Beleave uses a proprietary organic solvent free process for extractions. Like.
Liking the expansion approval for the Hamilton facility to over 100,000 square feet. Liking even more the Projected 50M in revenue it could create.
This projection doesn't even include the 250,000 sq ft London greenhouse facility currently under renovation, or the 15 outdoor acres (653,400 sq ft) in London specifically allocated to cultivation, with 85 total outdoor acres available.
With this much acreage Beleave could outdoor grow massive amounts of cannabis & hemp for its recently announced concentrate products, vape pens, edibles etc.
Can't beleave the share price is this low for a company on the OTCQX Cannabis Index, but happy to leisurely accumulate before they announce revenue projections for the London facility. Those could be eye popping & run inducing. imho glta

Hopefully now that the BCSC drama is officially over we can get back to fundamental drivers like revenues. We should be getting a quarterly report soon. If they can change last quarters .01 loss per share to a .01 gain or better then they are making nice progress. With the recent house cleaning, and cost cutting it might be possible. Picked up more cheap shares today on just that possibility. imho glta
I found the info. He has sold 381,000 shares or $224,250.00 worth of shares in 16 separate transactions over a year. from $2.05 down to .10 (after split). he still holds almost 4 million shares. I would hardly say this is alarming. He also seems to be the only one. former CEO Krasic actually bot shares recently.
Maybe Ferreria need cash for a house or something. Most insider sells are for tiny amounts. no dumping here.

I definitely agree, new Greenhouse location in Hamilton will be up and going in no time. This is a great price range to be buying in!! IMO
Couldn’t agree more. Just a matter of time. Way undervalued at this moment :)
Now with the new changes Canada has made, makes it harder for the non licensed producers to get their liscenses. You cant buy a lp at 10 cents that holds
1 cultivating liscense
2 liscense to sell dried flower
3 liscense to sell oil
4 iso 9001 certified
5 4 medi clinics
6 liscense to sell plants.
Soon to add to the list ( gmp) with contracts in place for Germany.
If you can find one with all these liscenses in place at 10 cents can you please post it. I'll buy that one too.
I have lots of shares and wondering what it might be worth in 6 months to a year. If this price holds I hope to have a whole lot more.
This stock needs to have mostly long shareholders for it to move up. If all these split shares are bought, and held for a few quarters it could make a big difference in the SP. If not who knows. Where else can you buy a Health Canada licensed LP for 10 cents. Nowhere. IMHO GLTA
Take a look at Beleave's twitter page. They have posted a photo of a portion of their proprietary extraction equipment. Whatever they are doing to extract without organic solvents requires extreme cold. The pipes look frosty. Hopefully other extractors will license this tech for their own operations. With royalties of course. IMHO GLTA
Beleave Nominated Peoples Choice Best LP Customer Service. O'Cannabiz awards tonight in Toronto. Honor for a small cap to be nominated with companies like Aurora, Tweed, & Canna Farms. Maybe a nice PR tomorrow if they win. If not still a honor to be nominated. Good luck Beleavers.
All Nominees

All good points BB. The Medi-Green dispensaries create high margin income as well. I hope they continue to expand their Medi-Green clinics throughout Canada. Lots of people have conditions that need more attention than a recreational store rep can provide, or should provide. Selling your own products to your own customers cuts out the middleman, and increases margins. Four clinics is a good start. IMHO GLTA
What are you looking for?
They sell oil
Have every liscense that a producer can have minus gmp which is coming soon. Beleave has more liscenses then 80% of the lp's out there.
This stock is so undervalued, at this price it's a steal.
They sell 6 strains online along with the oil.
Find just 1 company like beleave with all liscenses, online website selling 6 strains, and selling oil for this ridiculous low pps. Just 1.
Remember come October, edibles hit the market and I'm pretty sure they're getting ready for it.
The buildout at the London facility to be completed this year.
Iso9001 certified.
This is a gem of all gems.
Are there any developments or announcements expected anytime soon?
The new facility will be a big improvement.
Nothing better for building goodwill in a community than employing its residents. They have already started with the hiring for Beleave's new Medi-Green cannabis clinic in London.
Hope they continue rolling out Medi-Green clinics to capture more market share on the medical side. Especially in the densely populated areas. Reports indicate higher margins in medical cannabis sales over rec sales. Better customer loyalty as well. IMHO GL

