decline wasn't because of the charts.
The Decline was because Berliner made a Terrible Deal with the Devil to get funding.
If Berliner can get alternative funding then DLOC would go right back up, until then I believe this flounders unless we can get some solid news.
Your a funny man.
Good luck to you!
I'm hanging around a bit more because the company hasn't done anything wrong that i'm aware of yet.
I will say that this will be the last stock I ever purchase if this turns out bad.
Just can't win with any of these, not to mention my 401K that I just keep pumping money into is going no where!
Exactly. I purchased more at .0012. It's robbery
Yep only an idiot would sell now. Time to buy big
Rockstar Help us to learn.
If Shorting the otc is the way to go right now as you say it is what broker should we use to short otc?
In my research I have not found a broker that lets you short otc that have low fees.
Which broker do you use to short otc? Curious minds want to know.
Everyone else to keep this on topic you can't short DLOC stock that you are long on.
I am not shorting DLOC, I own shares in DLOC
Only time will tell. I haven't gotten any indication that the tech isn't working or any other 'bad' news to warrant me getting out. Again each to his or her own and what you can tolerate. While the swings, especially down I don't like, I'm in it for the long haul unless there's concrete news/indication otherwise (like the website being taken down, another company solving the problem, no financial reports being filed for 6 mos, etc).
droop I noticed you put imo
Are you open to change your opinion?
I hate when shorts post trash on these boards to put fear into peoples minds to try to get people to sell so a short can cover cheaper later.
He may have shorted DLOC and if he did he may be in the green or in a loss now.
The good thing is if he did short DLOC he has to buy it back and it should cause DLOC to go back up.
At first I didn’t think you could short penny stocks.
Then i found you can SHORT penny stocks on:
Tradezero but nothing under $1
The broker fees to get in and out are .0005 - .005 per share with the ones listed above.
So with the fees charged to get in and get out of a DLOC short would be costly.
Lets do the math, he said he shorted @ .0032 the minimum fees to get in and out per share .001 if he covered @ .0013 profit per share would be .0009
But if he shorted @ .0032 and the minimum fees to get in and out per share were .01 if he covered @ .0013 loss per share would be (.00068)
The real question is what broker is he using to short otc penny stocks for low fees? He will not tell you.
