One solid day of 100-200 million volume and we're laughing
Eventually it's gonna move into the mid to high .20s and then low .30s... any big news or nefarious activity from market makers and this will break for .60s+ next time.
Still building up
Nice pennant forming
Zooming out gives you the indication that its being accumulated
They have until may to get their share price over $1
For a company to continue to fail across the past 3 years is a prediction of more failure, Reverse Splits and Dilution to come to be honest...
And judging now from the profile of the CEO On linked inn and their executive team, they seem non-existent in the real world... sadly...
I think we found a bait and pull, scam with failed attempts at pump & dumps... couldn't even break .35 - .40 cents and hold for higher gains....
So likely I will assume that it will go back to .10 - .15 cents and be forced to reverse split and then they will likely dilute with a share offering...
These old scientists are broke and they need money, funding, grants to sustain... so they're telling all the fools like us out here, hey look at us we're doing big things... buy our shares.... anyone can do paid promos... they do it all the time especially on the OTC
And if that fails like I said, Reverse split and share offering. THEN WHAT, are you gonna go knock on their doors and get your money back? Lol ofcouse not.
Maybe it will go up, who knows, but sustained growth seems out of the equation. But don't make any irrational decisions based upon my logic...
We don't want to waste our hard- earned money on crooks... that's all I'm saying. Go look at their LinkedIn Profiles.

Advent Technologies Participates in $12.4 Million Project to Reduce GHG Emissions in the Maritime Sector
03/05/2024
https://ir.advent.energy/news/news-details/2024/Advent-Technologies-Participates-in-12.4-Million-Project-to-Reduce-GHG-Emissions-in-the-Maritime-Sector/default.aspx
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADN), an innovation-driven leader in the fuel cell and hydrogen technology space (the “Company” or “Advent”), is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Advent Technologies A/S, has received approval for funding for its latest research and development project, RiverCell 3. This project aims to develop a maritime fuel cell system resulting in an auxiliary power unit with a total capacity exceeding 500kW. This will be accomplished by utilizing Advent's modular 50kW eMethanol-powered fuel cell systems (“Serene”), which are based on the Company's Ion-Pair™ membrane electrode assembly (“MEA”) technology.
The RiverCell 3 project has a total budget of approximately $12.4 million, from which Advent’s budgeted portion is approximately $6.1 million. The collaborative partners involved in the project include MEYER NEPTUN Engineering GmbH, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, Lloyd's Register EMEA Niederlassung Deutschland and Hochschule Wismar Bereich Seefahrt, Anlagentechnik und Logistik. The project commenced in January 2024 and is scheduled to conclude on December 31, 2026.
RiverCell 3 builds upon the foundation established by previous RiverCell initiatives, in which Advent played a pivotal role as a key partner, demonstrating the effectiveness of its Serene fuel cells to the maritime sector. In this latest stage of the project, Advent’s innovative Ion Pair™ MEA technology will play a vital role in crafting fuel cell systems designed specifically for larger vessels.
By extending the expected lifespan of fuel cells by at least three times and doubling the power density compared to Advent’s earlier systems, the Ion Pair™ MEA technology promises significant advancements in maritime applications. The technology is made possible through the Company’s participation in the U.S. Department of Energy’s L’Innovator™ program, developed in collaboration with esteemed U.S. research institutions such as Los Alamos National Laboratory, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
The successful completion of RiverCell3 is anticipated to make a substantial contribution to the objectives outlined in the revised IMO GHG Strategy, which was adopted in July 2023. This strategy aims to mitigate greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions for international shipping, with a reinforced commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. Furthermore, it pledges to encourage the adoption of alternative zero and near-zero GHG fuels by 2030, while also setting milestone targets for the years 2030 and 2040.
The RiverCell 3 project is partially funded by the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport as part of the National Innovation Programme Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology, with a total of approximately $6.2 million, from which Advent’s portion is approximately $3 million. Funding for this measure is provided as part of the German Recovery and Resilience Plan (DARP) via the European Recovery and Resilience Facilities (ARF). The funding is coordinated by NOW GmbH and implemented by Project Management Jülich (PtJ).
Dr. Vasilis Gregoriou, Advent’s Chairman and CEO, commented: “We express our sincere appreciation to the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport for their funding support, and we eagerly anticipate collaborating with our esteemed partners on this groundbreaking project for the maritime industry. Undoubtedly, the Ion Pair MEA technology will significantly enhance the capabilities of our Serene fuel cell systems, positioning them as a pivotal clean energy solution for the future of maritime operations."
Morten Sørensen, Senior Vice President of Advent Technologies A/S, commented: "The growing adoption of eMethanol as an environmentally friendly fuel in maritime settings stems from its notable energy density, convenient handling, and minimal emissions. As the maritime sector intensifies its endeavors to cut carbon footprints and comply with environmental regulations, Advent's eMethanol fuel cells stand out as the preferred choice, providing a compelling substitute for conventional diesel generators and engines that can be easily embraced today.”

