added more warrants... this looks like bottom is in!!
When this moves up it is going to move quick, these low prices are being gobbled up for sure!
Added 2k warrants today
This is gotta be bottom here!
I am a warrant holder and holding, I also bought a bunch more public warrants today at $6, this is a long term hold and I will bank on the warrants as long as they don't change the terms or expry!
wish we could see an actual micro factory or layout at least.
the web site shows one "bay" with one robot. not sure how that builds a whole bus.
I think the idea is the factory moves around the frame not the frame moving through a factory but will be interesting to see in action and how it differs from traditional models.
I suspect some of the early warrant-holders are cashing out. But Arrival is a long-term investment, and those patient enough will reap big rewards in 6 mos. or so, as their micro-factories are getting established.
Also, a big catalyst event/deal is in the works related to automated vehicles and PR expected soon.
Not a bad opening day! 14.7 billion in 2024... that means around 294$ a share when they follow through! not quite a (TSLA) revs multiplier! The team here is exceptional! With rivian specualting going public later this year and at an eval around 50 billion, i still think this will sit between 50-60 fairly easily! 30-35 billion
Good news, I hope he can tell us what a micro factory is and how many he plans to build here.
Arrival CEO, Avinash Rugoobur, will be on Jim Cramer’s Mad Money tonight on CNBC at 6pm EST.
These things take time. The stock symbol still needs to change to ARVL, which is on the 25th.
honestly you probably only need a fraction of what i have bought in the last three weeks to make a fortune on this one! I just want as much as i can while i can afford it! nearing 20,000 shares. ARVL come monday!
believe another that will be much bigger is coming soon! I have been accumulating as much as i can through the pull backs. This will break 60$
next couple weeks should be explosive here again! 50$$ by end of month!
PEOPLE CATCHING ON THAT THE WARRANT DISCOUNT IS MASSIVE! how many failed attempts to bring this lower than 26??? warrants should be 12++. I added 3,000 more warrants at 9$ when the stock was trading at 28!
Get this trending on Wallstreet bets and forget it this stock will soar. sent SPCE soaring.
Hello folks bought in today,
I been watching carefully and no doubt this will eventually fly!
Sold my position in NIO i was holding since 3.00 or so to buy into CIIC
Dont really understand warrants or i would take a stab at it.
Good luck to all on here lets rock n roll .... $$ CIIC $$
Warrants finally broke through $10. Should be hearing something on that merger vote soon.
CIIC picked up its first Wall Street recommendation on Thursday. Wolfe Research analyst Scott Group initiated coverage of CIIG with an outperform rating and a price target of $50 by year-end.
$CIIC vs $IDEX EV Bus IDEX pointed to strong Q4 growth, in taxi and ridesharing deliveries, but with new revenues from buses, which generate high spread fees. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4395564-ideanomics-long-term-potential-boosted-meg-growth-and-acquisitions
Great info about the warrants below:
https://money.stackexchange.com/questions/133310/why-are-stock-warrants-sometimes-sold-for-less-than-their-intrinsic-value
I know these warrants can be exercised at a price of $11.50 but only 30 days after the merger is complete but this other site says they expire on Dec 31, 2026 so I was wondering if this date on this site below is correct?
http://canadianwarrants.com/american/nasdaq.html#axzz6i8I0zhP5
Also Dec 31, 2026 is also written many times on page below:
https://sec.report/Ticker/CIICW
According to this document that was filed on 2019-11-22
https://sec.report/Document/0001213900-19-024500 it states this:
This is an initial public offering of our securities. Each unit has an offering price of $10.00 and consists of one share of our Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of our Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment as described in this prospectus, and only whole warrants are exercisable.
The warrants will become exercisable on the later of 30 days after the completion of our initial business combination or 12 months from the closing of this offering, and will expire five years after the completion of our initial business combination or earlier upon redemption or liquidation, as described in this prospectus. Subject to the terms and conditions described in this prospectus, we may redeem the warrants either for cash once the warrants become exercisable or for shares of our Class A common stock commencing 90 days after the warrants become exercisable. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. We have also granted the underwriters a 45-dayoption to purchase up to an additional3,375,000units to cover over-allotments, if any.
