Looks to me like they are going to be executing against those press releases they dropped a while ago. Probably in some sort of self-imposed quiet period while they finalized all of the legals. Could be the start of something good!

Read between the lines. Pinks don't use the largest law firm in the world (Kirkland & Ellis) if there isn't something more significant down the road. Pinks don't acquire technology companies in Spain and India if they don't have bigger ambitions. Can't wait to see what they announce next.