De-lignitization: The investment plan in Western Macedonia and Megalopolis is coming off the ground
BASF has been a leader in membrane and MEA technology for high-temperature proton exchange membrane (HT-PEM) fuel cells for 20 years, while Advent is the largest manufacturer of HT-PEM fuel cell systems. Their partnership aims to develop new catalysts and fuel membranes.
Last week, the project seemed to get off the ground and get on the rails as an official invitation was sent by the Ministry of Finance to the company to submit the necessary supporting documents regarding the green hydrogen production plant in Kozani. The invitation was received by Advanced Energy Technologies, a 100% subsidiary of Advent Technologies.
After the submission by Advent of the required documents, the Ministry of Finance is expected to proceed with the disbursement of a state aid package of 24 million euros from the Just Transition Fund (TTM) of Greece for the implementation of the Green HiPo project. The costs related to the project are eligible for reimbursement retroactively from June 15, 2022, the date of notification to the Directorate General for Competition of the European Union of Greece's participation in the IPCEI Hy2Tech program. Advent will also seek to secure additional funding to top up the total €60 million approved under the IPCEI project budget.
From lignite to hydrogen
In any case, the first decisive steps have been taken without, of course, yet a clear timetable that will lead to the initiation and completion of the investment with the bureaucracy, although it has been limited to not allowing safe predictions. However, the era of hydrogen is getting closer and closer to Western Macedonia, a region that experienced first hand the effects of lignitization.
The aim of Green HiPo, which is part of Hy2Tech, is to "build" the appropriate ecosystem in Greece for the development of hydrogen technologies. To achieve this, the company will have to create alliances with public bodies, Greek universities and research institutes. The project has at its core research, development and innovation, as well as first industrial development, not in mass production initially, of innovative fuel cell systems and electrolyzers.
The plan includes the development of industrial facilities, research and development in Greece for the design and creation of innovative fuel cell systems with a total generated electrical power of 400 MW and corresponding thermal power, as well as electrolysis units with a total power of 4.65 GW, in the company's production lines that will be erected in Western Macedonia.
Advent was one of only eight small and medium-sized companies to receive validation within Europe under the 'IPCEI Hy2Tech' programme. Direct project participants will work closely through numerous planned collaborations with more than 300 external partners such as universities, research organizations and media across Europe.
The bet and the European dimension
With the developments running, Western Macedonia is preparing to welcome an investment that undoubtedly boosts the region's prospects at a time when decarbonization is increasingly on the table. It is worth noting that green hydrogen is knocking on the door of the region as investments for its production are also expected from EKETA and PPC.
Western Macedonia's smooth transition from a coal-based economy to an alternative, greener economic model with the region continuing to play a dominant role in meeting the country's energy needs is a critical bet to be won.
Advent's investment over a seven-year period may exceed 700 million euros, contributing to around 650 direct jobs and multiple indirect jobs in the region, while the scope of the project goes beyond the borders of Greece as Europe aims to produce 10 million tons of renewable hydrogen by in 2030, a goal which the investment in Kozani will "serve" to a certain extent.
What is Advent?
Advent develops advanced hydrogen production and storage solutions to enable the widespread adoption of hydrogen as a clean energy source. These technologies have the potential to revolutionize industries such as transportation, industrial processes, and power generation. The company already maintains strategic partnerships with giants such as Airbus, Hyundai Motor Company and Siemens Energy. Advent has specialized in high performance fuel cell technology. Fuel cells use hydrogen, natural gas or other forms of clean liquid fuels to produce "clean" energy.
This technology has multiple uses in automotive, aeronautics and off-grid power generation. Hydrogen is a versatile energy carrier that can be produced from various renewable sources, such as wind and solar energy.
From Patras... on Nasdaq
Advent, which was "born" in Patras with its stock now trading on the Nasdaq index, is the creation of Dr. Vassilis Grigoriou, president of the National Research Foundation and an internationally renowned scientist who in his 30-year career has held many research and administrative positions both in Greece and in the USA.
The fuel of the future
Green hydrogen can have a variety of uses in industries such as steelmaking, concrete production, and the production of chemicals and fertilizers. It can also be used to generate electricity, as fuel for transport and for heating homes and offices.
Today, hydrogen is mainly used in gasoline refining and fertilizer production. Green hydrogen is produced by the method of electrolysis of water from electricity coming from RES.
Green hydrogen has low to zero CO2 pollutants. It can be used either for electricity through fuel cells, or in gaseous form for use in transport. Compared to other forms of hydrogen production, it is more expensive, for now, but certainly the most environmentally friendly.
That would be nice. Will see. GL
It was once over 15$ a share lol
Good article, watch it blow up over a dollar eventually and run up higher with good news. Who knows.
Big investment in Greece - The new "green" hydrogen production plant is moving forward
CAR & MOTOR TEAM
01 Mar 2024
The big project to create a "green" hydrogen plant in our country is progressing, which can play a decisive role in the decarbonization of transport.
The major project of Advent Technologies for the construction of a "green" hydrogen production unit in Kozani is slowly taking the lead in implementation , which will contribute decisively to the transition of our country to a more sustainable economic model.
This is the "Green HiPo" project , which as we have written, includes the development, design and manufacture of HT-PEM fuel cells and state-of-the-art electrolytes for the production of electricity and "green" hydrogen, respectively.
The "green" hydrogen and fuel cells that will be produced can - among other things - support the road transport? of the future, working as an auxiliary to electric mobility (BEVs).