Beleave vs Auxly Comparison. Last reported quarters revenues, Beleave $806,765 vs Auxly $235,000. Net Loss per share, Beleave (.01) vs Auxly (.06). Outstanding shares, Beleave 478M vs Auxly 606M. Current share price, Beleave .10 vs Auxly .82
So Auxly had 1/3rd the revenue, 6 times more in losses, 128M more shares, and sells for 8 times the price of Beleave. Think about that for a minute. The share prices should be reversed. Cannabis company valuations are wacky right now. IMHO GLTA
We should be hearing more good news from Beleave about upcoming concentrate products in the pipeline for legalization. Even though concentrate products won't be on the market until October, Beleave should still be announcing their products are developed & ready for production. Just like they did for their concentrate powders for edibles & beverages.
When Beleave announces products like vape fluid, shatter, wax, dabs, hash, and powders are ready for production day one it could bring in more wholesale & retail contacts in anticipation of legalization. Growers & retailers don't want to get caught in short supply like last October. Like that Beleave is a first mover in this market, and is already shipping product. Looking forward to hearing more about their new products in the works. IMHO GLTA
Beleave really did get a good deal on their London greenhouse compared to what Harvest One just invested in a Hamilton greenhouse. They paid 6.5M in cash and shares to purchase just 52% in Greenbelt Greenhouse Ltd. Plus a bridge loan up to 3.5M for renovations. So 10M invested for 52% of a 152,000 sq ft greenhouse on 3.5 acres.
By comparison Beleave paid 6.7M for 100% ownership of a 250,000 sq ft Greenhouse on 85 acres with 15 outdoor acres already allocated to cultivation. Since both facilities need renovation that's a wash as far as comparisons go. Plus Harvest One hasn't even gotten approval from the city to grow in Hamilton.
Nothing against Harvest One. If they want to pay more for less to be in Hamilton fine with me. I like cannabis companies that pay less for more outside the big cities. London is only a short distance from Beleave's extraction facility for easy transport.
Big cannabis is throwing money around very foolishly, and shareholders foot the bill. Outdoor grow is the future for concentrates, and Beleave now has the room to rapidly expand in London. Good job Beleave.
Always IMHO GLTA

Beautiful piece of property. At least from google satellite & street view. Think they got a really good deal for 34 hectares plus 250,000 sq ft of greenhouse. I've seen other cannabis companies pay a lot more for a lot less. Like that they are already moving quickly on construction. Expect to get many good progress PR's along the way to completion. Fortunately Beleave doesn't use organic solvents. GLTA
The disruptive distinction between Beleave and most other extraction labs is no organic solvents are used in the extraction process.
If you are a grower would you want your products extracted with organic solvents. If you are a buyer do you want organic solvent extracted products.
The quote below from Beleave's recent PR shows they are "actively engaged in contract negotiations" for their services. Sounds like some companies don't want organic solvents used with their products.
Come October when concentrates are available smart consumers would want to know how their products are made. This disruptive proprietary technology should make Beleave first choice concentrates for savvy consumers and growers. IMHO GLTA
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/beleave-announces-initial-cannabis-oil-sales-after-receiving-health-canada-authorization-300825801.html
Cannabis oil production is already underway at Beleave's industrial extraction laboratory using proprietary (patent-pending) methods. This process involves the activation, extraction and purification of THC and CBD using only potable components, without using any organic solvents. In addition to producing oils for Beleave's own medicinal patients, the Company is actively engaged in contract negotiations to offer the same extraction, processing, packaging and distribution services to other micro and standard processor licensed companies.
This stock is selling crazy low for a company with established supply agreements in Canada's most populated Provinces. Beleave's 7 Oaks brand is currently in stock online in Ontario, BC, and Manitoba.
In Manitoba their pre-rolls are for sale on the Delta 9 Cannabis website. Put Delta 9 on your watchlist. Earnings report 8 days away. Company is guiding 700% increase in revenues.
No other listed cannabis suppliers stock sells for anything close to Beleave's share price. Have to beleave the SP drop is related to debt selling to finance expansion. Doubt this is all retail sellers giving up at this level.
For whatever the reason I'm happy to keep buying at this price, and lower if it drops more. This is the silly season for cannabis company valuations. Time for DD before they go up again.
Always IMHO GLTA
Canadian investors seem to have better insight on this company. MM's were letting big buyers load up all day at 10, and they did. Look at the Canadian chart for a whole different perspective of what's happening here. IMHO GLTA
Just checked the Ontario Cannabis Store website to see how much product Beleave's Seven Oaks brand had online. Found a nice selection of dried flower and pre-rolls. Right alongside products from Canopy, Aphria, Aurora, and other big players. Pretty rarefied air for a small cap cannabis company really just getting started.
Volume seems to be dropping back to it's average, which is a good sign to me. The extra split shares may be mostly sold by now, so hopefully the SP can rise again. Still holding its gains pretty well considering the recent 7/1 split. Just my personal take.
Always IMHO GLTA
This company has so much going on it's hard to know what the next PR might be.
The company is well along on the licensing process for its greenhouse in London, Ontario. They have also filed an application with Health Canada for their indoor grow facility in Chilliwack, BC. Any license approval is big news.
Also waiting for the company to announce the grand opening of its first retail location in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, future locations for its Medi-Green cannabis clinics, and progress on their outdoor grow facility in Columbia would all be nice PR's.
Not to mention possible new products, partnerships, acquisitions, & other unforeseen developments.
Looks like a healthy pipeline of PR's could be on the way. IMHO GLTA
Beleave Best Performing Canadian L.P. Stock

