The company filed an 8-K on 12/20 acknowledging the delisting and announced they are working with OU XData to complete their merger. The new company, Pub Co., will apply for uplisting to Nasdaq if and when the merger is completed.

I submit changes after the market closes on the day the changes are posted by FINRA but most times the changes do not become effective until the next market day. In this instance Dec. 23rd. This gives I-HUB Admins plenty of time to make the changes and for the quote and ticker to change in time for the next market day, and for readers to adjust to the changes before the changes actually become effective.

Well, I hope Walleye Investments has their eye on the ball, having just more than doubled their stake in Alpha Star. Several investment firms have exited their positions the last few days. Anyone have any intel on whether the merger with Xdata is going through?
