The CITRON attack on CYDY that had to be withdrawn - caused a firestorm of protests among angry investors who raged against the fake facts and lies in the CITRON report. A petition was circulated for submission to the SEC requesting investigation of CITRON. CITRON is a short and distort syndicate that has avoided SEC investigation and prosecution. There is mounting evidence that CITRON may be creating negative articles and reports and profiting from short and distort schemes. If you short a stock and then write a negative report causing the stock to drop, that's ILLEGAL. Unfortunately the SEC seems to be NOT enforcing this crime.

INO analysts INCREASED their price targets THIS WEEK after the MERS vaccine data was released, validating the company's vaccine development platform and showing strong dose results.

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Charles Duncan reiterated an Overweight rating on Inovio and increased the price target from $13 to $17.

H.C. Wainwright analyst Raghuram Selvaraju reiterated a Buy rating and hiked the price target from $13 to $17.

Theory! Citron covered 20 million short shares yesterday. Have 10 million more. They covered those this morning with push down. They bought that big $30 call. Now going to go long and push this up to cash in on the call. Thoughts?
