Synaphai,
Thank you for that info, much appreciated.
Hopefully they can get back to current soon.
Best to all,
WW
I've talked to Jim and he's been working on getting the OTC listing back to Pink Current.
Biomass are obviously current in their filings through SEDAR but separate paperwork has to be filed with the OTC Markets to let them know that financials are up to date in Canada. So they are finishing up the paperwork, there was a formatting issue that caused a little delay, and hopefully the stock should be upgraded to Pink Current next week.
This is the info you will see on the Otcmarkets.com

PhillipD,
I have not heard anything about a move and SEDAR does not have a filing by BMSPF of such a move, I do note the number of outstanding shares grew from 300million to 600million recently. Again, not sure why but it may have to do with the $30 million the company needs to start building the LA plant,
Does anyone know anything about a move to the "Expert Market"? Someone sent me a message saying that BMSPF moved to EXPM market on 11/15/22.
Phillp
They've been about to break ground for a decade, just little more, a little more, almost, just a bit more, okay next week, oops we’re moving countries or states, nothing to see here lol
Ha, why waste money on that, do they need to sell more shares?
Would like to see them get their websites updated. News has not been updated since 2017 and 2018, respectively. If they plan on moving forward, they need to get this updated.
Best to all,
WW
100% short volume today. Whoever is shorting the stock sure is making my account balance look like a yo-yo.
Phillip
Thanks for the update. They certainly have a lot of things in the hopper. Most interesting is the work with Western Research Institute. The details of the pilot plant have been missing such as the production rate.
Not sure about Sunyani Energy. They seem like a shell company. Their address on their website shows up as a realtor building in New York. Maybe they sublet office space or it's an old google earth photo.
Thanks again,
Phillip

Good insight of what's happening!
I always look for corroborative evidence of something going on at the Port. They don't publish nearly as much information as they used to, but a couple of "circumstantial" things have caught my eye looking at public notices in Natchitoches:
1) The minutes from the port of Natchitoches says the are working on getting a rail spur to the Northport Tract. This is the tract where BMSPF is going and they are proposing a rail spur with their project.
2) The Red River Water Way Commission has a port next to the BMSPF's proposed site. This port didn't start having regular meetings (at this location) until about a year ago and now they are suddenly purchasing up to 485 acres of mitigation land. Could be totally unrelated, but thinking about where timber is to be stored, I'm wondering if this is related. Could be a coincidence, but they went from 0-60 in 3.3 seconds. Could be for another project or ours. I'll need to read the minutes again.
Phillip
Big volume yesterday!

We’re getting volume!
This thing will fly on air, will we see .05 this week?!
Sustainable energy for the future.
Go $BMSPF!
Here is the part I am interested in.....If they can fire up that plant and produce a product that passes the 21.5 GJ/t , and having a potential customer approve it for use. This would be a step in the right direction.
"The Company agreed to supply thirteen hundred and fifty (1,350) tonnes of Biocoal to confirm Biocoal is hydrophobic and contains 21.5 GJ/t. October 1,2022 is projected start date for production of Biocoal samples at Laramie Wyoming test plant."

Oh PLEASE. How many times have we heard this shit before. Go ahead tea-leaf readers and believers. I put more money in when a significant company comes in. Not before. Been with with shit-turd 20 years.
Income projections for 2022-23
The Company will expect to see revenues of $450,000 by end of second quarter (December 2022), and
revenue of $2,400,000 in first quarter (August 2023). Line one will be commissioned third quarter 2023
and will produce annual revenues of $30 million USD

THE COMPANY IS LOOKING TO RAISE THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS TO COMPLETE WORK
REQUIRED TO PUT THE COMPANY IN A POSITION TO BREAK GROUND AND COMMENCE
CONSTRUCTION. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RAISE FUNDS, WE MAY HAVE TO CURTAIL FUTURE
ACTIVITIES.
The Company has decided to move ahead with the construction of phase one of the biocoal plant at
Natchitoches, Louisiana. BSP will commence construction of line one as part of phase 1 will see the
construction of line one being 100,000 tonnes/yr. of biocoal, with construction continuing until phase one
reaches 400,000 tonnes per year. Ground-breaking is expected to commence December 2022.
I don't pay attention to them either, but just curious what the game is that they're playing.
Phillip
Anyone owning or following this company should read the Annual Information Form. Good I insight for what's coming next for BSP.
End of day trades?
I don't pay much attention to, unless it's high volume.
Market maker games....
Thanks. I just checked Sedar a couple of days ago. You have better timing than I do.
What's your take in the end of day paint? I did that once and got a nasty gram from TD Ameritrade.

