Yeah - i am very happy to be a Part of this Great Company - this will rise up very hard in short time
If it makes a $1.50 or higher it might be a great short!!!
That was what I suspected as well.
After doing much investigation, this company doesn't own anything. It's all through third parties. A bunch of minor leaguer's wanting to play major league. Not going to fall for it.
The pump email was for American Graphite Technologies AGIN shares.
April 4th, 2013 is when I received it.
Last night! Let the wild Ask chasing begin! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
When did you get this enail
Beware, there is a huge email pump underway on this stock, being paid for by a third party, that no doubt wants to dump shares, and the market cap on this stock is already 100 times what the company is worth on book value from what I see. This looks like a huge scam to me!!!! Looks to me like the scammers are moving from lithium to graphite and graphene P&D scams now!!
Here is the disclaimer I found in the email pump!!!
Huge EOD rally 2 days in a row :) good sign
Glad I was just paper trading when I bought 1 million shares at .80 LOL
You the man T . Tell EM brother.
Dude. The 'bottom' you're seeing is today's bottom. Please don't hang around for Monday's bottom.

I got 27 pages advertisement too. It looks like this company is real.
yes that seems about it......with the type of promoters on this, the MM CANT is probably a shorting (smart) lol....
Did Anyone check out CTI Nano from the 3-12-13 Corp Update? I too got the wallstyreetrevelator magazine and graphene sounds interesting so I am DD'ing. AGIN said it gave money to CTI Nano in Vermont. I googled them, there adress and could only seem to locate an old junk yard, rubbish company and or recycle business with same address. Can someone help provide more info on CTI for me and us here?
I guess I was wrong! Gapping up at 1.26 I guess I'll be chasing and slapping the ASK! You never know which one's are the good pumps or the bad one's!
Yup; It's over Double Top at 1.26 and MM CANT cant seem to stop selling at 1.24 - 1.25 ??? It was a quick grab one day profit! $$$$
I just received a 27 page advertisement in my mailbox today for AGIN from wallstreetrevelator.com, good luck tomorrow everyone
no me either.......the stock opened up way too high today and never broke 1.25.....my guess is it may be done
someone buy a little at 1.27 to get this thing over the top. I'm tired of this 1.23, 1.24 stuff. I would do it but I have no free cash.
Stop loss triggered at 1.23 Rounded Top Forming This one's done! One day promo LOW BUDGET! LOL
Consolidating at the 1.25 - 1.26 Resistance is setting up for a massive Breakout on heavy volume for tomorrow! Getting In below 1.25 is a give-away! New 52 week high this week!

