200.2 / 100 = 2.002 NIS (oh so that's 1 for 1 shares then in American, 2.002 * .2907 = $0.58 US) equals the price and P/E for the 4th qtr are equal.

For the year, NIS .06 or 2.002/.06 = P/E of NIS 33.367 , right?

Trading again, 700 shares in America. http://www.delekenergy.co.il/?CategoryID=181 has them at 200.20 open and close with low of 197 and high of 201.80 (I think they were at 210 when I started the board).

Volume of 5,596,070 shares. Volume in NIS 11,203,092. Today's WSJ has the shekel at $0.2907 or NIS 3.4396 (Friday's close, -2.7%).

200.20 * 5...mil = $1,120,333,214 shekels (old) / 100 = close to their NIS volume.

So does that mean the American shares are a tenth of the Israeli shares? Or for every 100 shares you are buying 10 in Israel? That doesn't make sense, since the other formula seems to equate the price.

The bank initiated coverage of Ratio and gives "Buy" recommendations for Delek Group and its subsidiaries, but downgrades Tamar partner Isramco.

Deutsche Bank has initiated coverage of Leviathan partner Ratio Oil Exploration (1992) LP (TASE:RATI.L) with a "Buy" recommendation and target price of NIS 0.58. It also reiterates its "Buy" recommendations for Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG) and its subsidiaries, Delek Energy Systems Ltd. (TASE: DEOL), Delek Drilling LP (TASE: DEDR.L), and Avner Oil and Gas LP (TASE: AVNR.L).
The target prices are NIS 1,080 for Delek Group, NIS 1,700 for Delek Energy, NIS 16.70 for Delek Drilling, and NIS 3 for Avner. The bank says that the Leviathan companies "have higher potential return if oil is discovered, but more downside risk if not."

The share prices of Delek Group and its subsidiaries reflect only the value of natural gas, and sees triple-digit upside potential if oil is found at Leviathan. Deutsche Bank cautions, however, that the likelihood is not high, based on the seismic surveys of the structure. "With the exception of Ratio, we believe the market has not significantly priced in an oil discovery. That said, we believe a failure to discover oil would drive share prices lower on sentiment, creating buying opportunities."

Deutsche Bank, however, downgraded Delek's partner in Tamar, Isramco Ltd. (Nasdaq: ISRL; TASE: ISRA.L) to "Hold", with a target price of NIS 0.42, because of limited upside following its share performance.

Deutsche Bank adds that disruptions in gas supplies from Egypt - Israel's only other source of natural gas - "has materially increased the pricing power of the Israeli gas partnerships, which now have the ability to raise prices that could offset at least part of the impact from the Sheshinski tax measures." The value of Israeli natural gas assets, particularly Tamar, has increased. While the bank believes that Egyptian gas will continue to flow, a significant reduction or complete cut-off of deliveries could further boost the bank's valuations of Delek Group and the other companies.

Finally, new discoveries would add to the upside potential. Deutsche Bank cites the US Geological Survey estimate of 122 trillion cubic feet of natural gas in the Levant basin, much of which is in Israel's exclusive economic zone. Ratio is due to announce the results of the 3D seismic survey of its wholly-owed Gal prospect in July, which if positive, will add to its upside potential. Delek Group owns additional licenses and Isramco is exploring the Shimshon prospect.

Oil and gas exploration shares fell in morning trading as part of the general trend on the TASE. Delek Group fell 1.5% by midday to NIS 801, Delek Energy fell 1.2% to NIS 1,151, Delek Drilling fell 1.6% to NIS 11.86, Avner fell 1.9% to NIS 2.10, Ratio fell 2.3% to NIS 0.39, and Isramco fell 2.6% to NIS 0.41.

I only found university work on the nano-computing, Spintronics, is the famed computing with electrons by the spin.... I never found a company but many with many university deals. It was another e-mail with the pay a few grand to find out.

No, I doubt it. What I find strange is that they use the old sheckle instead of the NIS. Since they are basically 52% owned by Delek, they don't care about the price or shares/outstanding. They don't understand about the American stock market or they would ADR this. Notice that they expect the non-lev. well to run out in 2013, so these new wells must produce to survive. I only have 15 posts a day and ran out last night, I was not ignoring you.

Why does AVOGF carry such a high price multiple. Do you believe the stock will be restructured soon? A reverse split?

Was not able to verify. I found a .cn but haven't looked for a .to as the .cn one was some-kind-of shell company according to Bloomberg (which was the Google search response that looked like it had something but after clicking on it ... it was a waste of time (no info). But will look as I make time, I really don't want to invest in a foreign grey list stock. Every damn Candian stock I've owned has gone belly-up. Rhombic and PCBM. So if they don't report I could care less, but those two reported, so what difference does it make? Fell free to change the header information.

One other thing some of the pumps for our money to find out are a few months behind so one can't do what I'm/you are doing ... trying to find it, so anything close within a few dollars then check price history for .75 withing the last year.

No that's how I found Avner looking for the Canadian promo. I was going to look at the Google Finance oil stock listings and stopping and check all stocks that were in the price range, just hadn't done it yet. I was pretty happy with TEXOF, until the thought of no way to sell without a market, but a long term hold would surely be okay. Clueless too, just started myself after finding them on rigzone or someplace like that, that someone posted for news at TECO or CAVR board. Been looking for Eagleford plays, that are cheap. Like PKD (Parker Drilling) and Texcf and AU firm (243 mil o/s but 50 mil/yr in production and growing, just no market makers). So neither I've bought yet.

It appears the price on their stock market is in old Israli sheckles. So 210.00 * exchange rate for NIS / 10000 = .64/share US.
