Until very recently no volume was the rule, rather than the exception. Only traded 15 days in the last 6 months. Typical shell - it's feast or famine. Won't take much to move this whenever the company comes out with something.

BTW, enjoyed your post from the other day on desireable attributes when shell shopping.

I think this is as good a ground floor opp as any here. Nice low float, OS almost the same as AS, and mostly restricted (about 5.5 M public float). That large chunk held by Juliar makes it an attractive RM candidate, as the acquiring entity instantly has controlling interest (rather than having to scramble for shares on the open market).

You gotta think if he went to the trouble and expense of updating the filings of a shell that had been inactive for years and taking it to the OTCBB, he must have something in mind.

We were incorporated in Delaware on December 15, 1999. On December 22, 1999 we merged with Island Critical Care Corp., an inactive Florida corporation. The purpose of this merger was to effect a change in the domicile of the Florida Corporation to Delaware. Island Critical Care Corp. (a Florida corporation), was originally incorporated on March 15, 1996 under the name 9974 Holdings Inc., and subsequently changed its name from 9974 Holdings Inc. to Ontario Midwestern Railway Co. Inc, and finally the Florida Corporation's name was changed to Midwestern Railway Co. Inc. All three changes in name of the Florida Corporation were completed prior to its merger with the Delaware Corporation. On January 13, 2000, we merged with Island Critical Care Corporation, an Ontario Corporation. On December 27, 2004 we changed our name from Island Critical Care to Kodiak Energy, Inc.

History

Aamaxan Transport Group, Inc. ("Aamaxan" or the "Company") was incorporated on June 3, 1998 under the laws of the State of Delaware as Worthington Venture Fund Inc. ("Worthington Delaware"). On August 14, 1998, Worthington Delaware's name was changed to Admax Technology, Inc. ("Admax"). On August 28, 1998, Admax merged with Worthington Venture Fund, Inc. ("Worthington Utah"), a non-operating Utah shell corporation, and changed its name to Aamaxan Transport Group, Inc.

The Company has not had any substantive business operations from the date of incorporation until the present time and is considered a "shell company" as it has no or nominal operations. During the years ending January 31, 1999 and 2000, the Company attempted to acquire certain companies and assets. Although acquisition agreements were executed, shares of common stock were issued and only partially cancelled and funds advanced, these acquisitions did not close and the acquisitions were written off. The Company was dormant from mid-2000 until recently.

The Company has been seeking, and will continue to seek, potential operating businesses and business opportunities with the intent to acquire or merge with such businesses. The Company is considered a development stage company and its principal purpose is to locate and consummate a merger or acquisition with a private entity. Because of the Company's current status of having only nominal assets and no recent operating history, in the event the Company does successfully acquire or merge with an operating business opportunity, it is likely that the Company's current shareholders will experience substantial dilution and a resultant change in control of the Company.

Any target acquisition or merger candidate of the Company will become subject to the same reporting requirements as the Company upon consummation of any merger or acquisition. Thus, in the event the Company successfully completes the acquisition of, or merger with, an operating business opportunity, that business opportunity must provide Form 10 or Form 10-SB level disclosure in a Form 8-K including audited financial statements for at least the two most recent fiscal years or, in the event the business opportunity has been in business for less than two years, audited financial statements will be required from the period of inception. This could limit the Company's potential target business opportunities due to the fact that many private business opportunities either do not have audited financial statements or are unable to produce audited statements without substantial time and expense.

AMXT showing improving moneyflow. Let's see if she breaks out of that year-long horizontal channel here. Look specifically at the EMA 10 of MFI(14) - blue line in the second panel. This is a pretty good indicator of overall moneyflow. Last time it approached these levels was when the stock ran from triple-0 sub (0.0005) to 3 cents. (Chart is a snapshot - not live).

Anyway, I grabbed a bit of AMXT for the pile simply because after years of being inactive the filings were brought up to date and he took the necessary steps to get the thing off the pinks. I'm betting there's a plan somewhere that justifies the effort and expense.

The sole owner, Mr. Juliar (29 yrs old), has an interesting history.

Mr. Juliar is an independent contractor to the Film, Music Video and T.V.Commercial production business. In 2000 Mr. Juliar was employed by the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Mr. Juliar was a food and beverage manager. From 2001 until 2002, Mr. Juliar was a student at the University of Toronto.

From April 2004 to January 2006, (he resigned in 2006) Mr. Juliar was an officer and director of Kodiak Energy, Inc.

Mr. Juliar has been the President of Paradigm Oil and Gas (POGI) since November 9, 2006. On November 9th Marc Juliar purchased 3,450,000 shares of common stock of the Company or 9.75% of the common stock. Mr. Juliar purchased the shares for $100 using personal funds from International E-trade Equities. Did he just buy POGI for $100? lol
