Ten days over $1 was reached yesterday with a week to spare, which allows them to remain on Nasdaq.
And today the price plummets.

It was inevitable - it was massively overinflated.
Luckily, it was full of hot air so boobs were only harmed financially.

No news, no competent management, no new deals, no revenue reported, Bophelo not out of bankruptcy court, R/S was desperate move to stay listed, etc. etc. etc.

If not for the small float, I'd expect another R/S soon. But they can't play that card again.
However, they may have bought themselves a 6-month reprieve if this stays over $1 thru the 22nd.

I didn't see that PR before, I just saw the price had plunged 3¢ (now 4¢).
Tomorrow's 1 for 10 REVERSE SPLIT will likely not be enough to save the price. If the stock trades below .10 today, then if won't even be $1.00 at opening tomorrow...

The UP days, as rare as they are, are irrelevant since the direction since IPO is decidedly DOWN.
I doubt anyone is flipping for under a penny, so who gives a flying flamingo if it closes UP .0065 one day surrounded by RED closes?
