Physicists Say Twin Towers Destroyed by Controlled Demolition on 9/11

Christmas has come early for “conspiracy theorists” around the world.
An academic report published by Europhysics News in time for the anniversary of 9/11 is questioning the official explanation for the collapse of all three World Trade Center buildings on September 11, 2001, and their conclusion may make even the most rational person rethink their outlook. As the report from Europhysics News, a “ magazine of the European physics community,” notes:
“It bears repeating that fires have never caused the total collapse of a steel-framed high-rise before or since 9/11. Did we witness an unprecedented event three separate times on September 11, 2001? The NIST [U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology] reports, which attempted to support that unlikely conclusion, fail to persuade a growing number of architects, engineers, and scientists. Instead, the evidence points overwhelmingly to the conclusion that all three buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition. Given the far-reaching implications, it is morally imperative that this hypothesis be the subject of a truly scientific and impartial investigation by responsible authorities.”
Entitled “15 Years Later: On the Physics of High-Rise Building Collapses,” the investigation was conducted by Steven Jones, a former professor of physics at Brigham Young University; Robert Korol, a professor emeritus of civil engineering at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and a fellow of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and the Engineering Institute of Canada; Anthony Szamboti, a mechanical design engineer; and Ted Walter, author of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth’s Beyond Misinformation: “What Science Says About the Destruction of World Trade Center Buildings 1, 2 and 7.”
The Europhysics News report begins by questioning the official explanation for the collapse of the three buildings on September 11, 2001, as determined by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). NIST began carrying out an investigation in August 2002, and their findings are still questioned to this day. The report reminds us that:
“Indeed, neither before nor since 9/11 have fires caused the total collapse of a steel-framed high-rise—nor has any other natural event, with the exception of the 1985 Mexico City earthquake, which toppled a 21-story office building. Otherwise, the only phenomenon capable of collapsing such buildings completely has been by way of a procedure known as controlled demolition, whereby explosives or other devices are used to bring down a structure intentionally.”
The report explains why this would be the case, offering four main explanations why steel-framed high rises have endured large fires in the past without undergoing total collapse: (1) the heat of a fire and its duration do not typically generate enough energy to heat the large structural members to the point where they would fail; (2) most high-rise buildings have fire suppression systems (such as water sprinklers) that would further inhibit the fire from reaching anywhere near the heat necessary to create a total collapse; (3) the structural members are protected by fireproofing materials, which are designed to prevent the structure from reaching failure temperatures within specified time periods; (4) steel-framed high-rise buildings are designed to be highly redundant, meaning that the buildings can suffer a partial collapse due to a fire but would not result in a disproportionate collapse of the entire structure.
“Countless other steel-framed high-rises have experienced large, long-lasting fires without suffering either partial or total collapse,” the report points out.
It goes on to confirm the scientists’ doubts regarding the official explanation by referencing the head structural engineer of the buildings, John Skilling, who was interviewed by the Seattle Times following the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Skilling, who was concerned about a possible airplane attack, performed an analysis that proved the towers would withstand the impact of Boeing 707:
“Our analysis indicated the biggest problem would be the fact that all the fuel (from the airplane) would dump into the building. There would be a horrendous fire. A lot of people would be killed…The building structure would still be there…However, I’m not saying that properly applied explosives—shaped explosives—of that magnitude could not do a tremendous amount of damage…. I would imagine that if you took the top expert in that type of work and gave him the assignment of bringing these buildings down with explosives, I would bet that he could do it.”
To put it politely, Skilling believed the only thing that could bring down the Twin Towers was controlled demolition, certainly not a fire alone – not even a “horrendous fire.”
A controlled demolition would better explain how the buildings were able to collapse in the manner that they did, the report argues:
“In general, the technique used to demolish large buildings involves cutting the columns in a large enough area of the building to cause the intact portion above that area to fall and crush itself as well as crush whatever remains below it. This technique can be done in an even more sophisticated way, by timing the charges to go off in a sequence so that the columns closest to the center are destroyed first. The failure of the interior columns creates an inward pull on the exterior and causes the majority of the building to be pulled inward and downward while materials are being crushed, thus keeping the crushed materials in a somewhat confined area—often within the building’s ‘footprint.’ This method is often referred to as ‘implosion.’”
The lesser-known WTC building 7, which also collapsed that day, is “remarkable because it exemplified all the signature features of an implosion.” According to the report:
“The building dropped in absolute free fall for the first 2.25 seconds of its descent over a distance of 32 meters or eight stories. Its transition from stasis to free fall was sudden, occurring in approximately one-half second. It fell symmetrically straight down. Its steel frame was almost entirely dismembered and deposited mostly inside the building’s footprint, while most of its concrete was pulverized into tiny particles. Finally, the collapse was rapid, occurring in less than seven seconds.”
In relation to WTC Building 7, the report criticizes the official NIST explanation by pointing out some heavy flaws with their investigation. The NIST investigation began with the conclusion that fires brought down WTC building 7 but then had trouble trying to reconcile the evidence with that predetermined conclusion. The NIST report also attempted to deny the building fell at free-fall speed. However, independently verifying NIST’s computer modeling is currently impossible because NIST refuses to release a large portion of its data, arguing doing so “might jeopardize public safety.”
The most surprising aspect of this report, however, is that it goes further than any “conspiracy theorist” would ever have expected it to by questioning the explanation for the collapse of the Twin Tower buildings, as well. The report acknowledges:
“Thus, the definitive report on the collapse of the Twin Towers contains no analysis of why the lower sections failed to arrest or even slow the descent of the upper sections—which NIST acknowledges ‘came down essentially in free fall’—nor does it explain the various other phenomena observed during the collapses. When a group of petitioners filed a formal Request for Correction asking NIST to perform such analysis, NIST replied that it was ‘unable to provide a full explanation of the total collapse’ because ‘the computer models [were] not able to converge on a solution.””
Lastly, the report briefly argues that to this day, there is still a significant volume of unexplained evidence that further supports the theory controlled demolitions took place on that tragic day fifteen years ago, including the fact that videos and photographs show numerous high-velocity bursts of debris being ejected from “point-like sources”; the well-documented presence of molten metal throughout the debris field; and a number of eyewitness accounts (some 156 witnesses) stating they saw, heard and/or felt explosions prior to and during the collapses.
As the authors of the report note, until their hypothesis is the “subject of a truly scientific and impartial investigation by responsible authorities,” we will never know the truth of what happened for sure. People will continue to speculate, and those of us who question the official story will continue to be labeled “crazy” despite the fact that there are many unanswered questions.
For example, if it’s crazy to question why media outlets reported on the collapse of WTC Building 7 before it even collapsed, then perhaps we should never question anything.

SPACE FENCE: CONNECTING THE SURVEILLANCE AND TRANSHUMANIST AGENDAS

The Space Fence is a massive, planetary-wide, space surveillance system currently being constructed that aims to monitor you all the way down to your DNA.
Officially, the Space Fence is, according to Wikipedia, a 2nd generation space surveillance system being built (started in 2014) by the US Air Force and Lockheed Martin to track artificial satellites and space debris. Its budget is US$1.594 billion, it’s expected to be operational in 2019 and the Space Fence facility will be located in the Marshall Islands along with an option for another radar site in Western Australia.
The Space Fence is a resurrection of a program started by Reagan in the 1980s called SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative), commonly known by its nickname “Star Wars.” However, like many exotic weapons of the New World Order, it has a cover purpose and a real purpose. This article exposes the grander implications of the Space Fence – and how it connects to other technology that could be used to enslave you.
What is the Space Fence?
Although the USAF and Lockheed Martin tell us that the purpose of the Space Fence is to detect, track and catalog space debris, we must acknowledge that the MIC (Military Intelligence Complex) is at the helm of the New World Order and is routinely engaged in psychological operations against the rest of the population. The Space Fence is the answer to the prayers of a control-freak conspiratorial class. It will have the capacity to surveil everything on Earth. Like Skynet in the fictional Terminator films, it could become surveillance beyond comprehension. How? The Space Fence is designed to operate in LEO (Low Earth Orbit). It is designed to be one big interconnected machine, run by AI and joined to current (weaponized) technology by interacting with cell phone towers, Gwen Towers, Nexrad Towers, metal particulates and more to create a giant wireless network that manipulates us through the ionization of our atmosphere.
According to Elena Freeland, author of Chemtrails, HAARP, and the Full Spectrum Dominance of Planet Earth who is soon to release a book on the topic, the Space Fence will eventually develop into a conductive Saturnian ring around the Earth’s equator. From there, it could be used to facilitate a complete lockdown on planetary communications (including our DNA communications, since we are electrical creatures), in line with the MIC’s C4 objectives (Command, Control, Communications and Computers). Freeland states that the Space Fence will have the power to totally transform the entire environment of the planet. It thus is a tool of the AI/Transhumanist agenda to merge man into machine.
Space Fence: Ionization and Conductivity
The Space Fence seems to tie many aspects of the worldwide conspiracy together. Two aspects to pay attention to are ionization and conductivity. To ionize is to create polarity within a substrate. Some things are naturally non-ionized, so to ionize them is take them out of their natural state. To make something conductive is to change it so that it can conduct electricity. The NWO controllers have been unleashing a torrent of light and heavy metals (aluminum, barium, strontium and more) into our environment – and thus into our bodies – for decades via industrial output, chemical-laden products, vaccines and chemtrails.
Ionization and conductivity crop up again and again when investigating the Space Fence. The reason the NWO conspirators are so obsessed with these concepts is because they have weaponized them. Ionization is linked to weather control. Ionospheric heaters (the most famous of which is HAARP) are now deployed around the world to hear and ionize layers of the atmosphere. Once ionized, it can be directed in line with geopolitical goals of the controllers, which can equate to earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, floods and droughts. In 2014, we were told that HAARP was being shut down, however since HAARP-like technology is the ultimate weapon of the globalists, does anyone in their right mind really think they are just going to give it away due to lack of funding or because they are finished with it? Former HAARP insider Billy Hayes (who worked on constructing the original installation in Gakona, Alaska) claims there are over 200 HAARP-like facilities around the world which are fully operational.
Everyone loves the acronym of HAARP – but it was just one installation/project. These days it’s more accurate to call these weapons “ionospheric heaters”. According to HAARP insider Billy Hayes, there are 200+ of them worldwide.
Conductivity is linked to both mind control and holographic manipulation (a la Project Bluebeam). It is theorized that, with nano metal particulates everywhere including inside of people’s bodies, the masses are easier to mind control, since the metals act as receivers of wireless transmissions. There is evidence that the more metal particulates in the air, the easier it is to project holograms into them (see the 36:30 minute mark of this Elena Freeland presentation). As this Leak Project video revealed, HP (Hewlett Packard) is literally releasing billions if not trillions of nano sensors into the environment. Is one of the purposes to prepare for a Project Bluebeam scenario?
Our Ionized Atmosphere: Plasma, the 4th State of Matter
The ionization of our skies means that the air is transformed into plasma, the 4th state of matter. Plasma is defined as “an ionized gas consisting of positive ions and free electrons in proportions resulting in more or less no overall electric charge, typically at low pressures (as in the upper atmosphere and in fluorescent lamps) or at very high temperatures (as in stars and nuclear fusion reactors).” In simple terms, it is ionized air. Plasma keeps our atmosphere thick. It is a medium where electrons can be moved around. Altered plasma means dramatic earth changes via the troposphere and magnetosphere. According to Freeland, the Space Fence will also ionize the outer part of our planet.
Was the SDI only put on hold until they worked how to ionize the atmosphere (see Bernard Eastland’s patents for HAARP), then re-activated?
In this context, you can looks at Space Fence as the controlling hub which is designed to capitalize upon and control the tremendous transforming and terraforming of our planet which is happening right before our eyes. How can inundating our world with billions of metal particulates, nano chips and smart dust possibly be a good idea?