some good points to consider
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
100% ownership of 100 mineral claims covering approximately 5,400 hectares (13,343 acres) land in Quebec, Canada. No Royalty or NSR attached to the property.
Located in the vicinity of a world class high grade graphite deposit (Lac Gueret project) belonging to Mason Graphite Corp.
New high grade graphite discoveries announced by Focus Graphite 10 kilometres to the north of Lac Guerete deposit.
Geologically the property is underlain by rocks of Granville Province and Archean basement and is similar to other graphite deposit / discoveries in the area.
Property is part of the area designated as “Plan Nord” for major economic, social and environmental development as announced by the Quebec Government. Quebec is rated as one of the top five mining jurisdictions in the world.
he property is in an underexplored relatively new graphite exploration area with significant upside potential for new discoveries.
LOCATION
The property is located approximately 300 kilometres north of the town of Baie-Cameau in Quebec, on NTS map 22N03 with coordinates -690 19’ 30”W; 510 07’ 45 N (UTM: 477259 E; 5664239 N, NAD 1983, Zone 19) in the center of the property. It can be accessed by highway 389 and a network of gravel roads which are part of Hydro Quebec’s Manicougan dam reservoir. Topography is mainly undulating glacial landforms. The property is part of the Government of Quebec’s proposed “Plan Nord” which is one of the biggest economic, social and environmental development initiatives with the intention to spend $80 billion during the next 25 years in this region and will create or consolidate 20,000 jobs per year. The government is thinking about giving tax credits for investment in the mining projects.
HISTORY
The earliest exploration work in the area was carried out in the late 1950’s to the early 1960’s and was mainly focused on following up magnetic anomalies in the iron formation to find iron deposits. In 2002, a graphite showing was discovered on a logging road which led to the development of Lac Gueret graphite deposit by Quebec Cartier Mining Company and is presently owned by Mason Graphite Corp.
GEOLOGY
Southern part of the property is underlain by paragneiss, quartzite and amphibolite geological rock units of Granville Province of Proterozoic age. The central and northern area is underlain by Archean age basement rocks mainly grey gneiss with quartz, plagioclase, biotite and/or hornblende, mafic gneiss with hornblende and / or biotite. Anorthosite and gabbronorite geological rock units are exposed to the south outside the property area.
STRUCTURE
Pre- Granville deformation has been overprinted by the Granville orogeny in which four periods of deformation are mapped in the area. These are alternate phases of folding and foliation affecting shallow bedrocks approximately to a depth 250 metres. Generally the graphite mineralization is associated with tight, steep isoclinal folds where high grade zones are located in brecciated zones.
ADJACENT PROPERTIES
The property area has been heavily staked since the early 2012 due to upsurge in the graphite market and presence of high grade graphite deposit and discoveries in this area. Following are the major mineral claim holders in the area.
Mason Graphite Corp. (TSX-V: LLG)
The Lac Gue´ret project consists of 215 claims covering 11,630 ha (116 km2) and is located 10 to 15 kilometres to the east of the Lac Nicolas Graphite property. The project has National Instrument 101 compliant resource of 7.6 million tonnes at 20.40 % graphite carbon (Cg) indicated category and 2.8 million tonnes at 17.29% Cg inferred category. There are two main graphite zones (GC Zone and GR zone), the current mineral resource are from GC zone.
Focus Graphite Inc. (TSX-V: FMS)
In November 2012, Focus Graphite announced the discovery of a new graphite bearing corridor on its Lac Te´te´pisca property located to the 10 km to the east of Lac Nicolas Graphite property. Reconnaissance bedrock sampling carried out during the summer of 2012 has resulted in the identification of a 900 m long by up to 100 m wide graphite bearing corridor on the Property. A total of 25 mineralised grab samples define the new “Manicouagan-Ouest” graphitic corridor, 17 of which host grades in excess of 5.59% Cg (range: 5.59% - 45.80% Cg).
Global Graphite Inc. and Griesbach-Ashto-9248-7792 Que´bec Inc. (25%-25%-50%) to the east are other private companies holding mineral claims to the south and southeast of Rick’s Graphite property.
Acquisition of Patent & Trade Secret Technology
On December 3, 2012 American Graphite Technologies entered into and executed a non-exclusive technology License agreement for patent and trade secret technology in the field of graphene oxide or “Bucky” paper. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, AGIN acquired the rights to further develop, commercialize, market and distribute certain proprietary inventions and know-how related to the manufacturing processes for graphene products, including graphene paper, also known as Bucky Paper.
"Graphene paper also known as “buckypaper” resembles carbon paper but don’t be fooled by the name. On its own, it looks like a mere thin "film like" paper and looks very fragile. However, this unassuming new “super paper” may revolutionize automobiles, aircraft, displays, electronics, batteries, medical treatments and more industries in years to come.
Graphene paper owes its physical qualities to a unique interlocking-tile lattice at the atomic scale. The material has exceptional stiffness and strength, due to the intrinsic strength of the two-dimensional graphene backbone and to its interwoven layer structure which helps to distribute loads. It also has intriguing electrical qualities because it is a zero band gap semiconductor. If Graphene oxide is used it is mechanically strong and electrically insulating.

Currently Graphene Paper is available only in limited sizes, it is relatively expensive and making it is very time consuming, American Graphite Technologies is working with Cheap Tubes Inc. and CTI Nanotechnologies LLC on developing a prototype production machine that makes Graphene Paper in larger and more affordable sizes than currently available.
What is Graphene?
Graphene is ultra thin, ultra strong, transparent, flexible and most importantly, electrically conductive. Graphene is a nano-material directly derived from graphite. It is a single layer of carbon only one atom thick. The carbon atoms are connected in a hexagonal lattice that looks like a honeycomb. Despite a lack of bulk, graphene is 200x stronger than steel, it conducts electricity as well as copper and conducts heat even better it is also flexible and nearly transparent. Because of these remarkable properties Graphene has earned the moniker The Miracle Material Though its existence has been theorized since the early 1940's, it was not officially discovered until 2004 by Andre Geim and Konstantin Novaselov at the University of Manchester.

Graphene is the material of the future
If someone told you we'd be able to fold up your tablet computer like a piece of paper, stick it in your pocket and go to work, you may call it science fiction. This concept may be close to fruition. Universities across the globe have been working on ways to produce flexible touch-screens for a number of years now, but without too much success. So what's changed?
What can't Graphene do?
Virtually not a week goes by without a scientific report released with an additional use adding to the list of its already myriad applications deriving from its unique property combinations and while its relatively young life has limited its role in a wide variety of real world applications, the unique set of properties it possesses will make it an extremely important material of the future for many years to come.
Potential applications for Graphene include:
Computer and television displays
Electrical shielding
Reinforcing Material for manufacturing cars, boats, airplanes and machinery
Lightning Strike Dissipation
Heat Dissipation
Protection against electromagnetic pulses (EMP)
Armor plating
Reinforcement of plastics and polymers
Electrodes for batteries, fuel cells, solar cells and capacitors
Thermal heatsinks for electronic and computer equipment
Artificial limbs
Air and liquid filtration systems
Make sure you focus on AGIN this week because there is unlimited potential for this revolutionary super material that is Graphene.
