Hey People you need to look back in the 8-K Sec. filings for March 1,2016, this company CEO agreed to sell (his 82% stake in) the company to a group of 4 on a Letter of Intent. That group is into music promotion in the US (Sly Jordan - WunTu Media). I also saw that the company has gone into wholesale food distribution recently.

I am only a novice investor but these factors appear to me to relate to these RS and AS changes.

The lack of any real assets and revenues (from selling pillows of all things) doesn't warrant a marketcap above ~$400K.

Current cap is $2.4M, regardless of r/s.

Doesnt matter if they lower it after a 1:1000 shareholders wont have anything left. Stock would have to trade over 15 bucks a share just to break even. And thats only for people that got .015 today. For other people in much higher it would have to trade way higher than that not gonna happen imo. Plus ive seen that scam before where a company lowers AS after RS just to raise it again a few months later.

AS decreased from 750M to 750K (which is 1/1000 -- same ratio as R/S ratio), so maybe this R/S isn't bad, I guess.

Normally, other OTC companies they did a R/S for OS, but never reduce A/S like this one.

Maybe they do R/S to get partner(s), just like they stated in the 8K today.