Space Fence Delivery Systems: Chemtrails, GMOs, Vaccines
The Space Fence is not only connected to HAARP; it’s also connected to geoengineering / chemtrails, GMOs and vaccines. How? Because all of these things are delivery systems by which metal nanoparticles are injected into our atmosphere, water, food, air and, in the end, our bodies. Look at chemtrails – now coming out of ships as well as planes – infusing the air with all sorts of toxic metals like aluminum, barium and strontium, as well as synthetic biological lifeforms. Look at GMOs – all sprayed with turning into food then invading our bodies. Look at vaccines – the injection of aluminum, mercury and more straight into our bloodstreams. The net effect of all of this is to create one huge wireless mesh network to surround and engulf us.
Final Thoughts: Ultimate Aim of the Space Fence
In conclusion, it’s vital to look just beyond the Space Fence project and see the bigger picture. The Space Fence involves absolute control over space, chemtrails, nanotechnology, terraforming, genetic alteration, transhumanism and AI. The endgame is to control our nervous systems and our very DNA.

Documents leaked to me earlier today seem to suggest that there were cloud seeding operations going on in West Texas on August 24th one day before Hurricane Harvey hit nearly destroying some areas of Texas, flooding whole neighborhoods.
The document was found to be uploaded to the West Texas Weather Modification’s alleged website showing that there was a cloud seeding operation that may have further amplified Hurricane Harvey which touched down only the next day after the cloud seeding occurred.
“Southwesterly flow aloft will work in conjunction with abundant surface moisture to help initiate a shower and storms. It appears the best shot will be across western sections of Trans-Pecos where a weak dryline is set up,” the document reads.
The document goes on to state that the team of scientists saw a “window of opportunity” in Culberson/Reeves County for seeding.
They then fired six glaciogenic flares over Reeves County; this was the first day seeding in August and the eighth in the season, according to the document.
Cloud seeding is nothing new and has been in fact utilized in Texas before in 2011 and 2012. George Bomar, who manages the Weather Modification Program for Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation told about weather modification over Texas at the time.
“The proven success of Weather Modification, Inc., in atmospheric and weather operations, is evident by our lengthy and impressive client listing speaks for itself. Our reputation for successful cloud seeding and meteorological services leads our veteran pilots, experienced meteorologists and radar engineers around the world. Our valued clients include private and public insurance companies, water resource management organizations, as well as federal and state government research organizations,” their website states.
When questioned about what it means that the operation was a success Bomar stated: “it means that the storm lived longer and produced more rain over a larger area.”
Now to be clear, I am not accusing any cloud seeding organization in Texas of intentionally strengthening the storm; I believe that these scientists meant well and wanted to experiment and spread out the rain from the storm. However, the statement by Bomar is one to re-read a couple of times. A successful cloud-seeding operation means the “storm lives longer and produces more rain over a larger area.”
This mean that it’s a high possibility that cloud seeding prior to the hurricane could have caused it to be amplified not only in strength but causing it to last longer than it would have normally from mother nature. Essentially by playing god with the weather the situation may have been made worse. Last year, in Los Angeles scientists did exactly what Bomar wanted, using cloud seeding to boost rain from the El Niño storm bringing rain to the then drought struck areas of California, according to the LA Times.
The CIA has even invested its time and money into geoengineering practices, as has the U.S. military with operations like Operation Popeye during the Vietnam war.
Rutgers scientists, led by Alan Robock, who performed geoengineering experiments have previously warned of the dangers of the practice stating it could cause droughts, famine and mass deaths. It’s well known that messing with the weather can have a very bad effect creating killer floods. The UN was even urged in 2010 to stop its geoengineering projects fearing they could harm nature and mankind.
In August 15, 1952, it was admitted that a team of scientists working with RAF under Operation Cumulus, jokingly called Operation Witch Doctor, caused a flood in the Devon village of Lynmouth, Britain that killed thirty-five people from the torrential rains, The Guardian reported.
In 1997, nearly 50 years after the incident then Secretary Of Defense William Cohen expressed that countries were “engaging even in eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”
So with all these instances of creating rain one has to wonder if the cloud seeding before the hurricane in Texas was exactly like in Britain – an experiment gone way wrong. The only thing to do now is to come together and help those affected by the storm.

As the term geoengineering creeps evermore into public consciousness, people are being persuaded that weather modification schemes will play an important role in public safety as a response to climate change. Most people are behind the curve on this issue, though, as independent journalists and private individuals have for years been documenting what is is happening in our skies.
For the last several years, a Washington state resident has been documenting geoengineerinng activity in the skies over the Olympic Peninsula, reporting on unnatural cloud formations, atmospheric spraying, and electromagnetic warfare testing by the Navy. In addition to the obvious manipulations of the sky at large, she has documented an abundance of mysterious white fibrous materials falling from the sky.
In a post on September 6th, 2017, V. Susan Ferguson shares the following images along with an explanation of where her research in this matter has led to.
Regarding the above photo, she notes:
“The above photo was taken by me a few months ago. Please note the patterns that look like spikes or limbs off a stem. These remind me very much of the kind of cloud formations I often find on NASA Worldview now. This photo is enlarged and contrast enhanced to show the structural details.” [Source]
All of the photos were taken at her home within the last two years. The substances appear as a wiry dust covering everything outside, and occasionally inside. When magnified, the images reveal fine white fibrous materials of unknown material.
Speculation on the material and methods of dispersal for this type of event is not limited to Washington state, as there have been similar incidents around the world in recent years. A small publication in France in 2013 reported on a similar fibrous substance which fell from the sky in 2013 after suspicious cloud formations were seen. In West Texas, and Arizona an example was seen in 2015, when many reported seeing larger clumps of filaments descending from the sky and sticking to everything.
Ferguson took the above photo of the cover of a flashlight after allowing floating material to collect on the lens. Her suspicion is that this material is CHAFF, which is a combination of metallic and plastic strips sprayed by military aircraft to affect communications equipment. This theory is quite plausible given the circumstances surrounding the Navy’s ongoing program of electromagnetic warfare testing in her area, in which low flying and extremely noisy military aircraft frequently fly in this area.
“Above is the flashlight I captured the particles that the US Navy Growlers were and are still dropping on me and everyone here on the Olympic Peninsula. The size of these aluminum strips which are commonly known to be CHAFF reflect their age, because now all the metals are nano-sized. The nano-versions make them much more difficult to ‘see’ but easier to breathe. Not that the military gives a damn about the people it is supposed to be defending. It does not! Note the various colors which are also typical of metal CHAFF.” [Source]
The Navy’s involvement here is not a theory, and is publicly known.
“The U.S. Forest Service, in a draft decision released Tuesday, will grant the Navy a permit to conduct electronic warfare training with ground-based transmitters in the Olympic National Forest.
The training involves Whidbey Island-based EA-18G Growler aircraft crews who would be tasked with detecting signals from ground-based mobile transmitters. The Navy could place these transmitters at any of 11 Forest Service sites under the proposed five-year permit.
The Navy Growler crews already train over the Olympic Peninsula. The addition of the mobile transmitters will enable the Navy to expand that training to include exercises now done at a more distant location in Idaho.” [Source]

Conspiracy Theory or Truth Untold?
Public knowledge of phenomenon like this is kept under wraps by larger media organizations who report on this subject as if it were a meritless conspiracy theory, even when photographic evidence is presented. Even when no credible government or scientific organization can or will explain what is happening, though, and therefore the citizen’s movement to uncover the truth about chemtrails and government interference with the atmosphere continues to grow.
If people are breathing these materials, and their origin and makeup is unknown, then the question becomes, ‘is this phenomenon contributing to public health issues?’ Without fair and earnest reporting into the matter, we may never fully understand what is happening in our atmosphere today and how it is affecting our health.

The US Department of Defense is developing a powerful new weapon that could cripple an entire city without directly hurting anyone.
A recent solicitation from the Pentagon calls for a non-explosive electromagnetic pulse artillery shell capable of wiping out ‘a wide range of electronics, critical infrastructure, and computer-based systems.’
The non-kinetic system would first be incorporated into a 155mm projectile and later scaled down to enable the use of multiple shells, allowing for devastating electronic attacks that are delivered by standard munition but cause no physical damage.
A solicitation from the Pentagon calls for a non-explosive electromagnetic pulse artillery shell capable of wiping out ‘a wide range of electronics, critical infrastructure, and computer-based systems.’ It would fit into a 155mm artillery piece, like the M777 Howitzer, pictured
According to the solicitation, the weapon will be designed to be cost-effective and precise, launching the non-kinetic effects (NKE) from a close range to limit the affected area.
Essentially, such a weapon would render the target’s entire electronic infrastructure useless.
The DoD will first develop a prototype weapon for the 155mm projectile, with the ultimate plan to create a ‘ruggedized, hardened electronics subsystem.’
During the development process, the report says they’ll also be exploring and demonstrating different ways to carry out non-kinetic attacks, and testing the system’s capabilities in the field.
‘Extensive use of wireless RF networking for critical infrastructure and communications systems provides an alternative attack vector for the neutralization of an adversary’s underlying industrial, civil, and communications infrastructure without the destruction of the hardware associated with those systems,’ the solicitation states.
Advances in munitions-based microelectronics and power technologies make possible the implementation of non-kinetic cyber and electromagnetic ‘or electronic warfare (EW)’ attacks that could be delivered via artillery launched munitions.
‘The precision delivery of the non-kinetic effects (NKE) electronics payload close to the target allows low power operation which limits the geographical extent of impacted systems, and reduces the overall impact on the electromagnetic spectrum.’
The new development comes more than a year after a report warned that America is falling behind in the development of critical electromagnetic weapons that some say could wipe out 90 percent of its population.
BOEING'S 'CHAMP' WEAPON
In 2012, aircraft manufacturer Boeing successfully tested the weapon on a one-hour flight during which it knocked out the computers of an entire military compound.
During Boeing's experiment, the missile flew low over the Utah Test and Training Range, discharging electromagnetic pulses on to seven targets, permanently shutting down their electronics.
Boeing said that the test was so successful even the camera recording it was disabled.

The report, 'Winning the Airwaves: Regaining America's Dominance in the Electromagnetic Spectrum', added the technology will become as revolutionary as smartphones.
'In the same way that smartphones and the Internet are redefining how the world shares, shops, learns, and works, the development and fielding of advanced sensors and networking technologies will enable militaries to gain significant new advantages over competitors that fail to keep pace,' it says.

Cloud Seeding Was Used Before Hurricane Harvey, Did It Amplify Its Impact ?

