10k ending Dec 31st 2023 will look much improved due end of March with no extension and April 15th with an extension

10Q 2024 will look even better due May 15th without an extension and May 20th with an extension

If there actually are no planned sales, and BTC can continue higher... them netting 100+ BTC mined is nothing to sneeze at. Pretty huge actually. BTC @ $71500 last month pulled in 103 thats worth at the moment around 7+ milly.

Id like to know the true OS/Float... and it seems to me if OS is true around 4.8 milly shares... with recent volume potential short shares are being shorted and recycled again to be shorted again on the premise that CEO will continue to sell shares... but if not anymore and no more bloat, and RS... then we have a low float juggernaut possibly for all newcomers IMO.

Its possible the CEO and board has enough of everyones cash and financially stable enough in the business that he will let the stock breath, who knows what the market does there are plenty of short sellers around to work the price.

However being short without the added support of constant share sales will make it more difficult to be short this imo. Might have to start covering and push this higher JMO

Thats why I placed a bet, trying to let it ride this time more as I think some big factors changed... Lets see
