That's what I thought about the Form 15. I really liked this company when they were farming mushrooms. Then the CEO handed out shares like candy. I dumped it after that, but bought the other one he handed over to someone else. That one got suspended, IIRC.

When they file a Form15, they're trying to stay alive....but if they're not current with their filings at the time they do it, the SEC can still kill them.

Anyway, looks like CLAD isn't suspended....there's market makers...but got a spread from hell.....lol......at least AH.