Documents leaked to me earlier today seem to suggest that there were cloud seeding operations going on in West Texas on August 24th one day before Hurricane Harvey hit nearly destroying some areas of Texas, flooding whole neighborhoods.
The document was found to be uploaded to the West Texas Weather Modification’s alleged website showing that there was a cloud seeding operation that may have further amplified Hurricane Harvey which touched down only the next day after the cloud seeding occurred.
“Southwesterly flow aloft will work in conjunction with abundant surface moisture to help initiate a shower and storms. It appears the best shot will be across western sections of Trans-Pecos where a weak dryline is set up,” the document reads.
The document goes on to state that the team of scientists saw a “window of opportunity” in Culberson/Reeves County for seeding.
They then fired six glaciogenic flares over Reeves County; this was the first day seeding in August and the eighth in the season, according to the document.
Cloud seeding is nothing new and has been in fact utilized in Texas before in 2011 and 2012. George Bomar, who manages the Weather Modification Program for Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation told about weather modification over Texas at the time.

Chemtrails Exposed: Truly A New Manhattan Project

There is overwhelming evidence indicating the existence of a global weather modification project currently resulting in the chemtrails so often seen in today’s skies. This evidence may be reviewed in the author’s comprehensive exposé Chemtrails Exposed: A new Manhattan Project.
Evidence presented in Chemtrails Exposed the book suggests that this global weather modification project came out of the World War 2-era Manhattan Project. Both are and were enormous, top-secret military science projects. Both are problems for the physical sciences. Famous Manhattan Project scientists have compared the power of atomic bombs to the power of storms countless times. Many eminent scientists who worked as part of the original Manhattan Project later went on to do work in weather modification and the atmospheric sciences. Men like: Edward Teller, Ross Gunn, Donald Hornig, Vannevar Bush, Bill Nierenberg, and John von Neumann are all known to have gone on to do serious work in weather modification and the atmospheric sciences. Geoengineers today are on record in Congressional testimony calling for a new Manhattan Project that involves spraying us with stuff.
This article presents yet more evidence linking the original and the new. These early connections emanate not only from the original Manhattan Project, but also from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Radiation Laboratory (MIT Rad Lab/Rad Lab). Many Manhattan Project scientists also worked at this war-time Radiation Laboratory. The information presented here also provides more evidence for the assertion that the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has been this global weather modification project’s main research and development vehicle.
This article is the product of a lengthy investigation into WWII-era Big Science, the original Manhattan Project, the MIT Rad Lab, and much more. In this article, we will see how the military/industrial/academic complex created during WWII enabled the development of technologies which have gone on to become integral parts of a global weather modification project the author calls the New Manhattan Project. This essay serves to solidify the assertion that the chemtrails so often seen in today’s skies are part of an ultra-massive and super-secret global weather modification project which is truly a new Manhattan Project.
Pre-Rad Lab
Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) probably first conceived of the plans to manipulate the weather with electromagnetic energy which eventually grew into what the author calls today’s New Manhattan Project (NMP). Although the author has been unable to verify direct documentary evidence showing his hand, other circumstantial evidence strongly suggests it.
Tesla did a great deal of theorizing about weather control and he specifically theorized about using directed energy to manipulate the atmosphere. Bernard Eastlund (1938-2007), the inventor of today’s most significant, powerful, and versatile electromagnetic energy generator (the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project or HAARP), attributed its fundamental technologies to Tesla. There are many of these so-called ‘ionospheric heaters’ all around the world today being used to manipulate the weather as part of the NMP. Also, when Tesla died, huge quantities of his effects (most notably his scientific papers and instruments) were confiscated by the United States government. Among these confiscated papers may have been the initial New Manhattan Project plans. The timing is right. As noted above, Tesla died in 1943, then just three years later, Bernard Vonnegut (who later went on to conduct early NMP field experiments) and two other General Electric (GE) scientists were simultaneously kicking-off the scientific era of weather control and the New Manhattan Project. The three years plus between Tesla’s death and GE’s famous exploits would be plenty of time to review Tesla’s material and make plans for the future. The MIT Rad Lab was already well at work on related technologies.
Most curiously though, the scientific expert charged with reviewing Nikola Tesla’s posthumously confiscated papers was a Radiation Lab Steering Committee member and Assistant Director by the name of John G. Trump (1907-1985). For our military, John G. Trump translated the Tesla papers from Scientist to English. Our military, in turn, decided which of Tesla’s ideas were of military value and thus worthy of further exploration. John G. Trump went on to serve as the head of the British Branch of the MIT Radiation Laboratory. If you are wondering… yes, John G. Trump was the uncle of the new United States President Donald J. Trump. In fact, The Donald’s middle name of ‘John’ was given to him in honor of his uncle.
MIT Rad Lab scientists developed early examples of technologies which have since gone on to become large parts of today’s NMP. Specifically, the Rad Lab made important early advancements in the areas of ionospheric heaters and air traffic control. These technologies involve the creative use of electromagnetic energy. The creative use of electromagnetic energy applied to the WWII effort was what the Rad Lab was all about.
The MIT Rad Lab operated between 1940 and 1945 and it was big. Before the end of the war, the Rad Lab was employing nearly 4,000 people. The MIT Rad Lab was underwritten by a half-million dollars of John D. Rockefeller Jr. money. By its last year, the Rad Lab reached a budget of about $125,000 per day, or close to $4 million per month. In 1945 the MIT Rad Lab had sixty-nine different academic institutions represented on its staff. It produced 150 radar systems. By the end of the war, the Rad Lab had delivered to the armed services 3 billion dollars worth of radar equipment. That’s $40 billion in today’s dollars; about $10 billion more than the cost of the original Manhattan Project.
Many scientists who worked on the original Manhattan Project also worked out of the Rad Lab. Famous Manhattan Project scientists Kenneth Bainbridge (1904-1996), Jerrold Zacharias (1905-1986), and Robert Bacher (1905-2004) were all members of the Rad Lab Steering Committee.
The MIT Rad Lab grew out of something called the National Defense Research Committee (NDRC) Microwave Committee. This Microwave Committee was part of an NDRC division headed by the famous scientist and president of MIT Karl Taylor Compton (1887-1954). Karl Compton also served on the Interim Committee which advised president Truman as to the use of the newly created atomic bomb. His brother was Manhattan Project scientist Arthur Compton (1892-1962). We will have more about the NDRC shortly.
At the behest of Karl Compton, the NDRC Microwave Committee was run by a man by the name of Alfred Lee Loomis (1887-1975). Alfred Loomis was also later a Rad Lab co-founder. The official NDRC historian during the second world war, James Phinney Baxter wrote an excellent book titled Scientists Against Time which efficiently describes the Microwave Committee’s origins. Baxter writes:
When the National Defense Research Committee was established, the first suggestions from the armed services of fields for NDRC investigation included basic research at ultra-high frequencies and studies of pulse transmission. The Air Corps was looking for solutions to the problem of fog and haze and was interested in the possibility of bombing through the overcast. [Karl] Compton, Chief of Division D, promptly established a section to study the applications of microwaves (radio waves 10 centimeters or less in length) to detection devices. This Section D-1, which later became Division 14 of NDRC, was headed by Alfred L. Loomis, a New York lawyer and a pioneer in the field of microwaves. It included scientists and engineers drawn from the American universities and industrial concerns which had done the most to develop microwave techniques. The Microwave Committee, as it was commonly called, continued with remarkably few changes in personnel throughout the war.
The MIT Rad Lab then evolved from the NDRC Microwave Committee. In mid-1940 a group of British scientists and officials, led by a man named Henry Tizard, arranged for their revolutionary short-wave radar prototype to be delivered to America. This was known as ‘The Tizard Mission.’ In exchange for this technology, the U.S. promised development and production. The British needed radar as part of their war effort against Germany, so did the U.S.. In late 1940, the Microwave Committee unanimously voted to establish development and production facilities at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Research began at what was soon called the Radiation Laboratory on November 10, 1940, under an NDRC contract with M.I.T.. The famous namesake of Lawrence Livermore National Labs and Manhattan Project physicist, Ernest O. Lawrence (1901-1958) recruited physicists in the early days, including the Director of the Laboratory, Dr. Lee DuBridge (1901-1994). Dr. E. G. ‘Taffy’ Bowen (1911-1991) of the Tizard Mission joined the staff as British Liaison Officer.
The Rad Lab developed and produced radar and radar-like systems and contracted for radar set (transmitter and receiver) production with five industrial concerns: Raytheon, General Electric, Radio Corporation of America (RCA), Westinghouse, and Philco & Sperry. Raytheon today probably manages the electromagnetic portions of the New Manhattan Project while General Electric has a plethora of connections to the NMP. MIT has a long and rich tradition of co-operating with industry.
The MIT Rad Lab is most well known for developing the airplane-mounted radar which allowed Allied fighters to see submerged German submarines called U-boats. Before the advent of this plane-mounted radar, the German U-boats were sinking Allied ships with relative impunity. Radar produced at the Rad Lab allowed our boys to blow their U-boats to smithereens, regain maritime supremacy, and ensure the safe passage of Allied shipping. The Rad Lab developed and produced scads of other technologies that dramatically helped our soldiers win, including some extremely effective submarine radar for the Pacific theatre. As it has been written and said many times: the atomic bomb only ended the war, radar won it.
As the war ended, the Rad Lab was closed down and people who had been working there found employment elsewhere in the vast, newly created military/industrial/academic complex. Depopulated, the MIT Rad Lab was officially terminated on the last day of 1945, only to be bureaucratically reborn the next day (the first day of 1946) as something called the Basic Research Division. Six months later, the Basic Research Division re-joined MIT as a subdivision of the newly established Research Laboratory of Electronics (RLE).
It is interesting to note that on the campus of MIT, both the Rad Lab and the later Research Laboratory of Electronics shared building space with the Office of Naval Research (ONR) because the ONR has many connections to the New Manhattan Project.
LORAN/SS Loran
Today, electromagnetic energy generated from ground-based antennas called ‘ionospheric heaters’ is used to manipulate the atmosphere and therefore modify the weather. The use of electromagnetic energy is what distinguishes the New Manhattan Project from the conventional cloud-seeding industry. The biggest early developments of technologies which have since resulted in today’s ionospheric heaters took place at the MIT Rad Lab. Ionospheric heaters have evolved from something developed at the Rad Lab called the Long Range Navigation (LORAN) system. During the Rad Lab years was when Big Science got serious about bouncing radio waves off of the ionosphere. Before LORAN, the most significant contributions in this area were made by Nikola Tesla and Guglielmo Marconi (1874-1937), and then later by scientists Gregory Breit (1899-1981) and Merle Tuve (1901-1982). As we have seen, Nikola Tesla was probably the father of the New Manhattan Project. Merle Tuve was the director of the terrestrial magnetism division of the Carnegie Institution. The Carnegie Institution has many NMP connections. The LORAN concept was first proposed by the aforementioned Alfred Lee Loomis. Before this article is over, we will have much more about the enigmatic Mr. Loomis.
LORAN developments were originally produced under something called the Loran Group and later under the MIT Radiation Laboratory Navigation Group. The Loran Group started as a subcommittee of the National Defense Research Committee (NDRC) Microwave Committee not part of the MIT Rad Lab. In the early 1940s, the Loran Group was founded and administrated by a man named Melville Eastham (1885-1964). Famous scientists like: Donald G. Fink (1911-1996), J. Curry Street (1906-1989), and Julius Adams Stratton (1901-1994) were members of the Loran Group and made significant contributions. By early summer of 1941, the LORAN project became the Rad Lab’s when the MIT Radiation Laboratory Navigation Group took over the LORAN project. Fink and Street went on to run the project after Mr. Eastham’s retirement.
The LORAN system involved sending electromagnetic signals from multiple ground-based transmitters to airborne and waterborne receiving sets in order to determine the position and bearing of the ship; a type of triangulation. LORAN allowed the ship’s navigator to determine his position and bearing and thus proceed accordingly.
Loran systems did not always bounce radio waves off the ionosphere. They did so only at night. When the electromagnetic signals were simply sent roughly perpendicular along the surface of the Earth, it was called ‘ground-wave’ Loran. This is what was done during daytime hours. At night, LORAN systems and their operators bounced the transmissions off the ionosphere using something called ‘Sky-wave Synchronized LORAN’ or ‘SS Loran’ for short. SS Loran had much longer ranges than the ground-waves. Ground-wave transmissions were used during the day and SS Loran at night because the ionosphere is adequately reflective at night and not so during the day. Ham radio operators have operated upon this principle for many decades. In the early summer of 1941, successful SS Loran field experiments were conducted between Montauk, New York and as far west as Springfield, Missouri; a distance of about 1,200 miles.
By mid-1942, LORAN field experiments were going very well and hence the project was enjoying lots of funding, access, and other help. Earlier in the year, the LORAN project had acquired a Naval Liaison Officer by the name of Captain L.M. Harding. By this time, the scientists of the Radiation Laboratory Navigation Group were successfully sending SS Loran signals from Fenwick Island, Delaware to the Azores Islands; a distance of over 4,000 miles. The British and Canadian governments and militaries were co-operating extensively.
Also in mid-1942, the development of the airborne SS Loran receivers, which had previously been conducted by General Electric, was turned over to the Aircraft Radio Laboratory of the Signal Corps at Wright Field. Both General Electric and Wright Field (now Wright-Patterson Air Force Base) have extensive ties to the New Manhattan Project. Although the first LORAN receiver sets were produced by the Rad Lab itself, the receiver sets were ultimately mass produced by the Radio Corporation of America (RCA).
In 1943 LORAN went fully operational in the North Atlantic. On Jan. 1, 1943 the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) took over the aforementioned Fenwick and Montauk stations. In June of that year, transmitting stations in: Labrador, Newfoundland, and Greenland were also turned over to the USCG. In order to provide constant military navigation services, the USCG (in co-operation with the Navy and the Rad Lab) then began operating these stations 24 hours a day. By this time, LORAN was commonly able to transmit to a ship up to 700 miles away during daylight hours and up to 1,400 miles away at night. By 1945, the Canadians and the British along with the Americans (Allied Powers) were operating a slew of transmitting stations which provided LORAN coverage from the North Atlantic down to the Caribbean. Also by the end of WWII, LORAN systems were operational all over the northern and western Pacific Ocean and the Far East with coverage from Alaska, to Japan, to the China-Burma-India theater, and on down into the East Indies. By the end of the war LORAN covered three tenths of the Earth’s surface.
The development of SS Loran led to the later development of over-the-horizon (OTH) radar. Today’s ionospheric heaters are the direct descendants of OTH radar and therefore ionospheric heaters are the direct descendants of SS Loran. Amazingly enough, OTH radar transmitters bounce a signal off the ionosphere, then that signal hits a target which sends an echo back off the ionosphere again and back to the transmitter. In this way, we are able to remotely sense objects thousands of miles away. OTH radar technologies were first developed in the 1950s. We left Kansas a long time ago.
Air traffic control

