right now they are filing them on there website (link in intro box above). You will see them move those filings to the SEC once the shell is bought or getting close to bought to bring there pink sheets status to current. Something we should also see with TRDY is there filings become current before the reverse merger is announced (whoever it may be).

i am in TRDY right now, looking for other shells i can drop money in and wait it out. if not with the sec where else will CHZS file any future documents

Clean shell company's can be worth between $100k and 500k dependant mainly on share structure and any debt, so there is a value here which (if the company is debt free which it appears to be based on its filings) values it way above trips. Equally, the fact they are going to continue to maintain reporting standards (although not with the SEC as this is costly and not required during a dormant stage), makes them attractive to anyone looking to purchase a shell and reverse merge into it quickly.

They did not say they were actively seeking a buyer, but I think the way the company is conducting itself would indicate that they are.

I called and asked to speak to the CFO (Barbara Rodriguez), the girl who answered the phone answered Computer Horizons, which I didn't expect. Barbara was not around, so I asked the young lady if she was aware of any corporate activity. All she was able to tell me was that dividend paid in September to shareholders was the final dividend and no further payments would be made. The company is now a shell and they will continue to file quarterly and annual reports to keep the shell current until a suitable buyer was found. They have not found a buyer at this point.

The volume we have seen here recently I would have to assume is former shareholders selling there stock to whom I don't know, maybe speculators that they stock will be valued higher than this when a suitor is found.

Sorry, not very exciting after all but we will continue to monitor activity with this company.

This looks like it could be an interesting play. Very little to no volume trades on this Stock, a shell play, however, 633,589 shares were traded in a single block on November 30th, 2010.

We will be following up with the CEO tomorrow to see if they are preparing to sell this shell.
