Agreed. Definitely a risky investment however, the company is still the same one that was listed on NASDAQ and at one time traded at over $4. Only difference is that is was delisted.

I appreciate the theories. Why any company would do a reverse/split given the bearish sentiment of doing so, is beyond me. That's especially true for a penny stock. 125*$0.0012=$0.15... nothing special about that PPS unless they just don't want to be at sub-penny levels (dubs or trips) any longer.

As you rightly said though, time will reveal what's going on here.

It's difficult to analyze this one, but based on my observations and previous experience, a small cap security (company) announcing an RS could mean it is getting ready to make a significant investment such as acquiring another company or expanding. Usually, an RS by an underperforming penny stock means big losses for shareholders with the preRS share price tanking big time, but in this case, the SP is actually going up with volume increasing significantly since yesterday. This could mean big news is on the way and management is withholding it until the RS takes effect tomorrow. Just my opinion but time will tell.
