Unfortunately yes, Vonzey. The SEC ADMIN Proceeding is an action to revoke Anoteros Inc.'s stock registration which would mean the stock could never trade publicly again, **** unless Anoteros filed for a new stock registration by way of a FORM 10 and complete audits of all delinquent yearly Financials.

Some poor guy sold 60k shares today, I wonder if he was an OG investor, poor guy, that sucks, I feel like I got jorden belforted too, but I'll just hang on, no reason to take a 225k hit , I work hard now supporting myself and making sure the bills are paid, I never thought I'd be living pay check to pay check but screw it. I wish I would have never answered that phone call in 2008.

Well hopefully Blaine merges it with I-vault, that business seems legit, it has been an awfully painful wait , it would be nice to see something happen, or even some sort of company newsletter to let us long term investors we are not forgotten. We have all suffered painful life changing losses due to the last regime, we need a glimmer of hope.

I don't think that filing late is really any problem as lots of companies file late! Remember that regulatory filings have nothing to do with a company's long-term viability and very little to do with their short-term results.

I think that that major problem right now with ANOS is two-fold: First, they need to make an acquisition (preferably soon), and second, immediately introduce some new shares into the float as there are not enough free-trade shares to sustain any decent trading volume.

(New Acquisition) + (Increased Float) + (Market Awareness) = Profits for the shareholders

Well the problem is they are filing late again and we are on delinquent status until they do. There will never be any volume until blaine burke gets a clue and starts filing on time. It signals too me this is a shell company, I really have no clue on their plans if there is any. The funny thing is why would they even bother getting their reporting up to date if they have no plans of making a run at making this a successful business. Doesn't add up, why spend the money or be bothered, it's not like they are doing it to sell shares, it doesn't even trade at this point.
