I appreciate everyone's excitement, however, some shareholders are a little confused as to how the deal is being structured, and what happens next. First of all; all companies are their own entities that will continue to trade and have their own independent financials and recognize their own created revenues and cash-flow. However, Auri Inc., will own them so that Auri Inc as a "Holding company" will recognize All combined revenues, including Auri's own. The total picture would show a greater Market Cap., and greater total reported revenues. This will enable Auri Inc., to uplist to NASDAQ. Also, as an added bonus, none of the companies will do any kinds of reverse stock splits...NONE! Thank you, everyone for your support, now, help us grow the conglomerate.

If Protek Capital (PRPM) has BDGR (Black Dragon Resource Company) as a wholly owned subsidiary, stock holders should be asking if that buffoon Alex M. Woods-Leo now owns them both. Not to mention the other issue that 6 companies including those scam tickers are under the control of the holding company AURI. None have any real assets (the 2 billion in art is beyond a joke!) business operations, products or services. The Black Dracos tokens bombed and were delisted from Dextrade and Bilaxy. Both BDGR and PRPM are in the group of 6 of the 7 tickers wallowing in Expert Market Purgatory.

This Titanic cannot be raised no matter what Eddie Vakser tries to pull behind the scenes. And, no legitimate businessman would touch these scam tickers, so why is Alex Leo back in the picture???

I received several emails where shareholders are asking for some "deal" details and I'm more than happy to clear up a few things!
1. Auri Inc., as we disclosed, developed and owns its own line of Wellness and Nutraceutical products.
2. Due to 2018 "Hemp Farm Act", we can now LEGALY sell and ship both CBD and THC ( Delta 9) infused products to 48 USA states.
3. Auri Inc ., currently has several pending acquisition deals. One of the deals in Florida, involved a current creditor/owner file for chapter 11 banktruptsy protection. This was done, so that over 15 Million Dollars worth of equipment, inventories and property would be "free and clear", and the sellers would "roll it up" as equity in the new "wholly owned" subsideary of Auri Inc. NOTE: for those who may not know how chapter 11 works, the basic deal is that , the New owners, will pay off the original investment FROM the future cashflows and receivables. ( and that particular company did over 120 million last year, so there is no issues making payments on a few million dollars).
4. Some have commented on the fact that our recent celebrity had a few scrimages with the law, and some other legal issues in the past. My group had workes with some of the greatest celebraties in the world, and while we do focuse on their talents and skills that delivered them to the world stage, we do not forget that they are human and "Life Happens" . Until Eddie Vakser is dead or locked up where he belongs, the lie-filled press releases and fraud will go on. But, let's do a reality check. There is no airport in Moldavia (as he called it.) There is no silica mine. The art and NFTs were a bomb and only a few dollars worth were sold. The tokens are worthless. Millions of them are needed to pay for a piece of bubble gum. There was no revenue from the marijuana, the oil and gas production, the EVAP machines or anything else. The waste tire deal and many others were total cons with companies that existed only on paper and all those disappeared into the ether.