That article is 3 week old. Please try and keep up
$CIICW warrants are a massive bargain right now compared to commons. LOAD UP!
Amazing that this is so far off the radar and such a money maker!
Hahah Im in the same boat as you don't worry. Let's hope we have a nice ride and I'm not selling Tesla either.
but my cousin works for tesla so i would never sale. but i learned to take some profit. It is a shame I can't figure out when to take profit, Have a stock i was up 10,000 and never took. Now down 2000 on it.
It was the same people saying Tesla is overweight lmao. This is a long play.
everything i read said they were over weight. So sold half and took profit.
I'm not sure how it exactly works but like Cramer said if this way is cheaper than normal factory. Whole new ball game. In this stock for a few years let's watch it play out.
I'm still puzzled about the micro factory idea they have. what is so special in the E-Truck business that allows them to use smaller factories?
Bought in last week to add to my EV/Fuel cell portfolio
Stock will be the next big thing under Tesla. I knew it when I saw everything about them. They just need to execute. Enjoy. Then after hearing Mr. Cramer say it. Lets go I'll be here for 3-5 years. Just need the merger to happen now.
Let’s see if the momentum continues next week. Hope so.

He also said it is a bit rich...so awaiting for that pull back.. :)
Also, for anyone here...I'm really trying to understand the 'warrents" in general and yes I googled them and all that...still a bit of a mystery to me as for application wise. I'm not clear on how to determine if the warrants are worth buying and all that...not sure how the math works and what I what to see. And finally, how do I actually cash in 9not trade)/exercise the warrant, do I call my broker "Etrade" or is there some notificatio process???
anyone that can clear the air for me will be helpful and simply cutting and pasting is not going to help me...that's why I'm asking here. thanks all.

What is the strike price of the warrants?
I second that motion... have 1000 warrants, and I know I will be able to convert them and make bank!
1000 at a 4.80 average
4.80+11.50= 16.30 per share x 1000 Shares converted = cost of $16,300 but share price of CIIC should be well over 30 cents once converted.
even at 30 cents, its almost a double! Buy warrants here they are at a discount!!!!!
I did the same with SBE and its turning out to be a great play as well!
(side note- still by some stock as well as it is a technically a less risk option)
I have warrants....up 26%
Pro Tip- BUY THE WARRANTS- $CIICW Extremely undervalued compared to regular CIIC shares $CIIC
"THE SON OF TESLA" > Cramer Says This EV Startup Has The 'Best Claim To Be The Son Of Tesla,' Gives Blessing To Buy SPAC Stock
12:29 am ET December 4, 2020 (Benzinga) Print
Jim Cramer has given his “blessing” for investors to buy shares of CIIG Merger Corp (NASDAQ: CIIC), the blank-check company merging with British electric vehicle company Arrival.
What Happened: The “Mad Money” host said on his CNBC show that if the stock “comes down below $17.50, you can buy it hand over fist, because this one has the best claim to be the son of Tesla — or daughter, to break the tyranny of that awful cliche.”
The automaker, backed by United Parcel Service, Inc (NYSE: UPS), Hyundai Motor Company (OTC: HYMTF), and BlackRock Inc (NYSE: BLK) is “revolutionizing the entire auto industry, and they own a ton of intellectual property,” according to Cramer.
“They make all their own components, they’ll be cost competitive with gasoline and diesel, and that’s why Arrival got that $5 billion valuation from the get-go,” explained Cramer.
Cramer said Arrival’s microfactory concept could have an impact beyond auto industry and it could “revolutionize manufacturing.”
“If they can make an electric van or truck with a lower cost of ownership than the fossil fuel-powered alternatives, that’s a whole new ballgame,” the former hedge-fund manager theorized.
Why It Matters: The merger between CIIG Merger and Arrival was reported last month. The former is backed by Peter Cuneo, the former CEO of Remington and Marvel.
BlackRock has pumped in $118 million into Arrival, which would allow the London-based company to open a manufacturing facility in the United States.
UPS has placed an order of 10,000 electric vans with Arrival, worth approximately $500 million.
Price Action: CIIG Merger shares rose 16.06% to $25.01 in the after-hours session on Thursday and closed nearly 9.6% higher at $21.55.