Today’s New Manhattan Project air traffic control systems are most probably the descendants of two different Rad Lab activities. One of these was a project called Ground-Controlled Approach (GCA) and the other was research and development in the area of highly automated missile batteries.
Ground-Controlled Approach systems allowed pilots to safely land their plane in zero visibility conditions and suggested radar-enhanced remote control. These truck-mounted systems used radar to determine an airship’s position and bearing. Once position and bearing had been determined, a GCA operator would give specific voice commands to the pilot over the two-way radio and talk the pilot down this way. It worked very well and was put into military use by the end of the war to save many lives. Manhattan Project scientist, Nobel Prize winner, and Rad Lab Steering Committee member Luis Alvarez (1911-1988) led the GCA group. Alfred Loomis was also instrumental in its development.

The GCA system suggested a new generation of remotely controlled aircraft systems. In the early 1940s, remotely controlled aircraft were not incredibly new. As early as 1918 remote controlled bombers were being flown. Operators relied upon being able to see the aircraft with their own two eyes. The GCA system developed at the Rad Lab allowed operators of remotely controlled planes to ‘see’ their plane much more accurately and from further away. As far as the controlling of the plane goes, the next logical step for the GCA was to substitute electronic signals for voice commands. Electronic signals, as was done with earlier remotely controlled aircraft, could give GCA operators direct control of the target aircraft’s navigational controls. This type of radar-enhanced aircraft remote control was a major technological advancement in the field.
Another area of study at the MIT Rad Lab that most probably contributed to the air traffic control systems of today’s NMP is that of automated missile batteries. During the Rad Lab years, our military was fantasizing about sweeping guided bombs across the enemy like they had been sprayed out of a fire hose. At that time, such remote launch and guidance of missiles had much room for improvement, though. Although our military’s initial uptake of these types of systems was slow, our August, 1943 discovery of the Germans using radio-controlled missiles prompted our American military to get a move on. After 1943, a plethora of related programs were initiated. Technologies developed at the Rad Lab contributed greatly to this body of work.
These early developments of automated missile batteries led to something called the Sage system. The Sage system was developed at MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory. The MIT Lincoln Laboratory was founded by key figures in the MIT Rad Lab and the subsequent Research Laboratory of Electronics. Later, in 1958 about 500 Lincoln Laboratory Employees left and formed the Mitre Corporation. The Mitre Corporation is probably the day-to-day manager of today’s NMP. The aforementioned scientist mostly responsible for the GCA system, Luis Alvarez went on to become a trustee of the Mitre Corporation. He was also a senior advisor to the secretive Jason Group which is implicated in the New Manhattan Project as well.
Vannevar Bush: architect of the military/industrial/academic complex and founder of the New Manhattan Project
The aforementioned Vannevar Bush (1890-1974) was the man most responsible for the formation of today’s military/industrial/academic complex. Bob Dylan’s song “Masters of War” is about him. We all know about Eisenhower’s famous coining of the term ‘military/industrial complex.’ The former President is referring to the combined power of giant organizations enabled by the bureaucratic framework established by Vannevar Bush and his cronies. Bush was the head of the WWII-era National Defense Research Committee (NDRC) as well as the head of the concurrent Office of Scientific Research and Development (OSRD). While overseeing massive growth for all parties involved, Bush brought our military, corporations, and universities together to work on enormous projects such as the original Manhattan Project and the MIT Rad Lab. Without congressional approval, Bush and his cronies created the first American ‘black’ military budgets. Surprisingly, no, he was not related to the Bush political crime family.
In 1913 Vannevar Bush went to work for General Electric as a ‘test man.’ Bush got his PhD from MIT in 1916. He joined the MIT faculty in 1919. Working with J.P. Morgan and others, Bush co-founded Raytheon in 1924. By 1926, Bush was a Raytheon consultant and he owned 3.6 percent of the company’s outstanding stock. In the early 1930s, Bush’s stature at MIT was greatly enhanced with the arrival of MIT President Karl Compton. Bush was then named Dean of the School of Engineering and a member of the MIT Corporation; the university’s board of directors. General Electric, Raytheon, and MIT all have extensive ties to the New Manhattan Project. After the war, Bush was to become Chairman of the MIT Corporation.
At the start of 1939, Bush became president of the powerful Carnegie Institution in Washington D.C.; another organization inextricably associated with the NMP. It was around this time that Bush began thinking that consolidating powers of the government, the military, and the private sector might match the efficiencies of the Nazi war machine then terrorizing Europe. With key support from such men as: Secretary of War Henry ‘Skull & Bones’ Stimson (1867-1950), the President of the National Academy of Sciences Frank Jewett (1879-1949), Manhattan Project chemist James B. Conant (1893-1978), Karl Compton, and Alfred Loomis, Bush went about doing just that.
By May of 1940, Bush had enlisted the help of a man named John Victory to draft legislative language calling for the creation of what he called the National Defense Research Committee (NDRC). The NDRC was to bring together America’s militaries, corporations, and universities in an effort to more efficiently produce new weaponry. Bush called upon Frederic Delano (the President’s uncle) to arrange an appointment with President Franklin D. Roosevelt. In early June, Delano’s request landed Bush a meeting with the president’s closest aide Harry Hopkins. Hopkins arranged for Bush to see the president. On June 12, at their meeting, Roosevelt endorsed the NDRC. With this endorsement, Roosevelt had promised Bush direct access to the White House, virtual immunity from congressional oversight, and his own line of funds. Without an act of congress, with the stroke of a pen, the military/industrial/academic complex was born.
At a June 14 press conference, Roosevelt announced Bush’s appointment as the head of the newly created NDRC. Compton, Jewett, and Conant quickly became his principal aides. Many other prominent experts (many of whom went on to be Manhattan Project and Rad Lab scientists) soon flocked to the organization. The NDRC leadership was stacked with MIT graduates.

