What the promoters and front runners do not realize is that FINRA can blue sheet all trades in this stock the last four trading days, and in a mater of a minute can have SS/TID #s, names, addresses on who did the trades and send it as fast as email will provide to the SEC and the DOJ.

What these promoters do not realize is that the Federal Reserve Bank keeps a database on all SS/TID #s and where they have accounts. So if the promoter was using Etrade to do the front running/dumping, The SEC in a mater of the time it takes to make a phone call to the FED, get an list on that accounts SS/TID # on what other firms have that SS/TID #.

So by the end of lunch, the SEC and DOJ will know everything about this stock and who did what where.

So if the promoters want to front run/ Dump next week in other accounts not used in this scam, the SEC and DOJ already know. Those accounts are already flagged.

DOOH Now Posting Strong Numbers -- $ 2.2 Billion in Q2 2013




Out-of-home advertising revenues increased 5% from around $2.1 billion in the second quarter of 2012 to just under $2.2 billion in the second quarter of 2013, according to the latest figures from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.




This marks the 13th straight quarter of growth for out-of-home, which has posted steady year-over-year increases since the second quarter of 2010.




Top OOH growth categories in the second quarter included miscellaneous services, restaurants and retail, while the list of top advertisers spanned categories from luxury to fast food, including Diageo, StubHub, Jack in the Box, Chipotle, 7 Eleven, Apple Stores, Netflix, Tiffany and Chanel.
