The claim “Offshore Shorty can short, no regulations”/“Naked shorts are hidden in the accounts of MMs overseas” Oh my that’s nonsense, it is called Regulation T - it is a Federal law, look it up. It applies to OTC equities as well. The only thing meaningless is claiming short positions in a Sub-Zero DARK severely delinquent SEC reporting EM stock.

After an amendment to the SEC’s Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 in September (which was incorrectly said would Not happen), companies that trade on the OTC Market are held to strict disclosure standards that prohibit broker-dealers from publicly quoting securities that fail to maintain current information.

I thought it was claimed Suretrader was still in business, RME. That’s why thorough DD is imperative.

Best to read up on maintenance margin, it doesn’t make good financial sense to short CACH, even if it was possible.

Short 10M shares @ $.0001, that’s $1000 — however the margin is $25,000,000. On a profitable short, the most a shorter can make is $799.

Meanwhile $25,000,000 is ALL at risk - no one is taking that bet! No one!