The vast majority of Bush’s funding decisions benefited his friends and colleagues. Bush himself later admitted he had pulled off, “an end run, a grab by which a small company of scientists and engineers, outside established channels, got hold of the authority and money for the program of developing new weapons.” Even though the Carnegie Institution figured to be among the top recipients of NDRC contracts, Bush not only retained his presidency there, but the Carnegie Institution’s headquarters became those of the NDRC. The Carnegie Institution ended up getting about $3 million in NDRC contracts. Scads of NDRC grants would also flow to his former employer MIT. In fact, MIT was the top academic recipient of NDRC contract dollars, raking in about $117 million. During the course of the war, Raytheon, whose stock Bush still owned, enjoyed a 60-fold growth in sales. The connections between the Carnegie Institution, MIT, Raytheon, and the NMP are legion. Although Bush fretted about conflicts of interest and later tried to officially legalize his activities, Roosevelt didn’t initially see any of this as a problem.
By mid-1941, out of legal and funding concerns, President Roosevelt approved the creation of the Office of Scientific Research and Development (OSRD) to run the NDRC. The NDRC became the chief operating unit of the OSRD. Under the previous arrangement, the NDRC was funded by the executive branch. Under the OSRD, the NDRC became funded by Congress. Bush remained in charge as he assumed the position of Director of the OSRD and Conant became NDRC Chairman. By 1944, Bush’s OSRD was spending $3 million a week on 6,000 researchers at more than 300 industrial and university labs.
It is interesting to note that the NDRC did extensive work for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). The NDRC served the OSS like the fictional Q Branch from the James Bond movies serves the British Secret Service; producing unorthodox weaponry and spying gear. This is significant because the OSS was the forerunner to today’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and evidence suggests that the CIA is deeply involved in today’s New Manhattan Project. Creating the military/industrial/academic complex wasn’t the only thing he did. In the historical weather modification literature, Vannevar Bush’s name (pronounced vuh-nee-ver like beaver) comes up again and again. Considering all that has been disclosed here, in combination with his well documented weather modification advocacy, Vannevar Bush is most probably the founder of the New Manhattan Project. One might say that Vannevar was as busy as a beaver. In late 1957, as an introduction to the most cited weather modification document ever, he wrote:
It is entirely possible, were he wise enough, that man could produce favorable effects, perhaps of enormous practical significance, transforming his environment to render it more salutary for his purposes. This is certainly a matter which should be studied assiduously and explored vigorously. The first steps are clear. In order to control meteorological matters at all we need to understand them better than we now do. When we understand fully we can at least predict weather with assurance for reasonable intervals in the future.
With modern analytical devices, with a team of sound background and high skills, it is possible today to do a piece of work in this field which will render immediate benefits, and carry us far toward a more thorough understanding of ultimate possibilities. By all means let us get at it.
Yet another thing that Vannevar Bush accomplished was to ensure that technologists such as himself became vital to planning war strategy and operations. This was a radical idea at the time. As Bush’s leading biographer writes, “In May 1942, the president endorsed the creation of a subcommittee to his new Joint Chiefs of Staff that would be devoted to new weaponry. Bush would chair the three-person advisory body, called the Joint Committee on New Weapons and Equipment, whose frank purpose was the ‘education’ of the military’s top brass.” G. Pascal Zachary goes on to write, “Bush was the first civilian outside the cabinet to ever formally have a line into the nation’s military chiefs.” This, along with all the other information detailed here, shows that Bush had the means, motive, opportunity, desire, and will to found the New Manhattan Project. Nobody else was even capable.
As if all this wasn’t enough, Bush was also involved in the creation of huge post-war National organizations designed to enable state-funded and privately executed scientific research; thus continuing the legacy of the OSRD. These post-war organizations became main vehicles for the development of America’s weather modification programs. These vehicles were the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and the later National Science Foundation (NSF).
The curious case of Edward Teller
Edward Teller (1908-2003) was one of the most famous scientists of the 20th century. He was famous because he was an extremely capable physicist and tirelessly promoted his projects. He worked as a senior scientist on the original Manhattan Project and went on to develop and promote the next generation of nuclear bombs known as thermonuclear bombs (hydrogen bombs). He is also widely known for developing and promoting the Strategic Defense Initiative; a.k.a. Star Wars.
We particularly concern ourselves with Mr. Teller because in the 1990s he famously co-authored a series of papers published by Lawrence Livermore National Labs which proposed that the Earth and its biota be sprayed with stratospheric aluminum. We are concerned not only because on its face this proposition is extremely dangerous, we are even more concerned because air and rainwater sample test results from around the world have shown aluminum to be today’s main chemtrail ingredient. To top it all off, large-scale domestic chemtrail spraying operations began around the same time as Teller’s co-authored papers were published.
Teller didn’t work out of the MIT Rad Lab. He did, though, often theorize about how nuclear bombs detonated in the high atmosphere could influence the weather. He also advocated for, among many other things, using nuclear bomb blasts to reshape planetary landscapes. Unbelievably, Teller also wrote of periodically detonating underground nuclear explosions in order to generate a sort of man-made geothermal energy. Although most people today would probably call that ‘completely freaking insane,’ at the time, these types of proposed activities were what was called ‘planetary engineering.’ Planetary engineering is synonymous with today’s ‘geoengineering.’ A branch of geoengineering called solar radiation management (SRM) suggests today that jet aircraft spray the Earth with stratospheric particles.
Teller wrote and spoke about weather modification countless times. In his memoirs, Teller writes of, “putting 1 billion small floating spheres into the atmosphere.” We have noted how he wrote about spraying us with aluminum. In his book The Legacy of Hiroshima he suggests the SRM geoengineering thesis, which means spraying chemtrails. These are just a few examples. There are many, many more.
In the example reproduced below, we see how Teller notes atmospheric ‘triggers.’ He’s writing about the notion that certain, relatively small atmospheric phenomena at certain points in space and time can create atmospheric chain reactions which eventually lead to large atmospheric phenomena such as storms. It is analogous to the so-called ‘butterfly effect.’ The butterfly effect is the notion that the flapping of a butterfly’s wings in China can eventually cause a giant storm on Cape Cod. The thesis of atmospheric triggers is mentioned over and over again throughout the weather modification literature in the same way Teller mentions it here. In order to control the weather, Teller and his peers suggested that these triggers be artificially created and/or manipulated. The atmospheric trigger thesis is central to today’s NMP operations. Today’s NMP supercomputer atmospheric modeling systems are designed to be able to identify these triggers and predict their outcomes. Knowing the probable outcomes is how the people running the NMP know when and where to perform atmospheric manipulations. The National laboratory Teller co-founded and directed (Lawrence Livermore National Labs) has been at the forefront of supercomputer atmospheric modeling since early on and continues there today. Teller writes:
Before anything can be controlled, it first must be understood. We are just beginning to approach an understanding of weather. We know that very small causes can grow into very big effects. A slight disturbance of the air masses on the front separating the calm air of the poles from the steady westerly winds encircling the globe in temperate latitudes can trigger a whirlpool a thousand miles wide and can affect the weather over the United States for an entire week. We can and we should increase the number and range of our weather observations. We will use satellites and other means to keep track of clouds and winds. Then, using improved electronic computers, we shall be able to predict weather and trace the origin of each development back to its original trigger.
When this high degree of meteorological understanding has been attained, we might be able to create triggers of our own and realize the age-old dream of actually doing something about the weather. We might spread a cloud of dust over a strategic location [author’s emphasis] or find some other way to upset the temperature balance between air masses. We might break droughts. We might regulate the precise location and time where a hurricane arises, thus predetermining the place where the destructive winds would dissipate.
Such new command over nature will give us responsibilities beyond our present ability to imagine. When rain will be the servant of man, man must be the master of himself. Control of clouds will bring either conflict or co-operation between nations. The prospect may seem terrifying, but in the long run this situation or one similar to it will surely arise. Science brings progress; progress creates power; power is coupled with responsibility. This responsibility we shall not escape.
As we can infer from his last paragraph, Teller was a global governance advocate. He openly professed it countless times as did many of his peers. The threat of thermonuclear war has also been widely used as a catalyst for world government. Evidence suggests that the New Manhattan Project is perhaps the biggest part of a planned, authoritarian world government.
Edward Teller was also instrumental in the founding of Lawrence Livermore Labs and for many years served as its director. During Teller’s directorship his direct superior was Army General Alfred D. Starbird. This is significant because Lawrence Livermore National Labs (LLNL) has an extensive history of developing atmospheric models and configuring supercomputers to potentially function as part of the New Manhattan Project. In fact, in the article “C4: Command, Control, Communications, and Computers of the New Manhattan Chemtrail Project,” your author goes over the evidence suggesting that LLNL is home to the NMP’s main command base.
The most compelling information linking Teller to the New Manhattan Project is found buried in a footnote to his memoirs. He was a longtime consultant to the Mitre Corporation. This is significant because, as noted earlier, evidence indicates that the Mitre Corporation is the New Manhattan Project’s project manager.
Lastly, via the Polaris project, Teller is once again connected to the NMP. Teller and LLNL led the development of the nuclear warheads which were used as part of the Polaris Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) project. The successful development of the Polaris warhead played an important role in Livermore’s early growth. The head of the Polaris program was a Navy vice admiral by the name of William Francis Raborn. William Raborn was most probably instrumental to the development and production of the NMP. In 1963 Raborn prominently wrote of electromagnetic energy being used to control the weather. The Navy today co-manages the giant HAARP ionospheric heater. Raborn was on the board of directors of a company that went on to build HAARP. Not only all that, but it was a Polaris nuclear warhead which was remotely sensed in a landmark OTH radar field experiment and, as we have seen, HAARP is the direct descendant of OTH radar.
Teller was an early, strong, and steadfast adopter of the theory of man-made global warming.
The sum total of this evidence indicates that Edward Teller was instrumental to the development of the New Manhattan Project. In fact, he was probably the single most important scientist in its history.
Throughout much of the time frame when the NMP was being developed, Teller was ostensibly busy with the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Many people questioned the validity of the SDI project, though. Many people in the know have characterized the SDI as technically unfeasible and potentially ineffective (not to mention wasteful). Teller’s close colleague Glenn Seaborg was a sharp critic. In fact, many of Teller’s peers even doubted that Teller himself thought that SDI was actually feasible.
In his book Teller’s War: The Top-Secret Story Behind the Star Wars Deception Pulitzer Prize winning journalist William Broad writes, “Over the protests of colleagues, Teller mislead the highest officials of the United States government on a critical issue of national security, paving the way for a multibillion-dollar deception in which a dream of peace concealed the most dangerous military program of all time.” Mr. Broad continues later, “One can argue that Teller showed clear signs of delusion. His continuing support of the X-ray laser [Star Wars] after its collapse bespoke an emotional commitment so deep it defied logic.”
Maybe the Strategic Defense Initiative was just a cover story. Maybe it was just a way to divert the public’s attention. Teller was widely known as an extremely potent force. Many average Americans were aware of Edward Teller and figured that he was perpetually up to something big. Many did not like him and did not trust him. Maybe the SDI was put forward as a cover story in order to hide Teller’s involvement in the super-secret New Manhattan Project. This way the public would figure that Teller was devoting most of his time to the SDI and therefore miss his involvement in a highly classified project which was eventually used against the American people.
The cult of John von Neumann
People saw the famous Manhattan Project physicist and mathematician John von Neumann (1903-1957) as a ‘demigod.’ The Nobel Prize winning physicist Hans Bethe wondered if von Neumann’s brain indicated ‘a species superior to that of man.’ Another Nobel Prize winner, Eugene Wigner noted that von Neumann was not Human but a demigod who had ‘made a detailed study of humans and could imitate them perfectly.’ His biographer Norman Macrae called him ‘a prophet.’
These statements were justified by von Neumann’s legendary scientific capabilities. He was known for calculating in his head amazingly accurate answers to exceedingly complex mathematical equations. Given time, pencil, and paper, there was no problem he could not solve. He applied his brain power to whatever was needed at the time. Both the Army and the Navy treasured Johnny as an invaluable scientific resource. He was mild-mannered and universally well liked.
Johnny was part of the team who invented modern mathematical computer modeling. This was invented and developed at Los Alamos in the context of the production of the world’s first atomic bombs. Johnny and his team created mathematical models ran on supercomputers which could predict outcomes of simulated nuclear detonations. Johnny later applied the knowledge of computer modeling attained during these experiments to atmospheric modeling.
Shortly after the war, in October of 1945, Vladimir Zworykin and the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) published “Outline of Weather Proposal.” This document called for geoengineering and a global weather control program. Von Neumann was a contributing author. In January of 1946, von Neumann and Zworykin went to the Weather Bureau and made their case for weather modification.
Princeton University’s Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) was founded in 1930. Like RCA world headquarters, the IAS was located in Princeton, New Jersey. Von Neumann was one of the original five members. The other original members included Albert Einstein (1879-1955). In May of 1946, the Institute began their Meteorology Project which was funded by the Office of Naval Research. Their Meteorology Project was designed to take the, “first steps towards influencing the weather by rational, human intervention.” Johnny lobbied Navy admirals about how computers could revolutionize meteorology and help attain weather control. Military men recognize an important weapons system when they see one, hence money for Johnny’s Meteorology Project was never a problem.
Later, Jule Charney (1917-1981) and Norman Phillips arrived at the IAS to help produce the first truly practicable atmospheric models. Faster computers filled in the other half of the equation. As time went on, the models got better and the computers got faster. By 1955 the Weather Bureau was issuing forecasts derived from computers. The basis for today’s NMP supercomputer atmospheric modeling had been laid. Charney and Phillips later departed for MIT.
Von Neumann was an early progenitor of the modern theory of man-made global warming and a geoengineering advocate. In the early 1950s, he speculated that the carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere from the burning of hydrocarbon fuels such as oil and gas could cause the Earth’s average temperature to rise dramatically. Maybe he neglected to consider the fact that only a statistically insignificant 3% of the Earth’s atmospheric carbon dioxide is man-made. Nevertheless, speculate he did. He also laid the foundation of today’s Solar Radiation Management (SRM) Geoengineering thesis by theorizing that a layer of stratospheric aerosols, such as those created by a volcano, could lower the Earth’s temperature by reflecting sunlight back into space. These are the earliest examples of both the modern theory of man-made global warming and the basis of the SRM Geoengineering thesis yet known to the author. Von Neumann is probably the originator of both. He was also an advocate for global weather control and global government. It’s funny how all these things go hand in hand, isn’t it?
Lastly, Von Neumann was also one of Edward Teller’s longtime friends and associates. He worked on the computer modeling for Teller’s H-bomb.
More about Bernard Vonnegut, Irving Langmuir, and General Electric
This section concerns itself with Bernard Vonnegut and his cohorts because Bernard Vonnegut captained the first modern experiments involving the electrical manipulation of atmospheric particles for the purpose of weather modification. Today’s NMP has evolved into a project involving the electromagnetic manipulation of atmospheric particles for the purpose of weather modification. For more about Vonnegut’s involvement in the beginnings of the New Manhattan Project, please refer to the author’s previous article “Chemtrails Exposed: A History of the New Manhattan Project.”
This section is mostly based on a very informative and well written book titled The Brothers Vonnegut: Science and Fiction in the House of Magic by Ginger Strand.
Vonnegut went to MIT both as an undergraduate and graduate student. For his graduate thesis “A Freezing Point Apparatus,” he designed a device to measure the exact point at which water with other substances dissolved in it will freeze. This work was relevant to cloud nucleation and therefore weather modification.
During WWII, before he became director of the MIT meteorology department’s aircraft deicing project, he worked at the MIT Chemical Engineering Department where he developed smokes for the U.S. government’s Chemical Warfare Service. Vonnegut got Manhattan District clearance so he could use radioactive tracers to measure German gas mask smoke penetrations. It was during this time when he met the first industrial scientist to win the Nobel Prize, Irving Langmuir who was working on smokes as well. These MIT smoke programs were carried out with the participation of General Electric.
Vonnegut got closer to both Langmuir and his assistant Vincent Schaefer discussing aircraft deicing. In 1946 Vonnegut, Langmuir, Schaefer, and General Electric would go on to rollout the scientific era of weather modification. Previously, on May 8, 1945 (VE Day) in New York City, Langmuir, in fact, had been recruited by the Army to conduct weather modification research.
Langmuir was one of the first scientists to conduct experiments on ionized gasses which he called ‘plasmas.’ He invented the field of plasma physics. This is relevant to today’s NMP because, as part of the Project, electromagnetic energy is currently being used to turn vast portions of our atmosphere into plasmas. Tesla had theorized earlier about how the electrification of the atmosphere and the formation of atmospheric plasmas could achieve weather modification.
The lead government agencies working with G.E. on weather modification were the Army Signal Corps and the Office of Naval Research. G.E. employees were merely advisors and were to, “refrain from asserting any control or direction over the flight program. The GE Research Laboratory responsibility [was] confined strictly to laboratory work and reports.”
Incidentally, General Electric and MIT have historically had a very close professional relationship. Willis R. Whitney, the founder of G.E. Labs, was a member of the 1890 MIT graduating class and later an MIT professor. The man who asked Whitney to organize G.E. Labs, Elihu Thompson served as MIT’s acting president from 1920 to 1923. Karl Compton, who served as both MIT President and President of the MIT Corporation, was a consultant to the G.E. Research Lab in the 1920s. There are many more examples.
Alfred Lee Loomis: the father of psychotronic weaponry and major aspects of the New Manhattan Project
The most interesting has been saved for last.
Alfred Lee Loomis was a Wall Street lawyer and banker turned scientist. To gain an understanding of the man, one can read an excellent biography written by the daughter of the famous Manhattan Project scientist James B. Conant. The book is titled Tuxedo Park: A Wall Street Tycoon and the Secret Palace of Science That Changed the Course of World War II by Jennet Conant. This book provides most of the information presented here. As mentioned earlier, he ran the Microwave Committee, was a Rad Lab co-founder, and first proposed the LORAN concept which evolved into today’s ionospheric heaters. He was a Life Member of the MIT Corporation. Alfred Lee Loomis is not to be confused with another important MIT Rad Lab scientist by the name of Francis Wheeler Loomis. The two were not related, either. Loomis was, however, the first cousin and close friend of the aforementioned Secretary of War Henry ‘Skull & Bones’ Stimson.
Alfred Loomis owned several homes in an exclusive community north of New York City called Tuxedo Park. He converted one of these houses, called Tower House, into a laboratory. Calling it the Loomis Laboratory, he worked there with and entertained famous scientists from all over the world.
In 1930 Loomis became interested in brain waves. He was inspired by a German psychiatrist named Hans Berger (1873-1941). Loomis published his first paper on the subject in June of 1935. His paper went over experiments conducted at Loomis Laboratory noting, “…the very definite occurrence of trains of rhythmic potential changes as a result of sounds heard by a human subject during sleep.” Using the electroencephalographic techniques he helped develop, Mr. Loomis noted different brain wave patterns and attributed these patterns to different states of sleep consciousness. Later, between 1937 and 1939, Loomis worked at Loomis Labs with a famous Harvard Medical School doctor by the name of Hallowell Davis (1896-1992) and his wife Pauline Davis. The trio solidified early brain wave research and continued development of the electroencephalogram. Today we have a precise knowledge of exactly how different electromagnetic frequencies affect us.
All this about brain waves is significant because the ionospheric heaters used today as part of the New Manhattan Project, which evolved from Loomis’ LORAN, can produce such frequencies that affect our moods, thoughts, and bodily functions. Antennas which can produce these types of electromagnetic signals are known as ‘psychotronic weaponry.’ Loomis is responsible for research helping to establish a basis for the second most probable NMP agenda (mind control) and the technology to deliver it! He was also interested in hydroelectric power. Loomis was keenly interested in new technologies that would allow power generated in hydroelectric plants (dams) to be efficiently transmitted to far-off cities. As a Wall Street banker, he was very familiar with the value of these technologies. In fact, after the war, he made an enormous fortune financing public utilities. This is significant because the generation of hydroelectric power was later to become a major catalyst for the conventional weather modification industry. Loomis was also a founding trustee of the Rand Corporation. This is significant because the Rand Corporation has many NMP connections. In fact, Loomis was persuaded to be involved in the formation of the Rand Corporation by a man named Rowan Gaither (1909-1961) who had, in turn, been asked by the Air Force to organize the corporation. Later in 1958, Rowan Gaither went on to become one of the five members of the Mitre Corporation’s first Board of Trustees. At the time of Mitre’s founding, the Rand Corporation (along with MIT and the Ford Foundation) was one of the groups disproportionally represented. We have noted the Mitre Corporation’s commanding New Manhattan Project presence.
After the war, Loomis became involved in funding and building astronomical observatories such as the the National Center for Atmospheric Research’s High Altitude Observatory. This is significant because astronomy is relevant to the New Manhattan Project and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) has many NMP connections.
Loomis’ son Henry Loomis (1919-2008) went on to become a member of the Mitre Corporation Board of Directors in 1976.
Conclusions
“Roosevelt called me into his office and said, ‘What’s going to happen to science after the war?’ I said, ‘It’s going to fall flat on its face.’ He said, ‘What are we going to do about it?’ And I told him, ‘We better do something damn quick.'” – Vannevar Bush
After the Axis powers were defeated, our military/industrial/academic complex wanted new enemies. New enemies justified its existence. Without a new enemy they were to be defunded. One of the new enemies they claimed was the weather; specifically the threat of catastrophic man-made global warming. Their prophet von Neumann had said so. They did not step aside gracefully. They jealously and dishonorably clung to power by declaring war on Mother Nature. After WWII, Vannevar Bush and his cronies spent their recently accumulated political capital building (among other things): a global weather modification project, a shadow United States government, and an authoritarian world government. Global warming was just the convenient lie they needed.

