- Oil and Gas
HCPA plans to operate out of multiple pre-determined sites within the United States, which vary in terms of geography, storage and water quality. The sites will enable for augmentation or the ability to mitigate during pass-by conditions. The augmentation of existing water flow enables HCPA to provide everyday water as well as provide additional waters to the system when low-flow conditions are present. This is a particularly valuable component of HCPA's model, because regardless of how long or a severe a drought may be, customers will have the ability to consume at their intake up to their maximum docketed withdrawal, which grants them pass-by exemption.
How the Model Works
- Hydrological studies are performed region-wide to determine the largest pools of non-potable water
Access and control of these mines are gained through contacts with the current owner
Final hydrology and engineering studies are performed
A filtration system is installed with all needed permits
A dynamically adjustable, turnkey system is put online that allows HCPA to execute its model of treatment and distribution through its proprietary conveyance system