He heads to the factory
The factory is on track for implementation, following the decision of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance to proceed with the disbursement of a package of state aid amounting to 24 million euros from the Just Transition Fund (TTM) of Greece for the implementation of the Green HiPo project, as it announced The company.
Advent was one of only 8 small and medium-sized companies to receive validation within Europe under the 'IPCEI Hy2Tech' programme. It is pointed out that the direct participants of the project will work closely with more than 300 external partners, such as universities, research organizations and small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe.
The "Green HiPo" project will contribute to the economic development of Western Macedonia and Greece , while helping Europe achieve its current target of producing 10 million tons of renewable hydrogen by 2030. Furthermore, 650 direct jobs will be created and multiple indirects.

Use of "green" hydrogen
It is noted that green hydrogen, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, can cover approximately 1/3 of the energy consumption of the transport sector in Greece, including shipping.
As for the HT-PEM (High-Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane) cells that Advent Technologies will produce, they operate at high temperatures reaching up to 240 degrees Celsius.
They are a promising energy device, with advantages of high energy efficiency, high fuel/air impurity tolerance, simple plate design, and better heat and water management.
Advent believes that the new type of HT-PEM fuel cells are a superior choice for the electrification of aviation, heavy trucks, and ships.
Fuel cells use hydrogen to produce "clean" energy , which is used to drive an electric motor.

