Well if they do for aspr what they're doing for amra it could be. Right now it trades on the greys. Your broker could call around to see if there are any buyers or sellers, and one trade happened - but you can see what pps it traded at and where it left pps at. Basically giving the shares away on that one.

Yeah, 39,500 which dropped the price to 0.0007, last price was .0153.

That sucks, I cashed out most of this account to pay off a loan. With ASPR and AMRA, my account is just over $2k. which qualifies me for margin. I will build it back up soon enough but is nice not to wait for things to settle until I can add more cash.

Yes, they can still continue forward with merger plans. But, by trading on the grays, it will make ASPR that much less attractive to any potential merger candidates IMO.

That's where it's confusing. They said they deregistered these companies, so they shouldn't have been suspended. If they're deregistered, wouldn't that mean they're moving to Grays anyway?

I've talked to Scott. They're no help. They just said there's no activity. My local broker line is busy, so they sent me to the national.

But on the gray sheets, unless someone buys, I can't sell, right? So I'm just out 2k.
