I find it strange that this has not yet been submitted, especially with Brian who is a lawyer himself. And I have also read that the figures will be released in a few weeks, perhaps we will receive an update then. I have good hopes on Brian, this man is not the least who has mastered this matter and has a large company for it. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I’m more optimistic than doubtful as shell has been trading for years without issues even during past debacle, ALL approved by DE SOS.. that sets precedent in my head along with majority shareholder vote in Synergy to re-vive shell & old legacy shell support … PLUS the two unknown major investors “Brians” suddenly in the loop.

More positives than negatives in my opinion to make it viable again.

My guess is that they got tipped off that they have no chance at winning the case, and it will just die a slow death. imho

Let’s see… been a ton of games with this shell along the way. At this point, not putting it past them to pull some big ones on smaller investors.… especially considering the delays and no word.

In the last email I heard that the letter still had to be drawn up, which is why we have not received an update on this yet. Hopefully this will come soon, unfortunately we have to be patient.
