It is time to talk about this company.
BPWF is going forward with Project in India, taking while. It seems like finally things are getting together. Next trip to India will tell whole a lot. On top of that their new project in Canada sounds even more exciting. Stock price is moving higher almost every day. Somebody must know something. The time finally arrived, IMO.

I'm just a regular Joe, but I'd GUESS IMO only:

A- Anticipation will drive price higher.

B- Balaton & Visa were looking ahead to their next moves & had pieces in place to lobby for next bureaucratic approvals long before recent PR. SEE stockouse dot com board for more detailed info.

C- Price might take many sharp leaps up & half way back?, based on unproven past claims of shorting by MM's to be artfully covered or "worked off" like too many holiday feast pounds packed on the ol midsection.

D- You'l have a MUCH HAPPIER New Year if you discipline yourself to SELL INTO A RUN-- NEVER BUY into a run. Someday IMO this will really fly but don't waste a run by gnashing your teeth to bits by buying at a possible top & desperately trying to sell on the way down (3 day rule) (Been there/done that!)

As the Bond film sez: BUY ANOTHER DAY.

Last guess --at ATerd, ask often showed as .22 long before the announcement when price peaked at...22 cents. Lately it's @25 cents but who knows? I don't have L2.

Expect the price will/might drop mightily between news events surges. With Visa onboard I hope for much more frequent PRs-- another by GroundHog Day would be ground-breaking!

NEWS Balaton Power Inc. Announces Agreement with Visa International Ltd. For Development of Gandhamardan Bauxite Project.

LANGLEY, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balaton Power Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCBB: BPWRF) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Continental Resources (USA) Ltd. (“CRL”) has entered into an agreement in settlement of the litigation with VISA International Ltd. of Kolkata, India (“VISA”) a leading Indian business conglomerate. Under the terms of the settlement CRL settled all outstanding disputes with VISA and thereby reinstated its agreement-dated 15.02.2005 whereby VISA (as to 74%) and CRL (as to 26%) will establish a corporation in the State of Orissa, India to jointly develop the Gandhamardan Bauxite Project.

Under the terms of the agreement CRL will receive from VISA incremental cash payments, upon the achievement of certain milestones during the development of the Gandhamardan Bauxite Project. The parties agree to work together in good faith with the Orissa Mining Corporation and its requirements for the ratification of the revised original agreement between CRL and OMC. The development of Gandhamardan Bauxite Project has been conceived as a joint venture between the Orissa Mining Corporation (“OMC”), an Orissa state-owned enterprise and CRL and is pending signatures to the revised joint venture agreement between the two entities. The original MOU and JV agreement between CRL and OMC were signed on 01.10.1996 and 18.04.1997 respectively.

VISA is a leading Indian business conglomerate with significant financial and technical resources, expertise and project experience in managing large operations in India and abroad. CRL and its parent Company Balaton Power are extremely pleased to have the litigation resolved and the involvement, and support of VISA in the development of the Gandhamardan Bauxite Project.