It is very interesting how this story and all the names listed here are new to most people. It was all mostly new to the author too. One might think that the story of the biggest scientific effort in Human history might have a little more recognition. One might think that this monolithic tale so important to our species would be known far and wide. Where is the Old Media? Where have they been all these years? Where are they today as fleets of jumbo jets routinely dump megatons of toxic garbage into our atmosphere? They have been busy asserting that chemtrails do not exist and that anybody who suggests otherwise is just a nutty conspiracy theorist. It boggles the mind that a journalistic nobody such as your author has uncovered so much of this. Time proves this work correct. Evidence that incoming Hurricane Irma has been 'weaponized'?
As we learn in this story, while the US avoided a major hurricane landfall for many years before 'Harvey', some alternative weather experts believe America is now under 'weather warfare' by the globalists due to President Trump's opposition to NAFTA, the globalists 'global warming scam' and their overall agenda and as we see directly by statements made by various globalists, theories of 'weather modification' in recent storms and 'weather warfare upon America' may be right.

When will YOU admit weather modification is real and stop calling it a 'tinfoil hat conspiracy theory'? Until the NWS admits the now proven, THEY are the 'fake news'.
As we see in the story headline screenshot above and the 'cloud seeding' graphic below taken from this story over at The Green Sheet Farm Forum, ask any North Dakota farmer about weather modification and they know EXACTLY what it is, so why won't the National Weather Service or the msm report upon this now-proven subject? As long as those within the msm and nws continue to call chemtrails or weather modification a 'conspiracy theory', we'll know we're STILL being lied to, Americans 'dumbed down' once again.
One of my personal, all-time favorite 'weather websites' called 'Foot's Forecast' out of the State College, Pennsylvania area very rarely puts out entries to their website, usually only penning a story when 'something huge is coming' whether that be a winter storm or hurricane. The fact that 'Foot's' now has a new entry on incoming Irma should tell us that 'something huge' may be on the doorstep. With the latest 'arrival forecasts' putting Irma very close to US shores between September 8th and 11th, Foot's 'Hurricane Irma 411 Center' will be visited heavily over the next 2 weeks.
In some of the latest 'spaghetti charts' coming to us from Foot's as seen in the image above, while the absolute track of Irma has yet to be determined, most of the models now show it striking somewhere along the East coast between Florida and New York. Interestingly, none of these show the hurricane going back out to sea as many of the original tracks did and, thankfully for the people of Houston, none of these latest tracks show it going into the Gulf of Mexico, either, thought that could change.

