This was one of my original winners in the cannabis space. I made something close to $100k and then the SEC suspended it and it all vaporized. The same happened with its partner stock SKTO and those winnings vaporized as well. I had others that were suspended back then too, and some big winners that made it thru, but the way the SEC did that to 11 or so stocks to end the 2014 runs was just sleezy. No explanation at all for most of them.

The management scattered many years ago - the company tried to file a Form 15 but they failed - which means that the SEC will revoke them at any time. Someone will alert the SEC and then the stock will be even more worthless than it is now.

No one is interested in filing for custodianship of a suspended shell.

Brokers like TD Ameritrade are putting all Caveat Emptor stocks (previously SEC Suspended) as liquidating only (ie., only sell orders/ no buy orders) as soon as May 25.