I certainly hope I'm wrong. We've had dozens of PRs before without any impact to price or volume. Back in the day they used to have an impact that would usually fade away in a few days. Recently it seems like when the market is down, this stock is up. Hoping for another down day tomorrow. :?-?)
Phillip
Wrong, no penny stock will affect a margin position. It's not marginable.
The price increase is due to buying volume over past 5 trading days. Over 1.2M shares, 90% on the buy side.
I'm guessing the last PR spurred this action. Also guessing this is only the beginning, because of the value of the potential contract.
1M tonnes at a minimum of $250 per tonne would be $250M annually at build out!
This stock seems to go up on down days. Sometimes I think that someone has a gazillion shares that they picked up sub-penny and they buy shares at a high price to raise their account balance to avoid a margin call. Just a theory, but I'd prefer it to be more substantial than my theory.
Phillip
Didnt see any more news yet, or website updates,
but there was volume today of 368,346.
Best to all,
WW
News last Thursday. Over 1M shares traded in last 5 trading days.
What in the world? Haven't seen $0.015 in years. News or manipulation?
Phillip
If they can successfully produce Biocoal that passes the test, it would be a key step to get this ball rolling. Nice to know we may still have a pulse here. Keep us updated on progress, Mr Carroll.
Best to all,
WW
PR out: Probably why we saw volume and price increase.
Very positive news!

Price and volume today. What's going on?
Phillip
Very interesting. Sounds like there is a market for the Bio-coal.
BMSPF just needs to make something happen. Its been really quiet for a while. They have sent samples for lab testing, but we still haven't heard if they have provided the tonnage for test burns in the actual power plants.
It would be great news if they move forward with the testing. It would be one step closer to finding customers.
Thanks for posting.
Best to all,
WW
Interesting podcast:
Black coal, aka bmsp bio-coal is what all the Japanese energy and steel companies are seeking. Luckily bmsp is in talks with several Japanese trading companies and their customers already !

May meeting minutes are out from the Port. One thing that caught my eye was that Weyerhaeuser was mentioned. Probably just a coincidence, but I've always speculated that Weyerhaeuser would be the fiber supplier. I used to think it could be them or Plum Creek until they merged with Weyerhaeuser. Weyerhaeuser would have one of the largest vested interests in seeing biocoal take off. While processed lumber has been skyrocketing, the cost of raw timber has been plummeting. With the energy crisis, I could see Weyerhaeuser using their clout to find a niche for their raw timber holdings.

Haven’t run across that one yet, Phillip.
Best to all,
WW
Curious if anyone else has this problem... Every morning my brokerage account shows BMSPF up 30% despite being the same price as the close from the previous day. Does anyone know what causes this?
Phillip
I would ask the same question. Why two? One may be an old one that was never removed?
They need to get this cleaned up, and then updated.

Netherlands join Germany, Austria, Italy in reverting to coal amid Russia’s invasion of Ukraine
https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/netherlands-join-germany-austria-italy-in-reverting-to-coal-amid-russias-invasion-of-ukraine
Very interesting developments, especially for this project. Coal is easily moved (conveyor belt, train, truck, ships), not subject to the requirements of a pipeline. In that sense it is more secure too. Do not underestimate the security benefit of coal versus pipelines. Coal is also easily stored, just outside anywhere mostly.
Pathetic Germany turns off nuclear in a panic, while their neighbor France is mostly nuclear and independent. What good is it Germany to be off nuclear when your neighbor is almost all nuclear? Haha.
And, Germany wants "Green" energy, but then they buy oil and gas from Russia? Biden gives them a pipleline and axes ours? Insanity - but enough of this administration.
Anyway, a few are eating crow in Europe this evening. Mmmmm.
Well 1) why have two websites? And 2) neither is very impressive or even updated in years.
There are two websites out there for BMSPF
https://www.biomasssecurepower.com
https://www.bmspf.com
Nothing new on the Homepage yet.....
Best to all,
WW
Quarterly report on Sedar is encouraging. Still, nothing will happen until there is demand. They even said they are "considering" opening the Laramie plant, when before it sounded like it was a sure thing. Anyway, best news in a long time. Now, nibble, nibble; will the fish bite?
Now let's get some off takes signed from this and get this show on the road.