As we see in the Irma tracks that we zoomed in on in the image above, numerous tracks show the monster storm coming ashore between North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland with multiple tracks showing the Washington DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia metropolitan areas directly in its pathway around the 10th of September.
As we learn in this Wikipedia entry, the megalopolis that stretches from the Washington DC metro area up to the NY city area and into Boston is now the home of more than 50 million people. Making up roughly 17% of the US population on only 2% of the nation's land mass, the population density of the Northeast megalopolis is approx. 931.3 people per square mile, compared to the US average of 80.5 per square mile.
Considering that it has has long been warned within 'prepping circles' that 'population density' is one of the keys to look out for in survival situations, just imagine the kind of damage a storm the size and scope of Harvey, or bigger, could do to the Northeast megalopolis should these latest forecasts be correct.
In the next amazing graphic seen above taken from this story over at My San Antonio, we see the geographical area that Harvey would have caused damage to if it had struck along the East Coast megalopolis rather than the Texas area.
Showing much of the entire megalopolis from Washington DC to Baltimore to Philadelphia to New York under water or hurricane damaged, we may soon see Houston-like conditions along the East coast if the latest forecasts for Irma are correct with some meteorological experts warning a Category 5 East coast landfall is not out of the picture.
For those who aren't aware, the cities of Washington DC, Baltimore and Annapolis, Maryland and many others along the East coast are sitting right on the water, whether that be the Chesapeake Bay, the Potomac River or the Atlantic Ocean, and a massive wall of water created by a hurricane storm surge and many inches of rain could easily push many feet of water into those regions as previously happened in 1972 with Agnes and 2011 when non-major Hurricane Irene caused over 150 million in damage to the region.
According to this August 30th story from Dane Wigington at his Geoengineering website, Hurricane Harvey was just the latest example of covert weather warfare being waged on completely unsuspecting populations. Increasingly catastrophic climate cataclysms are being orchestrated and manipulated by an ever more desperate and aggressive global power structure.
And while the exact track of Irma will be determined in the days to come, knowing that weather modification and weather warfare are very real phenomenon as proven on the website of Dane Wigington, where we can find links to nearly 100 years of weather modification patents, and in Steve Quayle's book "Weather Wars & Un-Natural Disasters", leads us to ask if America is under 'weather attack' once again? This brand new story over at Washington Standard is titled "CATEGORY 6? IF HURRICANE IRMA BECOMES THE STRONGEST HURRICANE IN HISTORY, IT COULD WIPE ENTIRE CITIES OFF THE MAP".
Interestingly as we see in the tweet above from now retired 'The People's Sheriff' David E. Clarke, even Clarke is warning of Hurricane Irma being 'weaponized' though his warning doesn't involve 'weather modification' but 'mainstream media collusion' to use the incoming hurricane against President Trump. And as we see in statements made by various globalists all across the board, incoming hurricanes are being 'weaponized' against President Trump.
This new story over at the Economist is called "How Government Policy Exacerbates Hurricanes Like Harvey" while the LA Times reports "What's Causing The Catastrophic Flooding In Texas Is Not A Hoax, Mr. President".
While former demon-cratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders says "It's pretty dumb not to ask about climate change after Harvey", we'd like to ask him, where does he stand on chemtrails and weather modification? As we can see in the 'anomaly' screenshot above and in the video below, this strange appearance of energy continuously flashes across his screen yet it was well ahead of the storm's landfall. The 'top rated' comment on the video:

While many will laugh when weather modification or weather warfare is mentioned, calling such now proven truth a 'tinfoil hat conspiracy theory', as we've reported time and again on ANP, we now have 100% proof of weather modification programs that has come to us from the mouths of people such as former CIA head John Brennan (who spoke about weather modification before the Council on Foreign Relations back on June 29th of 2016). And as we see outlined within this story, there is very good reason to believe that 'Hurricane Harvey' is a modified beast.
Before we go any further and look at all of the proof that 'weather modification' and 'weather warfare' are indeed very real, let's take a look at what was happening on radar prior to Hurricane Harvey making landfall. Are we witnessing weather modification before our very eyes? With weather modification now the cutting edge between 'real news' and 'fake news', with the mainstream media and their 'watchdog Snopes' refusing to report upon countries such as China creating rain for an area twice the size of France or farmers in states such as North Dakota recently complaining that weather modification is failing them, we take a look at this new story from 'Chemtrails Planet' called "Weather Terrorists Engineer Hurricane Harvey For Maximum Destruction".
Reporting within their story that 'Harvey' was allowed to move into Texas unimpeded and cause millions of dollars in property damage and possible fatalities, they outlined for us the developments that helped to turn this massive weather system into the '500-year-flood' weathermen said it had become. Friday, Aug 25th, 2017: Looking at the SSEC Watervapor map on a 28 hour loop, we see that hurricane Harvey was being targeted with microwave RF sufficient to temporarily destroy the eyewall’s organization at two separate times in this loop as the storm advanced in a Northeast path toward Texas. In the previous two videos we show the distinct markings of the microwave transmitter targeting Harvey, superheating various areas near its center which generate pressure waves and ‘blast’ patterns while disrupting the convective process in the storm.
A major hurricane has not hit the Gulf coast area in many years because of the same covert weather control operation that has been occurring unreported until about two and a half years ago when this channel began daily reports showing how weather manipulation in the form of satellite-based microwave and/or laser transmitters are used to generate on-demand high pressure to steer and/or super-heat and kill large storms and hurricanes. All three of these elements of covert weather control are coordinated by a small group of people connected with the NOAA, Dept. of Defense, Defense Meteorological Agency, and NASA. Raytheon / Boeing build much of the satellite hardware used to generate the high power microwave RF.

In Steve Quayle's book "Weather Wars & Un-Natural Disasters" he warned us that "technology would make available, to the leaders of the major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of security forces need be appraised… Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.”
While it's completely mind-blowing to us that some people have such closed minds, they've never even bothered to investigate the nearly 100 years of weather modification patents that are fully available for the public to read, the fact that a huge percentage of Americans are still getting their news from the MSM, completely believing the drivel that comes out of their mouths, helps to explain why our nation is now in such dire straits in many different ways.

What was the US Air Force referring to when they mentioned 'Owning the Weather' back when that document was written in August of 1996 if NOT weather warfare and weather modification?

With Harvey also showing how quickly 'the unprepared' will be hurting badly in an emergency as food, water, power and emergency services fail as shared in this new story from Mike Adams over at Natural News, we believe a critical element to watch out for in the days and weeks ahead is the price of gas and oil.
With prices already going up with predictions that prices will continue to climb as the region realizes the true extent of the damage there, estimates that more than 10% of the US oil production capacity has been damaged give us one sign of where this may be going from here. As CNBC has just reported, as much as 1/3 of the US oil refining capacity may be damaged by the aftermath of Harvey.
Another great concern to watch out for in the days ahead are what's being called 'potentially catastrophic floods' near several different nuclear power plants with 'the worst' still likely to come according to experts.
“This event is unprecedented & all impacts are unknown & beyond anything experienced,” the National Weather Service (NWS) tweeted Sunday morning.
With more and more evidence now coming out that Hurricane Harvey was 'allowed to occur' and experts warning that things will continue to deteriorate in the region before things get much better, we pray for the people of Texas in the days ahead.

When you have greed on a scale of the ridiculous, you do things like steer a hurricane into an area that deals with oil, big oil. There is no bigger state than Texas when it comes to big oil. Texas has refineries that feed a huge percentage of America, thus feeding the Godzilla trough of huge cash.
I don’t give a damn what people think happened here, HAARP technology steered Harvey for nothing more than greed for the mammon that is going to affect us all, big time, probably for many years to come. As we have been hearing on Henry’s show now for months, there is a huge glut of oil, this oil is now a sea of black gold thanks to Harvey’s destruction.
The price of oil will undoubtedly skyrocket when Harvey is done, millions of auto and commercial vehicles will be gouged, big time. Jobs are going to be created from all the reconstruction, giving our illustrious leader all kinds of wiggle room to prim his feathers, and take credit for the huge influx of cash that is about to enter the economy. A carnival bark that will eclipse all carnival barks.
People will be hired by the millions, only to give back the money earned while paying for the inevitable inflated price of fuel, nationwide. Billions if not trillions are about to be fleeced from Americans, while the storm steering asshats laugh their fool heads off.
They’re telling us this is the biggest hurricane to hit the Texas coastline in 40 or 50 years, it’s what they’re not telling us is why American Nationals are sick and tired of all the bullshit. Chemtrails, micro wave bursts from HAARP creating low and high pressures steering Harvey is what happened here, nothing more.

Bright Artificial Clouds from NASA Rocket Visible from US East Coast Early

Editor's note: NASA has delayed the sounding rocket launch to Saturday, June 3, at 4:26 a.m. EDT (0826 GMT) due to cloud cover, preventing camera observation of the launch. Our original preview story appears below.
NASA intends to launch a sounding rocket from its Wallops Island Flight Facility in Virginia, currently planned for very early Thursday morning (June 1). If all goes according to schedule, many residents in the middle Atlantic and Northeast United States will be able to spot multicolored patches of light in the dark, early-morning sky sky.
These conspicuous glows will be human-made features: clouds of barium, strontium and cupric-oxide vapor released by a two-stage Terrier-Improved Malemute sounding rocket.

The launch was rescheduled from May 31 due to weather, so the first opportunity will come on Thursday, June 1, at 4:25 a.m. EDT (0825 GMT). The rocket will be launched on an east-southeast trajectory. About 4 to 5 1/2 minutes after the launch, on the rocket's downward leg, as many as 10 clouds will be created from canisters, each about the size of a soft drink can. These canisters will be deployed in the air, 6 to 12 miles (9.7 to 19 kilometers) away from the 670-lb. (300 kilograms) main payload over the Atlantic Ocean, at altitudes of between 96 and 124 miles (154 to 193 km). [Blastoff! How to See a Rocket Launch in Person This Summer]
"The development of the multicanister or ampule ejection system will allow scientists to gather information over a much larger area than previously allowed when deploying the vapor just from the main payload," NASA officials wrote in a statement.
According to NASA, the total flight time for the mission will be 8 minutes. "The payload will land in the Atlantic Ocean about 90 miles [145 km] from Wallops Island and will not be recovered," NASA officials wrote. "The tracer clouds pose absolutely no hazard to residents along the mid-Atlantic coast."
Tracers used to study the ionosphere
Since the 1950s, sounding rockets have been periodically sent up into the atmosphere to study high-level winds and the Earth's magnetic field. Because these fields are invisible to the eye, NASA uses tracer elements such as barium to make their movement visible. When ground-level observers and cameras are in darkness, before sunrise or after sunset, barium is released into the higher levels of the atmosphere — where the sun is still shining.
"A fraction of a barium cloud ionizes quickly when exposed to sunlight," NASA officials wrote in another statement. "Its motions can be used to track the motion of the charged particles in the ionosphere and can also be used to track the motion of the neutral particles in the upper atmosphere. A small quantity of strontium and cupric-oxide will be added to the barium mixture making it easier to track the cloud.
The resulting luminescence is caused by scattered sunlight interacting at both the visible and infrared parts of the spectrum, they added.
Exotic colors
Based on many other similar experiments, when first released, the clouds may seem explode into view, sometimes blooming so rapidly they resemble fuzzy fireworks. Depending on the state of the atmosphere, the clouds may appear to expand to several times the apparent size of the moon; in other situations, they may appear to elongate in a north-south fashion or stretch out into long plumes. Initially, they may appear to glow with prismatic colors, although the primary colors are expected to trend toward bluish-green and purple-red.
"Since observers must be in darkness while the barium cloud is in sunlight, the technique is limited to local-time observations near sunrise," NASA officials said.
As a result, the Terrier-Improved Malemute rocket has a 17-minute launch window beginning at 4:25 a.m. EDT. During that time, it will be about 75 minutes before local sunrise, but the sun's rays will still be coming in from the west to light the clouds at their high altitudes.
Depending on atmospheric conditions, the clouds could persist for as little as 2 minutes or as long as 20 minutes before fading completely away. Of course, the sudden and unexpected appearance of several multicolored clouds in the early morning sky might alarm unsuspecting people and lead to a rash of UFO reports.
When will the rocket be launched?
The morning on which the launch will be attempted depends on weather conditions at the launch site, NASA said.
"Ground cameras will be stationed at Wallops and in Duck, North Carolina, to view the vapor tracers," NASA officials wrote in an update. "Clear skies are preferred, but not required, at both sites for the launch to occur."
Mission updates will be noted on the Wallops launch status line at 757-824-2050.

