What "risk" are you talking about...it's at .003 ??
I have to soften my critics towards Kender Management.
What Future is saying is correct.
A week or 2 ago I spoke to Sean Kelly personally and heard the same story. Still the september 2010 news letter should have never been sent.
Thanks for the heads up. Its good to know that something is still happening.
I am a patient KNDR Long!!!!!!!!!

you can reach Sean @ sean.kelly@stocktargets.com or direct from the Kender website form. The company and Sean are still there. @ the moment they are trying to find the money to finish the latest prototype. However I was sure the prototype was working they seems to have some problems with the heat exchanger. The prototype works, but not good enough to show the market. I know Sean is try to raise additional money to finish the job @ the engineering firm. From my vision it is not by dumping the shares but rather searching private investors.
I still believe in a Kender future, time will tell. I also think the silence is there to protect the technology.
AIMO
I STAY LONG TO THE END NO MATTER WHAT THAT WILL BE. THIS TECHNOLOGY IS WORTH THE RISK.
I wonder what FutureEnergy or ferret4magic has to say now. As you know they claimed to have insight information and knew exactly what was going on because the dig, dig, dig.
But then maybe they where part of the plot.
Should you think about phoning to Geneva, don't, its a false number.
Just looks like we are F@*#@ced.
This was the answer to my last attempt at communication with Sean.

Has anyone heard anything from Sean? If Kender doesn't work out, I wonder if they will take up some new business?
I don't know what a lawsuit would bring. For me Sean Kelly as a Kender manager is not trustworty anymore and with him actually the whole Kender management. You see, even in the suggested given 3 months this development should take place last year the technical part could be easiliy done parallel to the markeing part meaning everything could have been done within 8 weeks.
Somewhere on this site I noticed a few weeks ago that appearantly Sean Kelly had answered to "a Donna", that Kender ran out of money, which is for my tast a very weak argument showing only a shocking lack of managerial skills.
My main point is how on earth can you as Kender management:
1. make a final development plan with a lead time of only
3 months (september to January) with a very clear defined
task and outcome.
2. for which you also should know how much it would cost and
using FMEA, estimates where and what your risks are not to
fulfill this plan
And then months later this same Sean Kelly comes out with a very weak argument to one individual person that Kender run out of money? What kind of planning is this?
Why not inform the public with a newsletter that you have made a huge calculation error, so significant that as a consequence, the only thing you can do is to step down?
Can we trust this heat exchanger is really existing? If so, which I doubt now, it is a shame it is managed by these people.
Please, someone prove me my thinking is wrong.
I am like you, I increased my position after that email (NEWSLETTER) but I think the best we can hope for is that the company makes it and we get a return.
GLTA
I agree. I bought in based on that PR. Now he won't even answer an email. Perhaps we should consider a class action lawsuit at this point?
I really would like to believe this but you know, Sean Kelly made a huge management and marketing mistake last September.
In a newsletter (september 2010) you cannot let the public believe that the developement is expected to be ready around Januar 2011 and from then on maintain total silence, no explanation, nothing.
How do you expect the public will interprete this? Either this was misleading information or he is a rooky.
Bad job, very bad.
The renewed interest in solar may have people looking at Kender again.

Hi Wabadon,
Have you been in touch with Sean lately? I just sent an email to the address you used, and it was rejected as a bad address!
Thanks!

Will try to go for some more cheapies today!
Accumulation is key at these levels imo. I will continue to add.
KNDR OS-138,297,460 AS-300,000,000 ran to .40 in 2009
Huge upside potential here imo!
Great place to buy here time to start accumulating imo!
What is going on at Kender Energy ?
Is Sean responding on any mails ?
Anyone know what's happening here?
Thanks WB. I have been trying the website form, and getting no reply. Maybe the key is Sean's direct email address?
I wonder where they are in the plan outline?
At Kender, we have always been backed by very wealthy investors. They have supported the company, and continue to do so. We have received an investment of 250'000 US$ from our early investors, end of August. These proceeds will contribute to finanlize our R&D efforts. Substantial additional funding is available and secured, after certain R&D benchmarks are met.
Thanks!
Mike
Hey Cburg, here is my response from Sean. My wife's name is Donna.
Email Date and Time 04/11/2011, 11:23 AM
Dear Donna,
We are still fully behind the company.
We are a bit low on cash, but are working at this moment to round up the necessary money to finish the technology.
Things are calm, but moving along.
We will have a technology, which can extract energy from the air temperature.

