China Linen is extremely undervalued

CTXIF is extremely undervalued to its competitors. It has a PE ratio of about 4 compared to the industry average of about 20. Once the market catches on to how undervalued this company is it will trade closer to its fair value and PE in line with the industry. their goal is to also to be uplisted to the AMEX. I believe this is a good time to start accumulating.

Huge news!! Earnings of .30 for the year!! Loading up on more shares as I type. CXTIF could earn over .40 for 2010 just give it a PE of 6 and the stock PPS should be $2.40. And PE of 8 is $3.20! Do the math and get cheap shares before they are gone. Going to be a monster.

CTXIF compound chart...Rhino, I have not done any DD to make an evaluation. The two white candles at the start of 2010 were the Magic Box. All the charts tell me is low volume accumulation. I am waiting for a 25% retrace to get myself in. I am moving my GTC up every day, maybe I should hit the ask and get it over with.

#5. MACD histogram- 5,15,10 You watch the negative bars register -50% smaller then the bar before it, or -50% smaller then the largest in the grouping.
#6. Full Stoch- 5, 5 You watch the fast line cross the slow line while the aroon down(8) crosses the 87.50. Crossing the 20 would be best, when the williams agrees.
#7. Bollinger Band 20,2 You watch for the Magic Box to occur when the negative close touches above the lower bolly and the next day’s close to it is positive growth in a white candle.
#8. RSI 5 you watch as the indicator crosses above the 50 for a quick pop.

CTXIF chart..that whopping Volume by Price bar starting at 1.02 has a lot of trader money locked in just itching for profit taking when the right volume comes along. So far I see some signs for a retrace with this low volume. I will add annotations tonight.

Estimate is for 39 cents for 2010, not 49 cents.

At one time, CTXIF had a presentation showing a 61 cent EPS estimate for 2011 but I imagine that has dropped by at leasst a couple of cents due to the dilution.

FY2010 $0.41/share earnings est.

With very reasonable P/E of 5 for 2010, $2.05/share. P/E of 5 for 2009 gets $1.40. Very undervalued at the moment.

Even with dilution of upto 30% of outstanding stock, the EPS should be at least $0.30 for 2010. Now applying a discoutned P/E for this stock of say 7.5, this stock should double fairly quickly.

I expect RedChip's report to have a price target of several multiples of current stock price.

I assume management isn't just pulling numbers out of thin air of course... but they own a lot of stock so no reason for them to do so.

They said that they only have a power point at this time, since they just started it a few days ago. I asked if they will have an analyst report and he said that it takes about 6 weeks to do a full report correctly.
