never seen so many people so trigger happy to dump a stock without any consideration for circumstances and facts. i will bet a ton of people took losses. cgud will be forced to get current or face new custodian. that is a win-win scenario for shareholders. it's not even rocket science. there are just too many people who are gamblers, trading in the otc and others who just plain don't understand the otc and think it's lottery ticket you just buy and disgard.

also, people are forgetting that in order for old cgud management to win against custodianship, they have to get current with the state and produce filings. so, it's a win-win for shareholders.

i have to laugh at people who think active management opposing custodianship is "not good news." it's actually excellent news. it means that the company has to prove that they are active and trying to do business, which may even work out more successfully for shareholders. stupid sellers don't process information without any analysis or reasoning.
