I was not aware of the fact that they had a plant shutdown on July 4th week. I'm sure that didn't help their response time.

I did get a response. They state they were out of one of the items and were holding the shipment for that item. They also apologized for not getting in touch with me sooner as they shut down for the week of the Forth.

Hopefully they will follow up and ship my items. Unfortunately, all this could have been avoided with a quick e-mail stating they were out of an item, when they would have that item, and what the anticipated shipping date would be and allowed me to make a choice as to what I wanted.