Where to look for the colored clouds
Remember that the clouds will begin to appear 4 to 5 1/2 minutes after the rocket leaves the launch pad at Wallops Island. If you live in the eastern U.S., direct your attention toward the waters just offshore from Wallops.
For New Jersey, eastern New York and New England, face south or south-southwest.
For central New York, central Pennsylvania, Delaware and much of Maryland, face southeast.
For Virginia and West Virginia, face east. For North Carolina, face northeast.
As to where in the sky to look, the closer you are to Wallops Island, the higher the clouds will appear. Keep in mind that your clenched fist held at arm's length is roughly equal to 10 degrees.
At a distance of 250 miles (400 km) from Wallops, the highest of the clouds will appear 30 degrees high.
At 500 miles (800 km), the altitude drops to 15 degrees; and at 800 miles (1,390 km), it falls to just 10 degrees ("one fist") up from the horizon.

The launch of the Terrier-Improved Malemute rocket might be glimpsed from distances of up to several hundred miles from the Wallops Island launch site, NASA officials said. Skies to be Openly Sprayed With Toxic Metals this Weekend, Blocking the Sunlight

The skies in Maryland will be openly sprayed with toxic metals by NASA today, Saturday June 3rd.
Barium, strontium, and cupric-oxide are being sprayed off the coast of Maryland out of a sounding rocket being launched from Virginia. NASA claims they are doing tests with the ionosphere, disregarding the concepts of ionospheric heating or geoengineering, as if we don’t know what they are doing.
This pattern of metals precisely mirrors geoengineering patents, and rain tests conducted in areas that have seen heavy chemtrail spraying. This is the exact signature set of metals found in rain and soil samples where chemtrails have been sprayed, minus the central component aluminum oxide.
That makes this an unprecedented first step toward the government spraying the skies as a regular practice to “combat climate change,” as an army of corrupt academicians is pushing for.

They have been spraying for a while, but people who point it out are denigrated as conspiracy theorists. Now, they just want to spray us even worse without hiding it.
According to an article from Space.com titled “Bright Artificial Clouds from NASA Rocket Visible from US East Coast Early Saturday”:

So they’re using NASA to push the geoengineering agenda: the beloved space agency is releasing colorful, pretty artificial clouds filled with toxic metals over the East Coast of the United States because the government loves us very much.
We summarized where they are trying to go with this in a past Mind Unleashed article titled “It’s Official: Sky Will Be Sprayed in Geoengineering “Experiment,” Blocking Sun for Climate Change”:

Some powerful forces are pushing very hard for the ability to spray the skies with aluminum, to modify the weather and set a precedent where they can spray anything on us.

As victims of the US’ long history with experimenting on citizens can attest to, this is a serious possibility. Just research the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiments, the spraying of San Fransisco in Operation Sea Spray, ect.
The forces pushing for spraying are not a mystery, and they’ve been at work on geoengineering for decades.
They are found at military industrial complex affiliated institutions such as MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Harvard, MITRE Corporation, Raytheon, and others. If you want to know what “the system” is, it’s MIT. They are an academic limb of the military industrial complex.
Half a century of progress toward modifying the weather for military purposes (and to create a global warming false alarm to justify it) coming out of MIT and similiar entities was well documented in Peter A. Kirby’s book “Chemtrails Exposed: A New Manhattan Project.” Or, you could read his even more recent article on the topic. Or, you could listen to an interview with Peter Kirby about all of this.
However, the truth is geoengineering is obviously already happening in the US and around the world: just look up at the sky. Those giant high altitude “chemtrails” that turn into haze in the sky and persist all day are active geoengineering efforts before they disclose it and take it to an even further level.
So what these people are really trying to do, is normalize geoengineering in the public’s perception.
David Keith is a pawn putting on a show of “experiments” for geoengineering, experiments that seem fairly redundant if you know how far the technology of geoengineering has been developed. Then they can say “we tested it and it’s safe,” and they will spray us much worse than they already are.”

“Invisibility cloaks” and other future advances in military camouflage techniques could violate the Geneva conventions, a top military lawyer has warned.
Refinements of technologies that are already used on stealth bombers could breach compliance with international laws regulating armed conflict if equipment is disguised or soldiers’ weapons are hidden, according to Bill Boothby, a former air commodore and deputy director of RAF legal services.
Scientists and military contractors are spending tens of millions of pounds researching methods for generating effective invisibility through more sophisticated “metamaterials” – substances designed to absorb or bend light and/or radar waves in order to conceal approaching aircraft or troops.
The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) has been one of the major funders of metamaterial science, triggering excitable comparisons with Harry Potter’s fictional invisibility cloak. Last year the US army announced it was planning to test prototype metamaterial uniforms.
Such chameleon-style technology is not entirely new. The first stealth planes went into service with the US air force in the 1980s and took part in air raids on Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq. Their narrow profile, radar-absorbing paint and deflectors are intended to make them virtually invisible to enemy radar.
In Weapons and the Law of Armed Conflict, a comprehensive survey of emerging defence technologies published this month by Oxford University Press, Boothby highlights difficulties further technological success could pose.
“Patented ‘Adaptiv’ technology [developed by BAE Systems in Sweden] uses cameras on-board the target, such as an armoured vehicle, to pick up infra-red readings of the background scenery,” he notes.
“The same background pattern heat signature is then projected onto a series of hexagonal ‘pixels’ mounted on the target that can change temperature very rapidly to match the surroundings.

“As a result, an object can be made to disappear into the background for an observer using an infrared sensor; it can also be used to mimic the infrared reading of a different vehicle, so a tank looks like a civilian car, for example.”
Under article 37 of the 1949 Geneva conventions, ruses such as camouflage, decoys, mock operations and misinformation are all permitted.
“Conventional camouflage,” Boothby suggests, “aimed, for example, at causing the enemy to blend into the background, is lawful and bending light might be regarded simply as a technologically sophisticated way of achieving that outcome.”
But if camouflage is used to pretend to be a non-combatant in order to deceive the enemy and thereby to cause death, Boothby says, it could be outlawed under the Geneva convention clause entitled “prohibition of perfidy”.
Similarly, camouflage that involves misuse of enemy, UN, protective, or neutral signs, flags and emblems is banned. Wearing an invisibility uniform might, it is suggested, additionally breach a combatant’s obligation to have a fixed distinctive sign recognisable at a distance and to carry arms openly.
“A combatant whose weapon is rendered invisible by its coating is arguably not complying with the minimal requirements [of carrying a weapon openly],” he states.
Boothby used to run the government unit responsible for ensuring that newly acquired weapons conform to the UK’s international humanitarian law obligations.
He also points out that the ban on incapacitating chemical agents under the Chemical Weapons Convention is preventing development of non-lethal gases that could be used safely in anti-terrorist hostage operations such as the 2002 Moscow theatre siege.

“A number of states are undertaking research in this field, either with a view to employing the technology or to developing countermeasures,” he said.
“The stated position of the UK government is that the development, production, retention, acquisition, or use of incapacitating chemical agents for military purposes is prohibited.”
On development of autonomous weapons systems capable of identifying and attacking targets without human intervention, beyond the capability of the present generation of drones, Boothby takes the view that these “killer robots” are “unlikely to raise international weapons law concerns”.
Human Rights Watch and others have called for a ban on the autonomous weapons systems but Boothby believes as long as there is a human capable of supervising targeting decisions made by machines and overriding them if they fail to distinguish between civilian and military targets they should remain legal.
Such systems should only be permitted if the human supervisor’s workload is low enough to “ensure that proper decisions are made”, he notes. That qualification means swarms of small drones – a potential future use of remotely piloted aircraft – may pose legal problems since they could be too numerous to be monitored adequately.
“An outright ban of autonomy in weapon systems is premature and inappropriate, difficult to enforce and perhaps easy to circumvent,” Boothby says. “Existing law should be applied to this as to any other technology in warfare.”
Boothby’s book also considers the implications of military advances in the use of nanotechnology, lasers, expanding bullets, “human enhancement technologies” and outer space weapons.
“Outer space is of critical importance for numerous vital functions in the modern world,” he points out. “In the military context, these include [guidance for] anti-ballistic missile operations, long-range precision strike and ground-based mid-course missile defence missions, intelligence, and communications activities. It therefore seems likely that outer space will become a focus for future conflict.”

There is virtually no treaty law regulating conflict in space apart from the 1967 outer space treaty, which states that all uses of outer space must be “in accordance with international law” - implying any warfare should be conducted as it is on Earth.
“Hostilities in outer space seem likely to involve the direct attack of space assets such as satellites using kinetic or cyber weapons, electronic attack in the form of jamming or spoofing, laser blinding, and electromagnetic pulse attack,” Boothby comments.
“Customary law prohibition of weapons that are indiscriminate by nature may have relevance to outer space weapons.”
Weapons designed to create a cloud of debris that continued circling the planet might therefore be deemed illegal on the ground of being indiscriminate.

For reasons of security, I can’t discuss details about how it accomplishes the bending of light but I can explain how it might be used.
Scenario 1: A pilot ejects over open terrain in enemy territory, his parachute that deploys is made of the Quantum Stealth material to hide his fall. The enemy knows his aircraft crashed in a specific location, he has less than one hour to find cover, of which there is none. He takes the Quantum Stealth material from the parachute and throws it over top of him, the pilot is now undetectable to all visual sensors and human eyes unless they happen to trip over him. Now he radios out his coordinates and waits for rescue.
Scenario 2: Cameras and visual sensors are on the enemy beach, the Special Forces team decked out in Quantum Stealth swims up to the beach in the middle of the day as they no longer have to wait till night to hide their approach. The team infiltrates the defenses without detection, completes their mission and goes out the same way they came in. The enemy reviews the sensors and cameras; no anomalies were detected on any sensor, no shadows on the cameras, no jamming of the sensors, no thermal signatures, the only evidence discovered by the enemy are boot tracks leading up the beach right past of their defenses and another set of boot tracks going back into the water.
Scenario 3: The next generation of combat aircraft is undergoing trials, in the past these secret aircraft had to be moved into hangers whenever a spy satellite passed overhead. Now with Quantum Stealth, the aircraft is undetectable from spy satellites, aerial drones or surveillance balloons eyes at any time of the day or night.
