Chunning along and establishing a low. Hopefully this market begins trading up soon.
Averaging down is fine with me. Loaded 5k more this morning @ $5.11. Earning was fine. Forward guidance was positive. Market is just f**ked up right now. Volatility is insane.
The market said new lows
I guess we’ll see what the market has to say about it in a couple hours..
Guess you don't know how to read the fins very well. They paid down debt 86m in 1st Q and had increase in tax expenses. Have POSITIVE EBITA for second straight Q. Outlook is EXCELLENT. They'll REALLY gonna crush it this year with more markets and stores. Not to mention all the wholesale they have. Euro market is GONNA BOOM as well.
You should listen (be listening) to the earnings call...
Best load up while you can
Loss widens. Higher than analyst expectations.
Cause traders have NO BALLS...1st sign of market crash they run. They'll be back and they'll probably have to pay more if they're dumb enough to sell at the low. I'm STILL holding and STILL loading at these levels. Company is STILL growing. They have over a decade of growth.
What's your time frame? Do you need the $ NOW? Do you understand what the definition of investment is?
They report today. If not so good and drops more tomorrow can add more. If good could have nice pop tomorrow. Either way they're NOT going anywhere, anytime soon.
Down heavy again tho. Trend is down. Why lose it all on hopes?
I didn't say I'd buy them. Charitable contributions are always welcome.
I’ll keep taking your shares. Thank you!
Lol, hope you didn't sellout today before the run???
Time frame is key. Sometimes with certain ones it's best to not worry about where it's at or came from. It's more about the potential of where it's going. This is one of those ones. With or w/o reform this week or year it WILL happen eventually. Consider it a pipe/pre ipo investment at these levels. Kinda like getting in at a fraction of what MOST all companies this size would IPO at. 40-50 ps would actually be a fair price WHEN that happens. Just hold and load. You be happy that you did.
Big gosing to the rescue
lol....Give me your shares.
This stocks in the toilet. What a bad investment.
No reason for this one to get caught up in the market wide sell-off. People STILL gonna buy pot. Now more than ever. Having Jersey go rec and all the new dispensaries they've opened recently, they'll CRUSH earnings this year. Not to mention possible SAFE or the Mace states reform getting a vote soon...LOAD UP!!!
Maybe. But, if market gets any uglier(exception of today) we could have a great opportunity to get some REAL cheapies...
More volume and a green close is what I’m looking for. Been holding over a month. I think this thing has room to 10
Curlf in Jersey full where's our money!!!! Longs!!!!
Still long. Been hold this a while now. Just up a bit. I decided against taking profits an that last up move. Was up15%. I’m with the analysts. I think this thing can go to the teens with proper legislation. Medium term price target 10-12
FINALLY beginning to look good here. On a bloodbath day no less. May be moving back up into teens with NJ openings, etc...
At least your honest. Lol
Unfortunately, no.
=,<
Ok can you buy 100,000 shares tomorrow?
Cutting ties with American Green and the association with stephen shearin will make curaleaf bounce back. They scamed investors for 10 years and no doubt many curaleaf investors do not like the association
Oh I will be. Very soon in fact. Mark my words. Very very soon.
Ok GoSing. Time you get Curaleaf up and running. Buy more to make me happy. ??
You are very welcome for my presence in this board.
Ok awesome I've heard that saying many times but never on a forum. Great job
In the beginning of time my quirous friend. In the beginning of time.
Where was it written. ? Just quiours.
Yes we are. Just make sure to take your profits on the excitement. Even the best companies drop after the news
The risk premium for it being illegal federally is still in play. The commoditization will come with normalization. The folks who are true artisanal growers will continue to command a higher price but when the industry is all CPG the crop will be properly valued.
It doesn't really pass until Biden signs it into law.
We are sitting on a monster in the industry. These prices are laughable. In a few years people will look back and kick themselves for not buying in at these levels. Along with Tilray, this company will dominate the market until such a day comes that the two companies merge and truly become all encompassing. So it has been written, so shall it be done.
Have a little MoMo here
Not overbought yet....
Let's see if pps can get above 50 day MA = $7.19ish.....and stay above
You're welcome. I have initiated a stake in Curaleaf and the price has gone up. Again, you are welcome.
People always said MJ is a commodity crop but if that were the case MJ would’ve risen with other commodities this past year. I don’t buy that argument.
They are doing well these days that is for sure. I am avoiding cultivators and focusing on retail and brands and med plays. I still see it being a commodity crop in the near future. One of my companies grows trichomes in a vat. Bio identical to the mother. So many new innovations hard to know which ones will stick
I was big on cura but glad I moved to the Village. :)
I wouldn't be against big tobacco buyout for 50+ps
I am out of Cura and all the big MSOs right now all but cc. Not because of Ukraine or because of their teams. I am out because I see the same stuff happening with these companies that happened in Canada. A few big names get all the hype. Yes they are making sales for sure. The burden of the tax structure and the fed’s stupid policies are a drag on the whole sector. The big to do about building grows to fulfill these silly interstate rules makes the first movers spend an enormous amount on assets that will be liabilities as soon as interstate opens up. I think the majority of this commodity will be imported or at least cropped in fields as inputs for next wave of products. That coupled with the books having crazy amounts of “goodwill” just like the Canadian side. There will be a very robust industry in cannabis but it is an ingredient. The bud grown lovingly by master growers will always command a premium. The rest will be ingredients for CPG products that will be used by people who do not even know they like cannabis yet. They will not ever roll a joint or pack a bong. They will discover it in a discrete format like a drink or a vape. I think the guys who rushed into this next great idea will have a lot of competition from companies that have taken a more strategic approach rather than casting a wide net and hoping to catch something. Strategy is the roadmap towards execution. The ideas generated by creativity are meaningless without a focused direction.
Strategy is at the core of who we are. Without a plan of action, ideas would never see the light of day.
A strategy that aligns with your business objectives and communications goals means you’re in control of every conversation and outcome.
