Great levels to add here, could see news soon :)
They tell you why in the 14C
the whining everytime someone comments on this stock dude we all want the same thing for the company to be successful, let them do thier job without the negative commentary.... As far as the pumpers just leave it who knows why they are here or what the came for but they are getting the name out there.
“There's no such thing as bad publicity, as long as they spell your name right”. American showman and circus owner P.T. Barnum (1810-1891)
Pumpers thank you just make sure you get AMIH right.
OTC Markets doesn't list whether shares are restricted or unrestricted... I haven't looked at the most recent filing either.
With an OS of 205M shares, I'm not very concerned... And yes, I understand that the AS is 2B but we're probably going to get some updates on why they increased the AS, in my opinion.
restricted..... dude stop its getting stupid.
over 9 million more shares as of 8-28-23
I haven't looked at the OS in a while... How much has it gone up since the last time you looked? Thank you.
I really dont think anyone cares anymore about this market. I'm glad they are just executing on thier uplist plans. IMHO OTC markets is dead its been dying since the changes in rule 15C211. Nobody really has confindence in it anymore. The OTC is hightly shorted almost never covered and you see it in companys like this. 10M assets 2M shareholders equity probaby do 2M in sales this year but its sub penny because nobody actuyally cares about the actual company on OTC. This company has not raised a dime in 8 months yet everyone cries dillution foul and its all they need to do to stop any uptick. Its really quite sad. OTC used to rock and they just plain killed it by letting this nonsense continue.
O/S going up and PPS going down. need a good update or something

Indeed, from the last PR...
“AMIH is executing on its core energy production operations, and we are ready to drive forward to scaling our revenues through expanded oil and gas production and property acquisitions as well as implementing the company's state of the art energy technologies said Michael McLaren, CEO of $AMIH. “The capitalization of the company is critical, along with a comprehensive restructuring of debt and share classes, as well as reducing dilution in an effort to drive value for shareholders and prepare the company for uplisting to a major exchange.”
That would be ideal for sure. They did say they were looking to expand their holdings.
Thank you for sharing that information. Hopefully they will be announcing an Acquisition to go with this increase.
Been in the loading zone for months at these prices.
$AMIH 002's loading zone!

The company's PR on June 29th talked about the availability of bringing Wells into production, so I would think that we'll see some sooner than later.
"There are still approximately 120 wells that are available on our current leases that can be brought into production."
I know I see it there too. Its actually cringe.
The same on stock twits...over and over again
You need to stop posting misinformation here. That website is dated 2019 and has nothing to do with Cycle Energy. These paid bots and promoters are reaching new lows on ihub.
Yeah, that's a good point... There's hot then Texas hot.
In any case, I'm hoping that we get some more updates on Wells going into production or planning on it in the next few months.
Definitely an advantage in TX because of cooler temps. Days like today which are scorchers are awful for a full day of sunlight trying to pull and lay out pipe. Its exhausting when temps are average. I have had a crew working for me a few years back that had a guy have a heat stroke at the well site and we called off afternoon work for the entire week.
What's the potential disadvantage of Fall/Winter Well rework, if any?
Anything on the internet like Well Production for Dummies))))
Oh ok. Thank you for clarifying. I'm still learning all the lingo and business side of oil wells but oil stocks can definitely be big money profits.
heading into summer? We are heading into fall in a month.
$AMIH This company is heading into summer with a huge catalyst announced as Management Receives A Funding Commitment of Up To $20 Million as an Initial Step in a Comprehensive Plan To Recapitalize The Company and Pursue Uplisting to a Major Exchange https://finance.yahoo.com/news/american-international-holdings-corp-receives-132000450.html
they have been in the game long enough to know about it. it does cost more than traditional frac. i was looking at it not for existing wells but for new drills as a completion with the gas gun combo with the kraken booster for perfs and then a foam frac for a heavy oil zone i was looking to wildcat before covid hit.
i’m sure it would work wonders in existing wells though.
Just a thought... Did you write the company and ask them if they have considered using this technology over traditional methods?
higher rate of return is the intent. higher temps and more effective than using water. definitely some engineering information behind it outside of my study but i have heard the results are very good compared to traditional.
Never heard of foam fraction. What would be the benefits over conventional fraction?
OLD NEWS and different company NOW!
Stop spreading this BS
i wonder if they have ever tried a foam frac. i know there is an outfit in oklahoma that does it that would come to north texas.
Another funding strategy the company intends to employ is to file an offering under Regulation A+. Regulation A+ allows companies to raise money under two different tiers. Fully reporting SEC reporting companies such as AMIH are able to raise up to $75,000,000 on a Tier 2 offering in any 12-month period from the general public. The company hopes to attract a new shareholder base and would like to help fund the company directly.
Thank you for your explanation. Sounds like a rework might generally be cheaper. In that case, the funding would be better spent on bringing the 120 existing wells into production up to a point where revenue will all the acquisition of new wells.
