Jacobs Entertainment just denied wouldn't shock me of a take over. Keep in mind, Former MTR Gaming Nasdaq:MNTG President Ted A is running DHCC.

MTR Gaming current President was the GM Hard Rock Cafe Casino in Biloxi 10 or so miles away. Casino bosses tend to move to regions in sync with others.

Wouldn't shock me of takeover through Ted A. connections and or Jacobs Entertainment who was just denied site approval could easily come next store and buy the 404 acres. 2007 a cash tender off of $100million for DHCC was denied. This time higher premium, Time value of money $3-$5 a share.

Story in a nutshell:

The town of Diamondhead, MS will only allow 1 caisno to build. For 5 years Jacobs Entertainment run by Billionaire Jacobs Family has been in battle with Diamondhead Casino CORP DHCC to build a casino. Last week Jacobs was denied Casino development after many years. The reason is Jacobs was trying to build on residential property along with faulty mean high water line regulation.

DHCC goes for site approval this month building on Casino zoned property 404 acres water front Bay of ST. Louis on I/10 abiding by all MGC Regulation(s). The South Mississippi Casino industry is a $1BILLION industry per annum. You need to have the politicians on board.

The Mississippi Gaming Commission denied Jacobs Entertainment a large casino conglomerate site approval due to mean high water line regulations set forth after hurricane Katrina could be the lucrative opportunity DHCC has been waiting for.

DHCC 404 acres zoned casino parcel sits directly next store to Jacobs Entertainment's parcel. Unlike Jacobs, DHCC zoned casino parcel meets all mean high water line regulation.

DHCC recent notification to Mississippi gaming Commission shows they are heading for site approval with in a month.

In the zoning map DHCC abides by all regulations making the land even more valuable today due to Jacobs directly next store possibly getting their $250million project shut down this week.

DHCC turned down a $100million cash tender off in 2007.

On the Coast, casinos are allowed adjacent to the Bay of St. Louis, Back Bay in Biloxi and the Mississippi Sound. If the marsh is counted, the Jacobs site could qualify for a casino.
