I agree with you. We still need to exactly see what it is they are going to offer, is it the hardware in the set top boxes, or the content, or the secure delivery of the content via access key...

I understand that it can be frustrating, but like I said I want to wait for a contract, and see exactly what the contract entails to see what the real offer is. Once contracts are released, they kinda have to tell us what it is they do. They cant just quote potential revenue with out explaining whats up for offer. If they do then that would be scary. So as I have said on this board a few times before, I cant wait to see the contracts. They will give us a better idea of whats this company is about.

The company has said on several occasions that they will be releasing some information in the first 2 quarters of 2007. Well first quarter is almost over...its a waiting game for now....

I have to admit, the new logo is kinda neat....looks a lot more sophisticated than the old one...I wish the name change would happen soon....i have a feeling that with the name change, they might have completed the buy back stated earlier in Janurary....it would make sense when applying for a new symbol and cusip to restructure the OS as well. These are speculations on my behalf but I believe they make some sense.

I am really excited about this company, IPTV is going to be everywhere..Microsoft is getting involved with thier xbox being iptv enabled and with microsoft tv iptv edition. I am not trying to pump the company, but if they are doing what they say they are doing, then this company will be quite a success. Only time will tell. If nothing happens by the second quarter, I will start to worry a bit. We expect things to get delayed, but there is a point where what you PR should happen. Lets keep our fingers crossed and see what happens.

Hmm... I never liked the name Advanced Technetix... and, with a new name, they'll have to redesign the website. Just checked - in fact, they have! I didn't like the old website - the colors were too icy cold. I'm not sure I like the new logo (it may grow on me), but I do like the name AccessKey IP.

I've never liked the text of the product description below. It is very unwieldy. They need to rewrite this:

"AccessKey Home has everything and allows the user to not tether a computer system to the AccessKey function, as the Triple Play set top box does it all for them. It consists of the set top box, the AccessKey (the USB dongle), the AccessKey Remote and the wireless keyboard and mouse. Another version that our customers might desire is all the previous EXCEPT for the AccessKey. In this version, the AccessKey will be built into the set top box and thus, there will be no mobility as with the previous version described."

I'm glad that they are getting more targeted in their product marketing and business plan. I hope having to change the name at this time reflects progress on contracts as has already been
suggested on this board.

Advanced Technetix Announces Pending Corporate Name Change

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advanced Technetix, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVXN - News) announced today that the company has changed its corporate name to AccessKey IP. According to the company's management, the name change has been precipitated by a potential trademark dispute from a United Kingdom Corporation with a similar name, The Technetix Group. As opposed to incurring the costs of a potentially protracted legal defense, the Company's management and Board of Directors voted to abandon the current corporate name in favor of a new one.
