February 23, 2006, China Mineral Acquisition Corporation announced that it had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ivanhoe Energy Inc. and its subsidiary, Sunwing Energy Ltd., relating to a proposed business combination with Sunwing. Sunwing is the Chinese oil and gas exploration and production subsidiary of Ivanhoe Energy Inc. Sunwing's operating subsidiaries are engaged in oil and gas activities in China. Sunwing's projects include a royalty interest in the Daqing oil field, a 100% working interest in the Kongnan enhanced oil recovery (EOR) project at Dagang, in Hebei Province, and a natural gas exploration project on a 900,000-acre Zitong block in Sichuan Province.

IVAN showing some consolidation here this week at $1.30 to $1.40. Could be interesting going into next week if we can hold over 1.30. The MACD line is showing some improvements here as well. doc stock_Anlyzer

If anyone knows the transfer agent, we could call and they will share numbers per O/S float, aurthorized, etc....Several stocks I have been in, I have called the transfer agent and some nice lady would answer the phone and freely give me what ever info she had per numbers, etc....no problem...anyone know the transfer agent??? Most stocks that have done a 1700% run, 99.99% of them drop like a rock the next day, never to recover, something is up with this one, up @ one point up another 200%/ reminds me of only one other stock-AWYB, tight float after R/S ran from .0012 to .66....Nows the time for the company to really get savy with the PR work, just hope thats their intentions, maybe some of us ought to contact the company, who's in charge of PR, and pass on some good ideas to them? I believe this float is somewhat smaller than AWYB.....Disclaimer:just my opinion....HLSH

CMAQW warrants are worthless. The warrants can only be exercised when a merger is completed. CMAQ could not complete a deal and is liquidating, so the warrants can not be exercised and are worthless.

On August 30, 2004, the Company sold 4,000,000 units ("Units") in the Offering. Each Unit consists of one share of the Company's common stock, par value $.0001 per share (the "Common Stock"), and two redeemable common stock purchase warrants ("Warrants"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase from the Company one share of Common Stock at an exercise price of $5.00 per share commencing upon the completion of a Business Combination with a target business.

It's a puzzle. They are "worth" .28 now, with the stock trading at 5.28, or .28 above the 5.00 strike price until 2009.

The company is dissolving and says shareholders will get less than 6.00...the market is valuing the stock above the strike price.

Are warrants in the US the same as options? ie. can they be exercised at any time? If so, they have value.

Otherwise, they would have none since the stock will be off the board in theory before the 3 years to expiry is up.

anyway some are saying the strike price is 5 and teh stock is at 5,28 making the warrants worth .28 - Ithers are saying they are worthless.

Something aint right because if the stock was 5.28 why were the warrants trading at .001 - they normally trade above their intrinsic value due to the leverage they offer.

Actually sounds pretty good, the only problem is I need dd on how much cash these guys have r are they planning on doing acquisitions via equity which in that case you can only do about 2 acquisitions before you dilute the hell out of your stock, interesting concept but a bit to ambitous
