I don't think it's too bad of a deal for BlissCo or Supreme.

It's a merger for the most part.

Supreme is a great company to merge with.

Yeah, more of a premium would've been nice, but you have to like the longer term of supreme.

The industry is consolidating. Some companies will just disappear.

BlissCo shareholders should be thankful they're going with Supreme versus some other shity mid-tier company.

Either way, this deal is legit, imo.

Thank you and interesting. I was saddened a little to see Bliss come to an end like this, but tried to stay optimistic as I am heavy into Supreme however frustrating they can be at times. So, though I don't completely mind them going to S, I do feel a little cheated.
Either way, really need Supreme to move forward with stock value and maybe this lawsuit will give us a few more shares.
Or it may all fall apart. Who knows just yet.

I have been in Supreme for a few years now at least. I was hoping for Bliss to take off on their own, but now I will have a sizeable amount in Sup to continue the wait. Two of my three biggest holdings coming together.

We all wish for premium involved, but the combined company will have a bright future. Just gonna take longer to realize gains.
