Ian Lambert
Position: Chief Executive Officer, President & Director
Mr. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in quantitative analysis and computer science from the University of Saskatchewan. His strengths are in the areas of corporate structuring and strategic planning, regulatory compliance with both the SEC and Canadian regulatory authorities, public financing arrangements and investor and institutional marketing activities.
Mr. Lambert has been a director of Trade Winds Ventures Inc. (TWD), a TSX Venture Top 50 company, for twenty one years and has recently entered into a transaction to sell Trade Winds Ventures to Detour Gold Corporation, valued at $84 million.
Mr. Lambert's broad exposure to a wide range of business activities includes experience in oil & gas development, marketing, manufacturing, data processing operations and software development, and precious metals and mineral exploration and development. His current positions include: President/Director, Trade Winds Ventures Inc., (mineral exploration) April 1990 to present; Director, North Sea Energy Inc., (oil and gas production), Sept. 2007 to present; Director, Sunorca Development Corp. (energy, oil & gas projects) December, 2000 to present; Director, Strategic Mining Corp., (mineral exploration) March 2010 to present; Advisory Board, Mobilebits Corp. (wireless mobile technology) November, 2009 to present.
Dennis Petke, CA
Position: Chief Financial Officer, Corporate secretary & Director
Mr. Petke is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (1995). He currently serves as director and/or officer of two public companies. His responsibilities include strategic and overall financial management of the companies. Mr. Petke has extensive experience in corporate financing including negotiating and implementing private and public company mergers as well as private placement, preference share, convertible debenture, special warrants and debt financing.
Jürgen Wolf
Position: Director
Mr. Wolf has been actively involved in public mining and petroleum companies for over 15 years providing management and consulting services including negotiating and assisting with public company merger. He has raised several million dollars for public companies through private placement and debt financing. He is currently director and/or officers of numerous Exchange listed public companies. Prior to working with public companies Mr. Wolf headed several private business in Alberta and British Columbia.
Greg Tweed
Position: Independent Director, Audit Committee Chair
After working in Asia for five years in a managerial capacity, Mr. Tweed returned to Vancouver and has spent the past 15 years growing two successful private due dilligence and background screening companies, whose clients are some of North America's largest companies. His public company experience entails corporate communications and the vetting of company officers, employees, clients and shareholders. He is a member of the ACFE, PIABC, NAPBS and was awarded a BA from the University of British Columbia.

Jackie E. Stephens, P.G.
Position: Advisor, Professional Mining Geologist
Mr. Stephens has more than 40 years experience in geology related fields including 34 years managing mineral exploration projects with US Borax and Rio Tinto Zinc. He has worked extensively in the US and Western Canada. He is presently living in Hermosillo, Mexico (only 3 hours from the Silver Rock claims) and is President of Minera Lyell S.A. de C.V. He was project Manager for Minera Corum's Suaqui Verde Oxide Copper project. He incorporated Maya Gold with Mr. Warren Stetson in 1996 and was President of the company for two years.
Phil Skinder
Position: Canadian Business Advisor
Mr. Skinder is the President of a regionally based finance and consulting firm and a director of Armada Mercantile - a CNSX listed financial services company working in conjunction with a wholly owned, US based FINRA registered broker-dealer firm. Mr. Skinder brings a proven network of key strategic contacts and resources to the Company.
Over the last 15 years he has syndicated, managed and directed capital to both private and public companies in a wide variety of areas including the resource, social media, technology, biotechnology, aquaculture, industrial and service sectors. In addition to assisting in the structuring and sourcing of capital, his company provides access to local expertise, and assists in the development and/or acquisition of new markets. Mr. Skinder earned a BSc in Biochemistry/Microbiology, a MA in Education and is a graduate from the National Coaching Institute (Canada). He also holds a level 2 life license in the Province of BC.
