While he may be behind in funding, Berliner is a well respected figure in wireless and headlines conference panels and talks at wireless conferences..

I met him earlier this year and attended the conference specifically to ask what was going on with DLOC and SmallCellSite since i work in wireless tech adjacent to the smallcellsite play, and i had a feeling there was a move being made by Berliner. Then this pivot...

I'm watching satellite com tech closely already... and DLOC very closely.

It wouldn’t be prudent for him to email investors individually. I wouldn’t. Sometimes there’s just no news. Think about it. We as investors are probably checking this ticker every 30minutes or shorter. We’re a fast paced society that wants instant results. A company developing and researching tech may go weeks without any substantial news.