Subject: Kender Solar September 2010 Newsletter
Dear Investor,
We are happy to keep you informed of our recent corporate developments.
1. Great new steps in R&D
We have move many steps further to owning the most powerful solar panel you can find today. We have now signed an R&D partnerships with a world renown international engineering firm. We have now transferred all our R&D work to their lab, our being somehow limited in its capacity.
The steps with the engineering firm are the following:
A. Technical Viability (6 weeks of work to go)
- List of technical risks
- List of weaknesses
- List of targets for first series (volume, cost , manufacturing)
B. Market Validation (3 weeks of work)
- Business model fine-tuning
- Manufacturing strategy (on-house or outsourcing, short term and long term).
- Supplier investigation
C. Industrial strategy (3 weeks of work)
- Product and development program
- Study on manufacturing plant and setup costs (volume operational costs)
- Fully documented business model
- Opportunities and exploitation plan
Once all this is done (12 weeks), then we have the first products coming out. Also, once this work is finished, we will have major announcements on the product and our capability to produce energy (electricity) simply from air. We want to have the whole world listening when we announce that. And when this engineering firm speaks, we believe the whole world will listen.
These steps have happened with a slight slowdown, as in R&D nothing usually works on schedule. We indeed tried to push the efforts as far as possible in our own lab, but several elements needed more sophisticated equipment and staff. This has set us back by 3 months in our efforts, but we are still on track to meet our target by year end.
2. Funding of KNDR
3. Product availablity
The first series of prototypes for demo purposes will come out not in October 2010, but rather early next year 2011. We are a bit late, but we are getting there. You will soon be a proud shareholder of the company owning the most powerful solar energy system on the planet. Keep an eye on your KNDR ticker.

It sure allows for "alternative energy" P&D's to flourish.
" that will finally make clean energy the profitable kind of energy in America."
Could you elaborate on that. If profitable it would be done, as it is it contracts economies.
Excerpt from Obama's State of the Union Speech:
".....It means continued investment in advanced biofuels and clean coal technologies. And yes, it means passing a comprehensive energy and climate bill with incentives that will finally make clean energy the profitable kind of energy in America."
We went up a little bit. Needs to keep going.
Long KNDR
I do not believe the heat pump comparison is a good one.
The Kender Energy technology is more similar to the steam turbine. Where water is heated in a boiler by the use of coal or natural gas. It changes to steam which travels through a conduit and spins a turbine to generate electricity. A steam system is an open system with loss due to required venting to maintain a given pressure at all times. If you have ever driven by a coal or gas fired power plant steam clouds are what you see comming from the cones.
Like I stated in an earlier post the Kender system is closed with no loss to atmosphere. The solar panel provides the heat source to change the temperature of the helium and cause it to circulate in a closed loop and spin the compressor and turbine.
Long KNDR!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe you can understand this.....
From Yahoo message board by ferret4magic:
Kender is basicly not a solar panel, its technology is much closer to a heat pump! So you are correct for direct sunlight. 1 m2 does not get more than 1 kW of energy per m2, even in the best of conditions.
But the surrounding air contains much more energy as it has been heated up by the sun for many hours. The function of the Kender system is to suck the thermal energy out of the surrounding air, not to collect direct sunlight.Kender claims to produce much more energy that what you collect per m2.There is much much more thermal energy collected in the surrounding air, than there is in direct sunlight. So its basicly much closer to the heat pump, which sucks in air and throws out colder air.
So I think we need to step away from the idea that Kender is a solar panel.
I suppose they will announce there technology soon.
Mike this is the link to the technological explaination.
Just to clear up: I started my life after military as an OTR driver. My 3 boys got older and needed me home. I took night coarses while working at a local pharmaceutical plant (The West Company) and did E engineering until 2000. The office got to small so I went back on the road for ten years. I guess I'm what you call a 2 career person.
The basic principle of this system is that if you apply heat you get energy of some form. If you place a pan of water on a burner the hot water rises to the top and the cold goes to the bottom; ie flow. At some point the water evaporates an the flow stops. That is where the closed loop principle that KE uses comes in.
This is not a recommendation to buy KNDR. Please DYODD.
