What do you make of today's filing for INBG...is raising the O/S usually standard procedure in shell reverse mergers to pay off the acquiring company?

Or is it simply an excuse for raising the O/S to further dilute and line the CEO's pockets, when the merger will likely not even happen?

Are you optimistic of the merger coming through?

Looks like it might have been a SPAC. If so, shareholder approval for a combo may be tough in this environment, especially since the rate or return track record for SPACs has not been great over the long-term.

Its common with chinese rm's for sure. They sometimes do two r/s's. But it doesn't always happen with other otcbbs, at least not shells that haven't been used before. It looks like this one failed in its initial deal but really was never a business I beliieve.

The reverse split is common before a the completion of a reverse merger in order to become listed on a major exchange.

I had a suspicion that GHBAA would do a RS. Ive seen other shells similar to this one do them with the multiple symbols for diff securities. But at least it isnt big.

Chinese Blueberry Company Goes Public with Bulletin Board Shell

A Chinese company that produces blueberry seedlings went public in the U.S. through a reverse merger with the Bulletin Board-listed shell company iDecentrix.

Investors in Honour Bond Ltd., which owns the Chinese blueberry company, received about 49.9 million shares of iDecentrix, or a 99.7% stake.

Joseph Meuse, president of iDecentrix and founder of the Washington, Va.-based reverse merger consultancy Belmont Partners, canceled almost 111,000 shares of Honour Bond due to him and resigned.

Diamond Award Limited, a former investor in Honour Bond, received 2.4 million shares of iDecentrix. Diamond Award is owned by Tsoi Tik Man, who is now a director of the merged company.

Man previously bought a majority stake in the shell from Belmont for $300,000 in April. Man controls 5.2% of its stock going forward.

The Crone Law Group in San Francisco advised on the transaction.

The merged company plans to change its name to China North Horticulture.

Stock in iDcentrix was trading at $4.50 prior to the July 16 merger.

Had some GHBAA before and there were so many dumps on those symbols associated with it I didnt know what to make of it so I just sold. If it doesnt do a RS this could be really nice.
