Citizens Bank Names New Branch Manager
NEVADA CITY, Calif., Oct 06, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Citizens Bank of Northern California (the Bank), subsidiary of Citizens Bancorp (OTCBB:CZNB), announced today that Joshua (Josh) McGovern has been promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager of Citizens Bank's Olympia Park branch located on Sutton Way in Grass Valley, CA. Josh succeeds greatly respected banker Barbara Kosher.