Agree they are a prime buyout target for the licenses, facilities, supply agreements, and medical patients. I'll take .50 for my shares now, or just let it rise up on it's own merits. Either way it's a win win to me. IMO GL.
They have all liscenses. Sales, production, oil, flower, iso9001, waiting on gmp. They have the London permit, should be getting the Hamilton go ahead anyday. Tgod just got their permit last week. Its beleaves turn now. Someone will buy them out or merge.
Just getting a Health Canada license is a really big accomplishment. Lots apply few receive. The license alone could be worth much more than the current SP. Company could become a buyout target for a big money cannabis entrant who doesn't want to wait for a uncertain license. Even without a buyout the company seems to be executing well on its business plan for the future. No brainer to me at this SP. Always IMHO GLTA
Getting some nice news and updates on the London Facility! Things looking brighter at Beleave!
yup did hear the same..... amazing

51% increase in revenues from Q1
with 250% increase forecasted for Q3
Strong Revenue Growth Expected for rest of Fiscal 2018
TORONTO, Nov. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Beleave Inc. (CSE: BE) (OTCQX: BLEVF) ("Beleave" or the "Company") announces today the release of its Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018, together with its Management, Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A"). These documents will be posted on the Company's website at www.beleave.com and SEDAR at www.sedar.com. All values in this news release and the Company's financial disclosures are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
SECOND QUARTER 2018 OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS
This was a landmark quarter for Beleave as sales from Cannabis began and new distribution channels for the upcoming quarters were established. The Company had revenues of $315,617 that didn't include recreational sales that began in October, however it was an improvement over last quarter's revenues of $208,617.
Significant reductions in costs were evident and, most notably, management and consulting fees were reduced substantially to $161,123 from the previous quarter. Salaries, professional services and change in fair value of note payable reductions were also very significant. On a comparative basis, the net loss in Q1 2018 was significantly reduced in Q2 2018 to $4,804,994, or $0.01 per share, as management focuses on cost reductions and revenue growth for the future.
"We're happy to report on our second quarter that included many highlights and developments for Beleave," said Andrew Wnek, Beleave's CEO. "We announced substantial facilities projects in London, Ontario and British Columbia, acquired Seven Oaks to bolster our recreational product lines, expanded our Medi-Green network of stores in Ontario and Quebec, and moved forward with plans for Colombian operations. We look forward to an even stronger third quarter that will reflect recreational sales and increased revenues."
Beleave also wishes to advise that it is named in a temporary order issued by the Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) concerning certain purchases of and trading in the securities of Beleave and 10 other CSE issuers by a group of consultants referred to as the "BridgeMark Group". Beleave is examining the matters raised by the BCSC, and the underlying contracts, and the services provided by members of the BridgeMark Group. Beleave intends to cooperate fully with the BCSC's examination of these matters.
