what shareholder meeting voted bob kite, the ceo moron into being the ceo of cdvt and the mother co. ? a direct breach of sec rules and regs , and nevada rules.

the mother co. got revoked 1/17/2014 for not posting financials with the sec due to williams ex ceo stealing $4million and stealing the necessary paperwork and due to malet and kite running interference to keep them from filing .
malet is a pathological lier who tells anyone who calls lies that they are working on the filings and they will be done within so many months then when you call back because the time went by he picks a new date that they would be filed, all the while the real motivation is to see it revoked. wms malet and kite lee lad all friends, they steal and rip off the co. with two different schemes then make williams the fall guy and split the millions in profit from stealing. kite covers for the three by getting de la garza to be the new fall guy. kite is so stupid he thinks he can pawn the shell off on mdlg , but within a short time mdlg finds how these stooges work and whistleblows to the sec and throws the shell into reorganization to clean up the shell.

malet is an insider of cdvt, card was malet's idea that he stumbled across a patent and thought he could go up against the big boys in the credit card industry patent breech scam. malet is a stooge ,lier,moron. williams is a criminal thief and he set up a scam with lee lad and lad made a huge fortune selling the mother of cdvt stock 50million shares while cdvt was born into the spotlight. lee lad ran a slew of fake leases with williams to money launder his winnings by selling free stock he got from williams, williams in turn took $4m out of emed and saddled it with fake debt that could never be paid back.ladco will not call me back about the multiple leases and doesn't want to get paid back,he made his fortune tax free by writing off the fake leases with his stock sale gains.. kite stripped the mother co. more to finance cdvt. it is in the little filings..
beware this cdvt it hasn't filed either in quite some time. the shell is run by stooges,liers,cheats, thieves self dealing and has no interest in their shareholders. i wouldn't be surprised if the sec shuts down cdvt very soon.
