Charles, where are my shares? For some reason this stock is trading and we can’t.
azrh… The trouble with Gold Mines, (A family member owned one for about 4 years in Arizona,) is that with fairly efficient mining Equipment, the average extracting price was around $1,200 per ounce, and this was a number of years ago!
I was out there for a while when my Family member told be; "T., if a minor component Breaks, (and his equipment was not top-of-the-line,) it costs no less than $2,500 dollars to replace the problem component," and that is just the very simplest of things, like a broken gear, or even something simpler?
Then to buy the Computerized equipment is a very expensive proposition, costing millions of Dollars, even for slightly used systems? Since many Gold Mining operations go out of Business, there are used systems galore out there! Say the cost of mining one ounce of gold costs only about $ 1,000 dollars, (about 200 dollars less than it costs about 8 years ago or so,) chances are that the market will only accept so many ounces at one particular time, whereupon the price of Gold lowers below your asking price! Right now Gold Ranges from $1,500 to 1,295 dollars an ounce, so your Gold mining operation will be able to sell only so much at any particular time, where the excess, (one wants to continue the Mining operation, not halt it every couple of months or so,) will have to be refined into Bullion blocks and stored away somewhere?
Gold will often rise to new Heights, as people will see the immediate explosion and go along with the mania that always attracts new buyers, but the fall is never too far away as the mania begins to be understood!
At the time my Family Member bought the mine, a healthy reservoir of Gold by the way, it cost him, (Well not him, but the foolish Investors,) about 4 Million dollars, but since the monthly mortgage costs were pretty high, (I was not privy to them,) a certain amount of gold had to be extracted and refined every month! Well, with the cost of Labor and other costs, my F/M could not keep up with the monthly costs, so the original owner took the mine back! The only things that are sustainable about gold is the GLITTER and the almost indestructible quality of it, nothing else, though some miners may have contacts that need the gold and will buy it, but at a discount usually! My F/M also had a two garage sized Refinery in Albuquerque, NM., and hauled the Basic ore from Northern Arizona to Alb'e, around 600 Miles or so, twice a week to refine what the extraction machinery reduced to the basic ore!
Gold miners are some of the most ruthless people around, my F/M included, so they are the best sellers in the world, as who isn't susceptible to having that lifetime opportunity of getting rich in Gold? It usually doesn't take much selling to convince a potential buyer that GOLD will always be the underlying value of everything in this world?
Though the depression in Gold has been sometime static in the negative zone for quite a while, there might be another "Boom" sometime in the next 3-6 years or so, so good luck AZURE Investors, the time for another surge might not be that far away? But beware, as the overall depths of Mining operations are never fully understood, and overlooked by the promise, (Illusionary usually,) there is quite a risk involved! But the basic facts of Ounce Costs and the Sales factors are always pretty much the same over time, though they costs increase faster than the sales profits! GLTA.
Ken, I emailed Charles and have not received a reply. Have you had any luck? Its a shame we cant trade our shares. I will wait a little longer.
If you read the financials it said that Charles Townsend is offering a voluntary conversion.
it is my understanding he will be making a tender offer which i believe will go out in a a letter similar to the distribution of Graffiti shares.
It should happen soon and i’ll try and consult with him on how to facilitate this
Ken, where are my shares from the graffiti conversion?
Wow, $5 million dollar mining asset rolled into AZRH. Details on the mine at www.eragonmining.com from the just released financials.

AZRH financed by Ken here ? What's going on with SDVI
I know plenty, one verifiable fraudulent company, this one, is teaming up with another that for all intents and purposes is another fraud SDVI. I unfortunately am being dragged into this shithole due to SDVI. How are the SEC proceedings going? What a joke.
I'm going to go out on a limb here

What will happen now with all the past troubles coming to light?
Saw it too.

We'll see in the future.

New Sole Officer: GEORGE BIKAKIS
at least it explains the little buying Vol today.
AZRH is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 7 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.
Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.
Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.
AZRH is on the list of delinquent filers:

AZRH: failure to comply with Finra 6530 (ie., delinquent Financials). Moved to the OTC Markets.

Looks like it's heating up a little bit around here.Higher lows and higher highs...we might be hearing something soon. Hit $2 on 125k volume. today..That isn't chump change!!
Well if I miss the boat then so be it, I've already flipped this once so I have no regrets. I'm all about managing risk and while Paul has done a very solid job with this one, as it has been a good trading stock thus far, it's too risky for me at these prices. Especially considering what little information, concerning the direction of the company, has been made available.
Not to mention have you seen some of this stuff around the Internet that has been written by Paul's stalker..? All of this sounds like it was written by the same individual, maybe a disgruntled DGSU investor?? Whatever the case he's clearly pissed off someone. Who knows if there is any truth to it or if it's just some sort of smear campaign but it does make me a little leery about investing here nonetheless.

I just wanted to add that if you wait until then you will find out when everybody does and then you will have missed the boat imo.....lol... I came across this studying the daily lists...There is a couple more I am watching...gl
I agree it's like shooting in the dark but those big bids tell a story...I am just gonna let ride what I have right now and see what happens. It has been kinda volatile though and I have seen some bids in 1.4's and 1.5's getting picked up...It looks like small sells and then a big buy will come in on a reduced ask. Shares look real tight! You could actually flip this daily if you had nothing else to do but watch L2 all day. You have to look at that market cap...Something big can happen here and this thing could be a 10 banger overnight...You never know!! Gl..
Yeah I've seen some pretty big bidders show up here, it's starting to remind me of EC_AU before it ran to $3+. Just wish Paul would let us all in on what is going on with this. Clearly those buying now know whats up, the rest of us are in the dark.
I might consider buying back in if I knew what direction he was taking the company, right now we don't know squat, is this just some sort of behind the scenes stock promotion(cold calls??) or is there more to it..?? I need more details before I'm willing to buy at these prices, otherwise I mine as well take my money to Vegas and play roulette.
$50k buy @ 11:43 for 29.4k and another almost $20k buy 6 minutes later @ $1.7.
This is not chump change ....somebody big is betting on this going much higher imo..

It sounds like the whole point of the article was to write about an overvalued stock, well there are a hell of a lot more companies out there on the OTC who's values defy any logic whatsoever.
Take a look at this one I ran across the other day for example:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SGMZ/company-info
Market Value $6,218,755,690 a/o Jan 16, 2014
Shares Outstanding 177,678,734 a/o Nov 07, 2013
Authorized Shares 350,000,000 a/o Apr 18, 2011
Currently trading @ $35 per share, it's insolvent, has $7,500 bucks in cash, it's last Q shows $42K in revs and a net loss of ($282,728).....lol.
So while yes as a shell AZRH was unusually overvalued, however, with this new business direction we don't know what sort of potential it may or may not have. Obviously Paul has friends with deep pockets willing to put quite a lot of $$$'s into this so we got to assume it's either very promising or they know in advance of an impending stock promotion.
