I inherited some shares of this (preferred) and have no idea what to do about it; is there any chance that shareholders will receive anything for their shares? How can I find out what to do with/about this? Thanks for any help or info.

which is worthing to hold. They bought in the bad timing. Look CGSYQ
in the next week and it might be the huge runner: 1000% easy gain...

It is a CH7 company. Why ACPIQ trades at the MV higher than CGSYQ's?
CGSYQ had already bottomed out at the unbreakable support 0.0005! It
has about 20M shorting shares so far and 20.75% insiders ownership!
The first rally it soared to 0.0048 from the 52-week low 0.0004. The
second rally it exploded to 0.003 from 0.0007 within a day. Majority
of floating shares already transfered to the strong hands recently.
The coming rally will rocket to .006 at least. The telecommunication
technology company will soon exit from the CH11. Extremely oversold and undervalued compared to ACPIQ! 0.02 a share cash value.

Ambac shares almost doubled after a similar anouncement.

Pimco, BlackRock inc and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York are seeking to force Bank of America corp. to repurchase soured mortgages packaged into 47$billion of bonds by its Coutrywide Financial corp. unit, people familiar with the matter said. The bondholders group wrote to Bank of America citing alleged failures by Countrywide to service the loans properly. Investors are stepping up efforts to recoup losses on mortgage bonds.
Countrywide's servicing failures, including insufficient record keeping, may oppen the door for investors to seek repurchases by bypassing the trustee, said their lawyer at Gibbs&Bruns If the issues aren't fixed within 66days BNY Melon(The trustee) should declare Countrywide in default of its contracts.
Brian Beades, a spokesman for BlakRock declined to comment.