Pretty cool. Bringing communication to rural areas with fuel cell and solar tech which is cheaper than the costs of burying or installing overhead infrastructure for Miles to connect the tower to a grid.
Germany has always been ahead of the West with technology. That is why many Nazis were saved after World War 2 and able to immigrate to the West, while they should have been processed in international criminal courts. I believe they executed only a few to make a show, but in reality they saved thousands for their financial gains, for the sake of squashing any attempts of blackmail etc.
But ask who created the war. A careful look into history, into comments expressed by certain players, into Business dealings occurring from the west to Germany... Zionists started the war. Zionists wished to weaken German/Russian relations... and low and behold, the west screwed Germany out of cheap natural gas today by crippling Gazprom in an effort to sell their own, more costly resources.
Imagine that the day is near when the common people figure these things out, the Zionists will be on the run for sure... I'm not talking jews... I'm talking, Zionists and not just any Zionists... The citizens who say they're Zionists have no sense of the ideology. I'm talking the ones at the top who exploit the ones at the bottom for their emotional ties to the land.
I'm still here, gonna wait patiently I guess. No other choice
Lol back to 0 gains Hahaha wow. Not surprising

Yeah you need at least 10k to have fun... and flip half of it lol... something like that makes sense to me...
But gambling is sin
PP786, same here, I'm an investor. I don't have the skills to be a trader, like reading charts, etc. Trying to learn though, to do a combination strategy, where I maintain a core position, and trade a small percentage of my holdings.
Chanced the news... got lucky... because they've dropped news many times before and not moved up.... so it's liter dumb luck if he did get in .18 let's say and get out. 34-.36 but someone who flips everyday can do it... personally, I'm not a flipper... but if I was investing 10k +, I would ONLY flip
INFINITI, you seem to have timed the peak perfectly, how did you do it?

One step closer to the start of implementation is the hydrogen plant in Western Macedonia and specifically in Kozani, a project with a budget of EUR 60 million. euro. The project, known as Green Hipo, is to be developed by technology company Advent Technologies, which seeks to operate in the international market for next-generation fuel cell technology. It is part of the important project of common European interest Hy2tech, which aims to promote hydrogen technologies, involving 41 individual projects of 35 European companies.
To this end, the competent department of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance has invited, through a public call, to submit project proposals (for Green Hipo) to be financed by the Community program Just Development Transition. The submission process closes on 22 April, with the project having a total budget of EUR 60 million. EUR 24 million, of which correspond to public participation. In other words, if its proposals are approved, Advent will receive ECU 24 million. It is seeking to secure the necessary funds to finance its entire investment of EUR 60 million. euro.
The aim of Green Hipo, which is part of Hy2tech, is to create the right ecosystem in Greece for the development of hydrogen technologies and for this reason the company should cooperate with public bodies, but also with Greek universities and research institutes. The project concerns research, development and innovation, as well as the first industrial development (note: i.e. in a pilot stage and not for mass production) of innovative fuel cell systems and electrolyzers. Thus, industrial research and development facilities will be created in Greece for the design and development of innovative fuel cell systems with a total electricity output of 400 MW and corresponding thermal power, as well as electrolysis units with a total capacity of 4.65 GW, in the company's production lines to be installed in Western Macedonia.
"Through Green Hipo, we aim to contribute substantially to the transition of Western Macedonia from a carbon-based economy to a greener economic model and at the same time help the region maintain its role as the country's largest energy center. By ensuring the rapid implementation of projects such as Green Hipo, Europe will be able to accelerate its path towards energy independence, while promoting the development of a competitive hydrogen sector", the co-founder, president and CEO of Advent, Dr. Vasilis Gregoriou, told Kathimerini.
The company is listed on Nasdaq, with its share price trading below $1. As a result, the condition set by the US stock exchange for a minimum trading price of $ 1 is not met. per share, but the company's management estimates that by May 20, when the deadline expires, it will have complied with Nasdaq regulation.
It is estimated that more than 500 companies on the Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange have their share price trading below $1.
It was a good run
No more gas lol
I bet you Timothy Sykes squad pumped it up... and shorts are trying to dump it back down... He called it this morning in the AM.... lol with the drop of the news...
Yeah crazy never know
Yeah, imagine it went to 2-3$ and confirmed one of their grants and ran up to $2-$5 lol... it probably won't happen, but mms and millionaires are looking to make bank while the house of cards is collapsing
