I just found out that AXIH filed Chapter 11 several days ago.

I looked up the September 2015 10Q. Stockholder's equity was negative $31 million and the company appears to lose one million per quarter.

The news stories about the filings mention that the unsecured is expected to get zero, meaning the existing common shares will be wiped out since they are lower in priority than the unsecured liabilities.

No, some OTC companies report. This is pure speculation. Actually not even that because it is necessary to convince others to buy in, so you can dump into them. I believe they call it stock manipulation.....or just pump and dump.

That is so not true. I buy based on technicals. That is my reason. And I DO make money. I have much better odds trading stocks than I do in a casino. This is probably going to take awhile to work its way down to the trips. I will patiently wait and watch. Am I trying to talk people into buying the stock? No, could care less. People are responsible for their own investment choices. No one "makes" anyone do anything much less place an order with their broker to buy a POS.

Any stock down in the trips is not worth owning. They're down there for a reason. Most turn out to be a scam. It is a gamble that the stock is going to bounce, even if it is just a dead cat bounce. That is what your really playing. I don't "own" any penny, I "trade" them.

Why would it ever be worth buying ever? For the life of me I cannot understand the rationale in buying something merely based on it being "due" to be pumped. There is nothing here worth owning.
If a homeless person on the street told you, if you gave him $5 today, he would give you back $100 next month, would you do it?

To get the sales force pointed in the right direction to increase sales of all of the products offered, for one act.
Publicizing the excellent service this is providing to the cause of limiting the waste in our landfills and especially our oceans would be a major right direction.
Use your logic and imagination for many more.
Or you can just sit back and let the next generation deal with it all.

Hi POP ---I agree with you. I have seen some of their ties installed by a railroad near me and it makes sense not only for railroads but for home building products especially for areas where termites and other wood destroying Insects may be a problem. That is another area they could explore. Bring down the cost and profit on volume. GL2U

You could be right FD. Initially i thought management was caoable and was hoping they would be taken over by Dow or Monsanto or even one of the larger lumber companies who could diversify into their plastic wood so to say. But this action is so disappointing. They need an infusion of capital with the least amount of dilution possible. In other words some constructive arrangement. Possibly a partnership, possibly leasing their IP to bigger better capitalized firms. Absolutely, NO reverse Split.

Boy, this is a sleepy board. Seems like some half way good news on contacts being made and yet stock under extreme pressure. Finances??? Somebody out there with heavy short position with a chip on their shoulders??? Such potential and only downside pressure. Unbelievable. No wonder this board is so quiet. The acceptance of this line of products is slowly gaining and the customer base is growing.
The pollution caused by plastic is becoming much more known by the masses and the fact that plastic is never going to compost or break down back into the earth is just plain scary.
The harm it is doing to the water and the earth is horrible.

Yes. This company should succeed and make lots of money.
