The solar-powered EV chargers are off-grid so can be readily relocated, unlike in-ground EV chargers. The emergency power panel and rapid redeployment capability uniquely equip EV ARCs to serve double duty as an emergency source of electricity in times of need.

We believe the current name of Envision Solar International, Inc. no longer accurately reflects the operations of the Company, and we believe the proposed name change better conveys our products and services. The name change proposal, if approved by our stockholders, would have the effect of changing the legal name of the Company. If the name change is not approved, the Company’s legal name will continue to be Envision Solar International, Inc.

The change in the Company’s name will not affect the status of the Company or the rights of any stockholder in any respect, or the transferability of stock certificates presently outstanding. The currently outstanding stock certificates evidencing shares of the Company’s securities bearing the name Envision Solar International, Inc. will continue to be valid and represent shares of the Company following the name change. In the future, new share certificates will be issued bearing the new name, but this in no way will affect the validity of your current share certificates.

If the proposal is approved by the stockholders, the name change will become effective upon the filing of the amendment to our Certificate with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. The Company intends to file the amendment promptly after the stockholders approve the name change. The investment will expand access to sustainable EV charging to drivers in rural areas, including the Central, Coachella, and Imperial Valleys.

Electrify America is sourcing the chargers from Envision Solar (Nasdaq: EVSI, EVSIW), a San Diego-based sustainable technology company. The EV ARC™ 2020 is a transportable, solar-powered electric vehicle-charging infrastructure product. Each standalone station is equipped with a 4.28-kilowatt (kW) sun-tracking solar array, 32kWh of on-board battery storage, and two Electrify America Level 2 EV chargers capable of charging speeds up to 6kW. Envision Solar (EVSI) Provides More Solar Powered EV Chargers to One of Nation’s Top National Security Research & Development Labs, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, As Part Of A Third Follow-On Order

SAN DIEGO – October 31, 2019 – Envision Solar International, Inc., (Nasdaq CM: EVSI, EVSIW) (“Envision Solar,” or the “Company”), the leading producer of unique and sustainable infrastructure products for electric vehicle charging, energy security and outdoor media, today announced that The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) has issued another purchase order to add to its existing fleet of EV ARC™ units. The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is a research and development institution for science and technology applied to national security.

This third order from LLNL brings the total number of EV ARC™ units deployed at the Livermore location to five. The latest EV ARC™ units were delivered with integrated ChargePoint™ chargers for fleet vehicles.

You and every other share holder must due as you believe best for yourself.

As for me, I have always said this is a L O N G term investment for me. I knew it was just a start-up when I bought in. But I believe in them and their product of the Future. So the ups and downs over a few months does not phase me much. I liken it to buying another company that was young and low before they hit the big time. Those that want to buy a penny stock and expect to be a millionaire in a couple weeks are in the wrong stock. And those that do not believe in the company or the management should follow them out the door. But then a person should have considered
all of this before they bought.
I think for the long holders Desmond and crew has done a fantastic job over the last 5 yrs, building this from near nothing to being market ready.

There may be some early selling now that the extra stock deal is done but I don/t expect it to last. I also expect some positive news in the near future.

I hope you all do well. Plays like this do not come along very often.
