Cover lower and double dips his investment.

Sounds like someone got frustrated.

Dilution is a part of penny stocks. If they come out with the revenue news they claim to have - this will be a good investment from these levels regardless.

If they don’t - that’s the risk you take in otc land.

Won't know till Q2 is out.
Q1 might give a hint. Q1 is due yesterday?
Pink limited could crush it.,
It takes time to unload 100's of Millions of shares with low volume.
If it's still the CD guys, they don't want to kill the stock below .0003

But you'd think the company would come out with some fluff during this period. Especially if it were a scam.
